I was craving Vietnamese food so I came back here after a couple of years of not visiting. The food was very tasty but not in as big a portion as served elsewhere. The server was very friendly and respectful. They had free hot tea when we were there. No frills and the space is a bit cramped but the meal was satisfying.

Spicy beef pho (bun bo hue) was OK. Broth was nice, meat was tender, and veggies (bean sprouts) crunchy. Just one herb (basil, no mint) Needed a bit more chilli (spice level was about a 2.5 out if 10, so ask for fresh chilli). At the price (just over $15 with takeaway surcharge/credit card charge) it was at the edge of the price I'd pay for this soup.

I was craving for some Pho, and Inala shopping centre is too far to travel and I am hungry. I decided to try this place. The front is like your typical Vietnamese shop that you can see being featured in food shows, it was a slow day so the staff is really fast and friendly. The food is average for me, there's no magic when I tasted the Pho, the soup base is bland, the fried pork chop tsted the same. Although the salad is delish. I understand that they are placed in the heart of CBD that's why it's expensive. But for the price and the taste, I'll not be coming back anytime soon. But thank you to the staff who are friendly and really quick on service. 🙌🏻

Great little cafe tucked away down an alley. Good sized portion dishes and tasty too! Warm & friendly staff, clean & tidy cafe. Our meals were served quickly and you can help yourself to water/tea and sauces. Prices inexpensive. We ordered Won Ton Soup with BBQ Pork and the Beef Noodle Salad.

Service was relatively quick. The pho was fairly average, possibly spoiled by some of the fantastic ones back home. It's very busy at lunch time, but saw they do neat little take away packages.

It's alright. Definitely nowhere near authentic (although it is run by Vietnamese people). Food is too salty and too heavy for my taste, without sufficient basil and no lime. Maybe it is catered to local tastes? Service is kinda nonexistent but not in a bad way - you just do everything yourself.

Ordered the mixed beef pho. Portion was big and satisfying. The broth was very tasty. Reasonably priced. They provided a salty bean sauce and a chilli sauce. Yums! There is a bathroom nearby but you would have to get the key from the staff.

Just needed some hot noodles soup. This pho restaurant has many items on their menu. Counter service style. I had a pho dac biet. Fair size and came with fresh basil in it already. Soup base was hot enough, taste on the salty side. Believe it has MSG added. Taste good but drank so much water afterward. Noodles was perfectly cooked. The lady at the counter, believe she was the owner, can come across a little rude. But I take it that was just how she looked and acted. It didn’t affect my mood of having a meal. Overall, a good place in a good location to have a bowl of good phó. Will try other dishes in the future.

There's a lot of takeaway Pho in the city which is often bland but not this restaurant. Staff are always so nice and friendly and are all so hard working! I love how much herbs and onion they put in the Pho, could eat this everyday. I'll probably be back anytime I'm near the city and hungry :)

Great food, exactly taste like Vietnamese food 99,9%. What a pity if you are Vietnamese and don’t know about this place, try now or never. I had been looking for Bun Bo Hue but no where could reach my expectations except here. Wonderful. The staff really friendly and talkative. I would honestly recommend to you this restaurant ❤️!!!

Wonderful little out of the way spot for some authentic Vietnamese. I have only had the beef pho but I highly recommend it. It has a lovely clean and light flavour that tastes even better when you add some chilli from the self serve condiment bar. Very friendly young lady behind the counter too.

If you can't eat all that food you can always take it hom. The other diners are friendly and it's a nice place to eat. I would say it's 5 star in its simplicity and quality, thank you all for making lovely food for me :-)

Reasonably authentic meals served quickly and at a good price. You have to fetch your own sauces, tea, water, cutlery and tissues, for serviettes. Good range of foods, everything I have tried so far has been decent. Seating is squashed, not luxurious in any way. Minimised overheads gets you a good sized meal for a cheap price.

Typical Vietnamese restaurant, basic decor, fast service (one would need to pay when ordering. Credit cards were accepted) The roasted pork salad was good The BBH was very average & tasted like Pho which was very wrong. If I'm in the area, I may consider their pork chop but will stay away from their noodle soup

I thought that having Pho in the name meant that I should try the Pho they sell. Was not disappointed. Delicious, succulent and fresh. The food makes it worth while but it really wouldn't hurt them to walk the one metre to deliver cutlery, water, sauces etc to your table. Table service here would equal 5 stars. I do recommend the place overall but this self-service stuff needs to end.

Some of the best pho I have had the pleasure of eating outside of Vietnam. Would be a five star rating if they had more options for dipping sauces for rice paper rolls, like the more traditional Vietnamese sauces using fish sauce Chilli garlic sugar and lime juice. Hoi sin sauce is just nasty with rice paper rolls. Staff are very friendly and service is super quick.

Hidden gem tucked away in a laneway behind Adelaide street. Yes the service is ordinary but the food is awsomely good, authentic, well priced with generous servings. Can recommend the crispy skin chicken!! First time visit but will definitely return. Highly recommended!

It gets a 4 from me for the food - good, fresh and usually doesn't take too long. I really like the Combination Pho but they really need to not be so stingy and provide 1 lemon wedge each bowl. However, service can be really poor though - I had to wait over 40 minutes for 1 serve of spring rolls. I did chase it up 3 times but the waitress just repeated "Spring Rolls" and went back to the kitchen. She didn't acknowledge me when she came back out. On the third time, she dropped bowls and chopsticks over my shoes (under my chair), didn't apologise or acknowledge me once again and dopily went away. I had to chase up the guy at the counter to help me on the 4th go! He was better.

The store is hot and there is no air conditioning. It's an open restaurant, so you make eye contact with people on the street. But the taste wasn't bad.
