For all of you foodies out there, give this place a try, nothing is too much trouble, the perfectly cooked food is yummy 😋 and the ambience delightful 🥰 ... a little bit rustic, a little bit European, a touch of elegance in a delightfully busy suburb.

We had the set Christmas menu here on the 24th. Really delicious food - the chefs clearly focus on what flavours work well together. Excellent service. Good portions. A bit on the pricey side, but worth it for a special occasion.

I will give them 4 star. Service 4 star as they didn’t change plates and cutlery for main. Lamb - maybe mutton? String smell Crab pasta is nice but instead if bread crumb i would use karasumi! For fish of the day was cobia and fish was nice but over done with capers.. it would be nicer if they had salsa or olive sauce with olive oil.

Absolutely delicious. We got the tasting menu and the waiter was happy to suit our dietary requirements. We almost rolled out of there it was such a large amount of food for two! Will happily be back. The burrata, quail and beef were next level. Update as we went back and got the new tasting menu for 4 and it was just as delicious. Haven’t recommended NOTA to many friends who have been just as impressed.

I had an absolutely beautiful dining experience with NOTA. Started with the Fraser Isle Spanner crab toastie. Followed up by the Balmain Bugs and Scallops which were fresh and perfectly prepared. Next was the Pork belly with Asian slaw and nahm Jim. The spanner crab pasta was incredible with chilli and garlic. Great wines to choose from to accompany your meal also.

Friendly staff, excellent menu, fast service with almost perfectly cooked food. Was an excellent experience and we're certainly going back for more!

What an amazing night out. Booked for a table of four. We chose the Chef Selection and complimented with preferred cocktails and a cracking bottle of red. I do not eat seafood, so the chef kindly substituted dishes for me. The food was outstanding and backed up by wonderful table service. Five stars all round.

Wow....... What a experience from the moment we walk into the door the mood was set. Service was amazing we were looked after by our own personal bar man, might I add what a man bun!!! Five of us went for the shorter chef’s menu, Which has since been discontinued but following on from my email in booking they did it for us which I thought was very good customer service. Also one of the table is allergic to fish and they had that well in hand from the email sent. The service was excellent. All the dishes were very nice, especially the vegetables that went with the mains, and the sauce for the lamb shoulder. Wine and cocktail list were interesting and enjoyable. Most of us had two drinks, Cost averaged $100 each. Our group is looking for the best value for money degustation in Brisbane, and this would be a top contender, along with Joy, but that is so difficult to get into

Absolutely amazing Brisbane gem. We are up from Melbourne for some business meetings and had a dinner here with the $90 tasting feast. Had some espresso martinis and wine matched with our set menu. This restaurant deserves some Michelin stars!! Food is world class. Do yourself a favour and make a booking here for a stunning dinner.

I’ve eaten at NOTA about 7 times after loving “The Cheese Pleaser” for CBD lunches, and love it, will definitely keep coming back. The menu is delicious, the “Chef’s feast” banquet options are well-priced, great menu items and plenty of food. I also rate the cocktails. Better yet, the interior is lovely with great ambience, it’s not too loud inside, and the owners and staff are lovely. It’s a perfect spot for a date night or celebration dinner!

Sorry, no photos. Too busy enjoying the delicious food. My fiancé booked the night out at Nota, and I had absolutely no idea what was on the menu or even the style of food served. We had such an attentive waitress, that ensured we had the best service possible. We had 5 courses and desert. The variety of servings was vast, but they worked so well together. The venue was cosy, and comfortable. All in all, I was so impressed with the quality and service. Definitely will be going back.

This restaurant is a winner on every level. Great food, great cocktails, great service and a good but simple wine list. Everyone must try the anchovy starter, a little pricy but wonderful. On a football night, there is a market which just wants a good quality quickish meal. Which we did get after some teasing out of the second waitress (first waitress just spoke too quickly and we could not grasp what she was saying). Menu choice and meal size are smallish, but the quality was good.

Great food and atmosphere but rather small portions.

Solid 3/5. Nothing offensive, nothing incredible. I had the $90 menu which left a lot to be desired for the price point. Nothing was bad, it was all just average. They were definitely heavy on the salt, as a few bites were overwhelmed with the metallic brine of a heavy season. My main point of contention is that they sous vide their meat which is a method to achieve texture not flavour. In my opinion this cooking method should be reserved for large banquets or institutions, and avoided in mid/high end dining rooms.

Such a gorgeous aesthetic in this restaurant with beautiful decor and really cozy lighting. The food is exceptional and the drinks are expertly poured and come for a really reasonable price. Paddington is lucky to have this place to breathe life back into the areas restaurant scene! A must for anyone who enjoys fine dining.

We chose the chef’s menu which was great, except for one of the fish dishes which was almost inedible. We provided feedback on the night but no elaboration was requested. Our wine glasses were also being cleared so we asked if our bottle was finished and they then came back with the remains which with a glass each. Overall, not the best experience.

Went to Nota for a lovely dinner and it could not have been better! The staff and service was amazing and the food was absolutely delicious! I still can't get over the burrata though, it was incredible! Highly recommend!!

Abosultey amazing! Atmosphere is on point, and the food is even better. We had the Tempura fish sandwich for snacks, and the warm lamb salad (personal favourite)/slow Octopus (subtle but amazing) for mains. If you're looking for quality food and drinks Nota is the place to go! PS the owners are more than accomodating
