We ordered for the first time from this store and I can't complain. Our vegan pizza was really good, fast and good service, friendly staff. The vegan chezzy garlic bread is unbelievable good. Will definitely order again.

The store has decent staff but they seem very over-worked. Dominos pizzas seem to keep getting smaller. It looks like it has razor thin margins.

Dominos Pizzas seem to keep getting smaller each year. Nevertheless to me it is a helpful solution for a home delivery when too tired to cook. Large range of flavours.

When I arrived to pick up the pizza, they had forgotten my cheese and garlic scrolls so I did have to wait an addition 10 to 15 minutes for half cooked scrolls. They did throw in a free garlic bread so props for that but I wish I didn't wait because they weren't eaten anyways. Pizza we ordered was great though

Delivery experience really depends on what day it is. Generally (and surprisingly) Friday and Saturday evenings are the best. Quick deliveries - sometimes arriving before the expected delivery time and I’ve never had a delivery more than 2 minutes after the predicted time on a weekend - and the best food (for Domino’s. It’s never going to be ‘gourmet’). Midweek? Less impressive. Longer waits, sad pizzas, everything at the same temperature... as in the pizza is cold and the chilled desserts are warm. They obviously have their best staff working on the busier evenings, which kind of makes sense but I feel that having some of the good ones working during the week could improve overall performance. At the weekend they’re doing very well. Other days not so much

I’ve never seen such polar opposites literally right next door to each other. Had dinner here on Friday night - service was great at Domino’s. Had our order taken, polite, friendly service and considerate. Right next door is Dickson Dumpling House and I have to say... we had our pizzas in 15 minutes from Domino’s and it took that long to get some waiter from Dickson Dumpling House to actually acknowledge us, not friendly, to turn us away as we hadn’t booked for dinner when we had no idea we had to book. Every establishment (9 we’ve been to) has been a walk in and given a table with great service other than that Dumpling House. The pizzas from Domino’s were great too - tasty. Highly recommend them and not that hole next for to them.

Got pizza delivered by a young man of the name Leon. Very good customer service, very polite and couldn’t of asked for a better experience with Dominos Dickson. Pizza tasted good too

Got my order wrong at first time. On the second time, there were less toppings on my pizza. Idk if that’s how the pizza is, but the service was great. Would definitely order again.

Dominos had an offer of free Pizzas yesterday, which is extremely kind and generous of them, generally I only eat meat when I prepare it myself so got a vegetarian pizza, made a couple of changes with no surcharge, despite it being sunday, and wow it was so good! Just to make sure it wasn't a fluke, my partner got the same one, also for free, and it was 10/10. Thank you so much dominos dickson, will certainly be back again soon

we had an excellent experience tonight at dominos, it was completely worth the 10% surcharge for the Sunday! It made our night. The staff were super friendly special shout-out to Shannon on the front counter who was just such a babe and deserves a pay raise!! we will return tomorrow for another first class dining experience. xx

Just would like to say that my partner and I haven't ordered dominos for a while we decided to tonight and it was absolutely amazing, I haven't had a good fast-food experience in a while but put it a side as I'm thankful for the worker for working during this tough time, but Dickson dominos in Canberra ACT has made the most perfect pizzas, fast and hot, I'm very thankful for your service.
