A. C.Went with my husband for a breakfast and we were very well served by the lady at the bar and Adam. Adam created a personal connection with us, asked us where we were from and when we told him we were from Brazil, he started speaking in Portuguese and that made our day. He made us feel home when he spoke Portuguese with us. Also, he's very kind and friendly. The coffee was great, well presented. The place wss very clean and organised. Well definitely come back.
S. E.Very simple beautiful decoration and seating. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had latte which was perfect. Cup was too cute i mearly stole one :) smash avo and yogurt with nuts and fruits was very nice. Love the place.

K. B.Worth the walk for a tasty lamb salad. Table service really friendly, guy at the counter probably needs a 101 on customer engagement but since I prolly wont be back, happy my belly is full after a long walk from Goma’s Patricia Piccinini eye-opening exhibition.
L. H.I only visited twice while at a conference for coffee. It was ideal. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The coffee was great. Perfect crema and temperature despite that they were handling large volumes of people .
The area was always clean and vibrant. The food looked great. There are terrific little tables inside and also outside with a view toward the river. Also some bar style seating.
The many people coming and going and joining in with other folk at various tables from time to time was not an issue. Everyone was served clean glasses and chilled water and the turn around was efficient. Very impressive!

W.During our business conference held at the convention centre, we made our way to Olio for coffee before, during and after each day's sessions and were thoroughly impressed by how pleasant, friendly and efficient all staff were. There was usually a busy line up but coffees were served quickly and always amazing. Although we didn't dine, the pastries were so tempting in the display case and the meals being served looked incredible.

P. S.Very busy before shows. The atmosphere is loud and friendly with the front of house very organised and accommodating. The service is excellent from bar staff to waiters. The menus are minimalist but modern. Our food was cooked to perfection with high quality produce used. We were very impressed with the high standard of meals. Can't wait to eat here again.

S. T.Last Saturday night we had made a reservation elsewhere and the restaurant couldn't take us. I called Adan from across the road from Olio and he said he would prepare me a table for 14 immediately. When he realised I was across the road he walked over and greeted us, told us a bit about the menu and told us to come across anytime. It was brilliant!!!!, the best customer service I have experienced in a long time, he and his team were friendly, welcoming, attentive, professional and down to earth all at the same time. Food was excellent, drinks were cold. Great GREAT experience. Our night out as a family to see Hairspray at the Convention Centre was greatly enhanced by our experience at Olio. Thank you Adan Jimenez and Olio.
B. D. O. T. H.Lovely staff, amazing coffee, pleasant atmosphere. Not a bad word to say. It gives the impression of a high class cafe, yet inviting and laid back. It fully lives up to this impression!
A. P.Transportation via various means to this Venue a big plus. Manager of the Cafe was most obliging and attentive. The food presentation was most pleasant. A food place to catch up with a few mates but having a private meeting in the area was not ideal due to the poor acoustics. Other conversations & the piped music drowned out some of our presentations. Be mindful It is rather a large centre. Just sayin'

T. B.Food was of exceptionally high quality for a simple cafe, well located at South Bank, close to the city, friendly team and not too loud to actually have a conversation with a valued colleague. A good lamb salad is hard to find as a female in business out to lunch, which is easy to eat politely and good balance of proteins and flavours. even the coffee was worth the visit.
