Conveniently located in the Post Office Square food court. Came here to check the place out and to crab a quick coffee. They were already quite busy so l can only imagine what lunch would be like as l heard the food here is great. This time l only grabbed a coffee which l found to be quite average unfortunately but l'm not writing them off yet. Will be back to try other exciting things on their menu.

Got the morning glory and mozzarella sticks. Was delicious, the mozzarella was lovely and stringy just how it should be. The sandwich was delicious, the sauce went well with the bacon. I've also had the club from here and that was delicious as well. I just wish they were open for afternoons+dinner

Can't fault this place. Very tasty, price is decent quality was good. If you love cheese and toasties, this is your place. Even comes in vegan and gluten free options for those who lean that way. I hope to come back here again at some point!

Who knew mac and cheese would be so good in a toasted sandwich? This was contained in my first toasted sandwich from Melt Brothers and I was well fed afterward. The portion size is larger than an average toasted sandwich, but not too large, so most would still be able to finish it, which I definitely appreciate as I hate leaving food on the plate! The maple bacon was a nice addition to my sandwich too. At first I was a bit hesitant to have it, but the subtle taste of the maple in there was actually quite nice! I love that this place is situated in a nook of the city like a hidden gem as well and the atmosphere of the place is cosy. The service is friendly and prompt too. Now that I finally found the place and know how long it takes to walk there from Queen Street, I will definitely be visiting for often for my cheesy toasted sandwich fix.

Got the breakfast egg toastie. Eggs were a nice deep orange colour which suggests they are good quality. Maple bacon was there but I think the sriracha may have overshadowed the subtlety of the maple. Cheese was good and stretchy. Could've gone a bit heavier with it though. Bread tasted great. Got the $2 coffee with the sandwich. Well extracted and good quality barista grade almond milk.

They don’t answer their phone (2:30pm) and their book online menu is all Chinese food. Ah, okay. Besides that, when I ventured out to find it I ordered from here. I wouldn’t say it was coeliac safe but the gluten free option was tasty and I didn’t sick, but I think that was more luck than area preparation. No stars discounted though as they don’t claim to be coeliac safe.

Good, but not great. Had a breakfast toastie with bacon & eggs, but I could hardly taste the bacon. Was quite slow, had 2 people before me. It felt like I could have gone to supermarket, bought ingredients, and made my own toastie. I've never seen "Silly Milks" on a menu before.

The staff at the Garden city store were very friendly and helpful when I asked what was the most popular meal. The cheese toastie was delicious but the gems were not my favourite as the seasoning was not to my taste and were cold. However I would come back as it is a good price and a very chill environment

It's ok. The mac and cheese is just not cheesy enough. It needs to ooz tasty cheese from the mac but instead the cooking process which appears to be basically a sandwich press(once the Mac and cheese is put on the bread) I think is ruining it. Maybe a toasted pocket with Mac and cheese poured in would be better. A bit disappointed but I'm sure I'll go back anyway. Also I dont like having to pay for a bagel and then have to put my own spread on it, I get that it's hot and the spread melts, but nowhere else makes me do this. Please stop.

I miss the artisan bread they used to use, it gave a great texture and a fuller bite. Nonetheless, an excellent toastie with a variety of options, all served at speed. They're also not literally dripping with grease.

Amazing sandwiches & Gluten Free tater tots, please refer to more information below. They also do Gluten Free sandwiches, just remind them to use alfoil or baking paper on the sandwich press! Note: they have introduced onion rings to the menu. I'm not confident the Tater Tots won't be cross contaminated with gluten from the batter.

My go-to unhealthy snack dispensary. There's a wide range of options to choose from including 2 vegan choices and a rotating special of the month. Though there's no customisations allowed so you'd better like your sandwich! Overall high quality and a wide range make this a great destination for lunch on the go, or a delicious cheesy snack in between.

I think I died and went to Carb Heaven. While Mac and Cheese on a toasted sandwich may sound like carbohydrate overload to some, the absolutely perfect ratio of creamy cheesy goodness to crunchy toasted bread makes Melt Brothers M C Cheesy worth all your cheat meal points for a month. Rocked up for the first morning of them being opened on a saturday. I was greeted with a warm atmosphere and impeccable service. Turn around for food was less than 5 mins, yet presentation was not sacrificed. Highly reccommended and will be back

The food was damn good buy let's be honest it's a lot of money for a toastie. This is the CBD though so it's to be expected. We had a long wait so if you're coming for a work lunch expect to need at least 50 minutes to order, be served and eat. Unfortunately one of our orders was left sitting in the counter for collection without the buzzer we'd been given going off. The food was good though hence the 4 stars overall.
