I have visited Mosaic Pizza twice and on both visits the pizzas were excellent, and the quality of the ingredients was excellent ,and the pizzas were cooked to perfection. Also Louis is such a lovely person and a gentleman, who is passionate about his business, and shows true affection and loyalty towards his customers. Highly recommended you won't be disappointed.

Amazing wood fired pizzas. The staff were excellent, and although quite late, accommodated us and made us feel very welcome. The customer service was fantastic! Thanks for the free cans of coke. The dough was the perfect thickness and tasted great, while the topping was generous (maybe too much rocket). Overall great quality wood fired pizza and service with a smile. :-)

Just tried it for the first time, wish we had known about it before because it's easily the best pizza on the south side. I'd even go as far as to say some of the nicest I've had in QLD. Will 100% be back. Also, the staff are super friendly which really gave it an amazing atmosphere. New favourite place nearby.

Best pizza around. If you want to have a pizza which resembles a pizza in Europe or Italy, this is the place to go. Always had a great pizza, and with our Kids camps we started getting mosaic pizza for dinners , the kids now want every day mosaic pizza . 🤣 The owner and all staff are super friendly and always happy to accommodate any extra wishes you might have. If I could give 10 stars , I would ! Its great to have a place which actually makes REAL pizza and not some American stuff up pizza.

Thankyou to the team down at Mosaic Pizza. The Taste of Tabla and Prosciutto woodfire pizza's are delicious, a go to meal for my husband and I. We have always recieved great customer service here and can now indulge in some gelato for dessert too.

This pizza place is quite different from other pizza places. Firstly, they don't put much ingredients on the pizza.. But their gluten free base is incredibly tasty. I surprised myself by eating a whole pizza for the first time lol. There was barely any topping and the gluten free base was so soft and light on the tummy... So it's understandable how I was able to down a whole pizza 😳 either way.. Their service was one of a kind, awesome people! Please note.. If u get gluten free pizza base and vegan cheese.. You'll be paying quite a bit $$. So it's quite expensive 😔

Mosaic Pizza is one of those places, that makes you wanna tell everyone you know, and don't know, about how bloody good their pizza is. I was surprised at how much character such a little shop could have, and how awesome the manager and staff were! They were so easy to talk to, and the store was filled with a cheeky sense of humor that was quite contagious. And, of course, the wood-fired pizza was the most delicious slice of heaven I ever put in my mouth. I can say, with much joy, I had found my new pizza joint I absolutely love Mosaic Pizza, and I can't wait to get another!

I enjoyed a Tandoori Pizza tonight, always good to have some flavor on your pizza and I must say the flavor tasted authentic and original. I was happy with the toppings and crust. I would like to see maybe another cut in the slices (personal Preference to smaller pieces) however, overall our family left nothing in the box :) Lovely staff btw I was very impressed with the girl who made the effort to bring it to me outside. Well Done!!
