For a little treat with the kids the soft serve is still available though not shown on any in store menu. Iced coffee was good but only after requesting them to add some caramel syrup as no sweetener was added when made.

Customer service was very good. Had a small wait for our food via drive-through, but staffl was very apologetic for the wait on bringing food out. Everything cooked n tasted like it should.

Been to this location several times. Primarily for its convenience and location. Similar to other HJ's in terms of food quality. Moderate indoor seating and nearby outdoor seating that overlooks the lake (unfortunately it is normally covered with trash). Try and avoid peak hour as it can be difficult getting into the carpark due to its entrance off a main street. Also careful leaving the location as there have been numerous pot holes.

Every time we order drive through we end up having to park in the waiting bay. For a fast food drive through restaurant it's not very fast. 9 out of 10 times something is left out of the order and I end up having to park and enter the store to retrieve the missing items.

The girl who served us was very happy and helpful but some other staff were quite vague and forgetful. I do always try and remember that some of them are very young and only just learning about what it means to work and responsibilities and customer service skills. Patience is needed and I know they ll get it right one day. The place sadly was quite unclean. Every table was dirty and there were napkins and rubbish on the floors and great big sticky patches as you walked around. My kids were sad that the playground had been taken away. We tried out the jumbo iced coffee which was super huge and cheap but tasted unusual with more of a watered down milky coke flavour than coffee. The ice-cream on top was generous though. It's a great place for a treat but maybe get take away and go enjoy it down by the lake side instead

Was just served by a young guy at the drive through. He was obviously under some pressure but handled it well. Waited over 10min for my order and was late for work, but because young buck had great customer service, and apologised repusively it calmed my nerves. He then came out with free large chips compliments of the manager and still asked if there was anything else he could do for me. These types of workers are hard to find when young.. hope HJ look after him.

Any time of the day or night this place is a quick easy bite. Its usual like any other HJ, most importantly if you have a special requests for your food items to be altered they do take care and comply, when they are unable to do so they let you know why they couldn't do as required. I thought that was helpful, so your expectations are in check with what's been served.

Good size burgers, pleasant staff, would visit again BUT tables need regular wiping down (not once were done whilst I ate there) and Covid 19 practices need inforcing. I used the QR Code (required to eat in) then had a mother and her kids climb, run around and sit at the tables for eat in awaiting for her take away, and the final point, Menulog Drivers shaking hands and grouping together awaiting for deliveries. The 1.5m, no shaking hands and your basic Covid 19 rules are inforced for a reason.

Great to see HJs get a few vegan options and I've had the vegan cheeseburger several times now.The taste is delicious but more than once I've received a stone cold burger which is unacceptable,especially considering the time spent waiting for it (why the wait when I was clearly given previously made ones?),then another time there was so little mayo that I couldn't actually taste it; I shouldn't have to pay extra on an already expensive burger for enough mayo.I will fully support the vegan burgers but the price needs to stop increasing and they need to give me a HOT burger or I'll boycott them.

5 stars for Grace alone! Young Grace did an amazing job tonight. A busy Saturday night and Grace was the only person on the front counter. She was very helpful and personable, helping out with our vegetarian meals however, she was under tremendous stress. Uber and Menulog drivers kept pouring in. Grace stayed calm and professional while she was trying to; Take front of house orders Deal with Uber and Menulog drivers, (despite the pressures and drivers trying to just take their orders, she stopped them and checked their phones for order numbers EVERY time) Pack orders for counter sales Pack orders for online orders Assist with drive through orders. The manager kept saying, “why haven’t you...?” One young lady can only do so much! Grace was fantastic and a credit to Hungry Jacks. We hope she will become a manager one day as tonight she demonstrated fabulous people management skills.

I personally prefer Hungry Jack's, burgers are tasty and fresh. However, staff is always unhappy and not polite. Some of them charge for sous but some not. No consistency.

Burgers are always better at Hungry Jack's however the same can't be said for the chips. Tonight they were super salty and not as crisp as I prefer or expect. Probably the bottom of the bin so YMMV. Onion rings were not bad but I was surprised to be charged extra for two dipping sauces. First time that has ever happened to me when buying two meals plus extra onion rings. Service was ok but not being asked if we were dining in meant we, along with everyone else in the store, were given bagged meals this is a waste and also meant you need to juggle getting everything out of the bag. I know it's a first world problem, but put it on a tray if I'm eating in.

Hungry Jack's is not a very healthy place to eat but every now and then I like to indulge. I was very happy with the quality of the food and service at this location (drive-through). The Angus range is very good quality and the new fries are great.

They are very good. Their sandwiches are quiet bigger than macdonalds and the price is also a great difference, overall they are much cheaper. Specially because they offer milkshakes for much less. It's your pretty standard HJs, they don't do much wrong and I'd definitely visit again. I've only ever had one incident where I've waited 10 minutes for a standard meal to be made but every other time has been fine. I won't comment on the quality of the food because that's subjective and quite frankly HJs anywhere is not the best but the Belconnen store does hold up to the same low standards that the rest of the country's HJs store do.
