Called into Nando's early evening Monday 24/01/22 & very few diners inside when we arrived. Great meal choices from the menu planner & after ordering we waited approximately 15 mins to be served. The food was well cooked & large portions, delicious in taste. Plenty of seating either outdoors or inside. Fantastic service from a friendly team & excellent value for all the food & drinks.

We ordered a 1/4 chicken meal and the lady was really nice and she gave us a half chicken! Service was quite quick compared to usual Nando's. The salad was also really good and they provided two types of salad dressing.

Good service key down but suboptimal burgers. Chicken was thin and dry (on all 4 burgers/wraps) and sauce was over powering as if trying to compensate for the lack of and dryness of the meat. Chips were OK of not a bit light on. Not what is call $70 well spent.

Today I wanted to visit and checked their timings on Google and as per Google this place was showing as open until 10pm but when I reached there at 09.25 pm, it was closed. Seems business are not in sync with Google advertising. Businesses need to put more efforts in their positive marketing and not false marketing than only focusing on making money.

My friend and I have eaten here 5 times this year and they tend to get our order wrong just over half the time. It's sort of a running gag between us as to what is going to go wrong with our order. I like how it seems like a hassle that we are there based on every staff interaction, with the exception of our first time here. But at the end of the day, it's a Nandos, and if you want to have some you're pretty much only have this as an option as close to our work as it is.

Good food as usual. The staff were very friendly, and wished us a farewell as we left. If you are looking for keto food, then give the Mediterranean salad with chicken tenders a go. Grab some haloumi sticks to go with it. You won't be disappointed.

Good ambience, good selection of food choices, taste is really good, especially there is a wide range of sauces free to try. Chicken can come on different flavour and heat. Sizes of sides are appropriate, good place for groups to share a whole chicken or two. Can get crowded at times, definitely recommended to try at least once

I regularly eat nando’s, and this location creates subpar quality food compared to others. Their chips aren’t seasoned correctly, their ribs are too dry and the wrap was above average. Overall I would recommend eating here but compared to other nando’s restaurants it is lacking .

Food was ok. There did not appear to be enough staff on to cope with the lunch rush. The burgers can be a bit messy to eat and I wasn't given any serviettes with my meal. An order of chips for my friend seemed to have been forgotten and we had to ask for it but by the time she got it she was nearly finished the rest of her meal.

Staff here are friendly, service is also timely and helpful. After receiving my meal one of the staff asked if I would like a bottle of Ketchup to use with my chips. The burger was nice and toasty with the bacon cooked just right! Peri Peri seasoning on top of the chips was a good amount also. COVID Safe practices are in place here to ensure the spread of viruses are kept to a minimum. Thank you.

I dont have to say anything to promote nandos, NO one should ever be experiencing anything less than spectacular. The chicken is ace, the paella is gold, who cares what the staff are like, I go there to eat.... nom nom nom

They've definitely improved with customer service and food quality. Food never disappoints and the orders are accurate. The wait times here can get excessive though - I've waited my entire 30minute lunch break just to get my food, then have to race back to the office and eat it. Since it's so busy the tables can take a bit of time to get cleaned up too. They really need to expand now if they want to keep up - they're just too popular and the kitchen seems to be too small to accommodate the amount of customers coming in.

Having had Nandos Chicken previously at at other Nandos Restaurants, we found this decided to try this one. The chicken was cooked and sauced as requested by my daughter and they did not disappoint. The chicken and chips arrived straight from the kitchen to the table served hot, the experience was great as we mostly have our chicken medium hot spiced with the exclusive Nando's sauces. Yes we did enjoy our meal and will be back again.

5-10 minutes for the food to come out and the chicken is always cooked well. Salads are fresh and bread is generally nice and warm. The staff are lovely too, further complimenting the nandos experience. Definitely my go-to chicken place for work lunch or dinner.

Lovely and friendly staff. Delicious chips, (sometimes) well cooked chicken and fresh crunchy coleslaw. I love the vibe that this place exudes, it radiates an inviting and upbeat atmosphere. Also note, that this place has an abundance of seating arrangements (including both indoor and outdoor) and hygiene amenities which is always a plus. I deducted a star as I found that their plates and cutlery are not always washed properly, hence most plates are left with visible residue. I also find that their chicken is not always 100% consistent in quality + taste. The same chicken I ordered (whole chicken) - One portion was delicious, well cooked and seasoned - the other, dry, hard, no-seasoning and lack of substance.

Its a while since I was here. It is certainly not as good as what it was. Had to ask for the table to be cleaned. Chicken was cold (Because it sat at the counter waiting for the rest of the food) and dry. Suggest you either don't take the chicken off the grill and let it go cold, or get it out straight away....

The staff work hard here and are friendly, and the food is usually quite good, but I cant give more stars because the whole place, particularly the seating area never looks clean. The stars are primarily for the staff. I only get takeaway and figure with the hot oil or hotplate cooking, it will be ok, but the floor, tables, seating and windows never look clean. They should be spotless. The owner needs to pay cleaners to do professional cleaning. It looks like the already overworked staff are probably supposed to clean the restaurant as well, when they are unlikely to have the time, be trained, or have all the necessary tools. Others have also mentioned the lack of cleanliness to me and say it has turned them off going there.

A great Nando's to eat at, the restaurant is always well looked after, and even during their extremely busy lunch rushes from about 11:45 - 1:30 the staff manage to keep a smile and soldier on in the kitchen! Keep up the good work guys, you're keeping our bellies full and our faces smiling!

Okay, so the staff are friendly and the food is good. Although, sometimes the staff disappear for no apparent reason. Clearly they are very busy as they get a lot of customers through. Risk free dining and great smiley service means the Nando's formula easily transfers to Brisbane, mirroring our experience of the Inverness outlet. We always found it difficult to decide where to eat in this area until we found the better choice s on the South Bank so Nanfo's was our fallback on two occasions. Located rigjt in the middle of the city which is great of you are staying in town overnight or permanently based in there. The staff were very accommodating and friendly which was nice as most food businesses these days lack these simple necessities. Plenty of space inside to dine in and take away options are available as with all Nando stores. We got take away so im not sure if there is a sink to wash up before and after devouring the succulent birds. If you've been to Nandos before then you'll know what the food is like and what is available. If not my first recommendation for kids is to ask for plain/ normal BBQ sauve on the chicken. Anything mild will be too spicy for kids if they are not use to it. For anyone else with daring taste buds try the hottest sauce first lol.....its my favourite. Another recommendation is to get the peri peri mayo with any of their sauces and smother your chicken or fries in it and smash them down together. The coleslaw is good too and definitely helps break up the busy flavours and heat going on. All in all great place and great food

I went to many other places in Brisbane but couldn’t find anything better than this Nandoo. They make delicious burgers large burgers with lots chips they also give you options to choose a side dish where you can select rice salad or chips but I found chips are better because they put lots of spices on it and perry nandoo sauces really love this place in town
