Usually pretty quick drive-thru service, even with a few cars in front. Though it can get very busy at 6-7pm dinnertime but same with other nearby fast food joints. The food has always been great and orders always correct (unlike a certain chicken fast-food joint where you need to check your order every single time before driving off...). 9/10 customer service, thanks!

Food is good, the staff are courteous the only thing is that if you are inside the restaurant placing an order, there will be a bit of a waiting as they tend to the drive through orders first.

The girl working the first window at 4pm needs a massive attitude check. There was a problem on their end but she took it out on my 60 year old mum, and she was already rude while ordering before the issue happened. Don’t employ 16 year olds to take orders if they aren’t friendly people

Interesting, we didn't actually go here, but it was the closest place where we started off in the queue to get PCR tested between Christmas and New year's 2021. Remember the great testing scramble of Christmas 2021? When sensible people had to wait for hours on end so that they could be checked they were ok to travel and see ther loved ones in other parts of Australia...

I tried the Hungry Jacks Vegan Burger with vegan cheese, mayo, lettuce, onion and tomato.The Food industry has slowly come a long way in trying to change. I really enjoyed the vegan burger. Cost without a meal deal is $7.20AU. Ok price. The cheese used on the burger seems to be the bio cheese brand from coles. It taste similar to if you had bubble and squeak (potato patty with peas and corn) on bread but the layers of veg/cheese break it up offering layers of different taste. If you eat mock chicken or mock meat don't expect that taste. After being vegan for so long I don't seek mock meats as much just great taste. That vegan cheese is SO good. Pros: Fresh bun. TASTE fresh. Amazing tasting vegan cheese and looks great. Convince, ready in under 1 minute. Customer service. Cons: $7.20 price but it's likely the vegan cheese pushing that price up. 8/10

Whist the vegan burgers were nice it took way to long to prepare and when we received it the fries were cold. I think the vegan burgers taste nicer than the plant based "meat" ones. So generally good just need to polish up the speed and service next time.

The food is at standard for a fast food chain.The facilities and premises were clean Staff were quite busy while there during peak times at dinner time. So performance is hard to judge but they were working hard and as efficiently as they could. A small complaint but during their UNO promotions, some customers were given ordinary drink cups instead of the promo prize cups. Several of us all had to ask for the promo cupss given our meal choices were based on the chance to win prizes in the promotion.

Hungry Jack's... I love it and this place does it well. This is a fairly new place and it took a little bit of work for them to get it all together - now they have got their act sorted out and they are good at it. The food was excellent, well prepared and well presented - as usual for HJs. The place was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The drive through was gong crazy and we must have watched 50+ cars go through while we were there. Plus there we several delivery people coming and going. Staff were nice and friendly and even had a sense of humour. Will I go again - you can bet on it...

They actually cook their chips! Not like those pasty yellow chips from other places. Burgers are typical fast food quality Burger King hot chocolates and iced chocolates always taste weird. They provide napkins in the bag!

Poor service, inconsistent and bad quality food. I have had more bad experiences than good. Everytime I ordered off the breakfast menu, the eggs are severely overcooked, dry and rubbery. Had multiple times where my order was missing items. Staff seem to have poor time management whenever I observe the the kitchen when ordering in-store. However, their burgers do taste great when you get a good one.

Good as far a HJ's goes. Would want to avoid the afternoon rushes as it does get pretty packed with wait times up to 5 minutes on average. Staff are polite enough however one of the female managers can be quite rude if there is an error with your order.

Left them an average review because my sauces were substituted without acknowledgement. Later found a note at the bottom of the bag under the napkins saying that they were sorry and that they had ran out. I feel that I owe them five stars for my own quick-fire idiocy. Plus they usually do good.

Best hungry Jack's as far as it like the last 2 left except Belco and Fyshwick (manager staff have superiority issues its Just a burger place, put it this way in days of old when you took a burger back cause it was wrong are gone they won't change things unless it's from the receipt and then they'll go thru it like Coles trying to hold up the line to get you to just go) I'm dancing around why and who because the manager is a mean man in his 50's (it's probly changed by now) the staff look young and fearfull, also air conditioning not the best when summer comes

Walk in, do not bother with the drive through. Somehow, despite this being a brand new build, they've built the worst drive-thru design I've ever seen (I wish I was joking). 1 lane the whole way and it's a really long drive-thru, so once you're in, you're committed, you now have to wait as long as it takes (even if that's 20-30 minutes). Really unusual decision how they made it, especially when they're seems to be 2-3 ways you could easily fix it (especially with the amount of space they have). Car park is huge, but no-one ever seems to use it. Food is exactly what you expect from here, no changes, no surprises. Store is kept really clean, facilities are fine, and quick to order in-store. Avoid the drive-thru and this is 4 stars, go through drive-thru, this is 2 stars. I guess I'll meet in the middle and give a 3.

They are a busy 24/7 business, and they go over-and-above trying to get it right, or they'll offer you extra fries or something to make you satisfied. Very busy drive through, but quicker to go in to the counter to order. A fairly new business trying to do well.

Ordered a B.L.A.T wrap for breakfast this morning and I was very disappointed. The bacon was cold the mayo was squirted at the top of the wrap (first mouthful was wrap and mayo 🤮) and the avo was sour....obviously off. Thank god for the coffee, yes it is take away coffee but it's the best fast food coffee I have tasted in a while.

Had my first takeaway since lock down at Hungry Jack's Kambah 20/5 at 7.45pm, half way through Chicken burger choked on a long hair witnessed by friend, took remaining burger with hair to resturant. Whilst noticed hands being used to pick up nuggets with gloves on , no tongs by a team member , manager said nobody has this colour hair that works here , offer for another burger declined, no refund offered

It's a Hungry Jacks, with better burgers than that other American burger chain restaurant. Access from the main road (Drakeford Drv) is a little inconvenient, and you can only turn north going back onto Drakeford. So far I've only used the drive-through, which is easily negotiated. The food is as good as any Hungry Jacks. The staff are pleasant and friendly.

If you avoid the grease slab, everything else is great. $2 large chips, yeah. EDIT: GREASE SLAB = BACON DELUXE. Can't taste bacon just beef grease not even beef flavour really. They changed the seasoning recipe. And they already swapped to a propper chip not a shoesting thing france fry like Mshop have. Chips are now on par with the best in my family's opinion, Red Rooster chips.
