Other reviews seem to have summed up pretty well. The food was really nice, maybe a little pricey but was fresh and good serving sizes. We had the mixed entre and mixed grill to share and it was the perfect amount of food for 2. Service was a bit slow considering how empty the store was and there were tables left uncleared around us. Didn't ruin the experience. Might just need another wait staff working to keep up.

Recently I tried some delicacies at Tukish Delight restaurant based in Belconnen. My fav 💓 dish was Gourmet Chicken Pide, which is served along with roasted chicken pieces with mushroom 🍄 chargrilled egg plant 🍆 roasted pepper 🌶 and cheese 🧀 Do try out this one..it's worth it 👍🏻 Plus my all time favourite Hummus n bread 🥖 along with some yummy shish chicken kebabs 🍗 Lastly for dessert don't miss the Baklawa 😍

The first thing walking in is how beautifully decorated the place is with its intricate woodwork and colourful carpets hanging on the walls, paintings and tassels, Turkish instruments and jeweled colourful chandeliers. The lighting is quite dim and dark but the glow from the painted glass lamps on the walls is sufficient enough. We ordered a banquet and also had some questions regarding food intolerances and food allergies which the staff were happy to speak to us about and accommodate accordingly. The food was plentiful and delicious. The price was slightly high at $35 per person but there was enough left over to be packed into take away containers for tomorrow's lunch. The only two things that put a dampener on the evening were since we stayed till almost closing time and were the last people in the place, they started mopping the floor before we left and my poor brother slipped over quite badly. They were apologetic but he was embarrassed and hurt his back quite badly. The other was someone was smoking (hopefully outside) but the smoke smell filled the restaurant quite significantly as we were starting dessert and was extremely off-putting. Overall though it was a nice evening despite those two incidents and i'd go back again at some stage. I hear there are belly dancing performances on Saturday evenings so that would be a delightful experience

Enjoyed a tasty meal for two and will go back. We arrived later than expected from a movie and the kitchen was preparing the last few desserts as we walked in. Despite this they were happy to serve us and at no point did we feel rushed. After a brief glance at the menu, we ordered the Patates Kõftesi, Manti and Güveç. We throughly enjoyed all three and the private dining experience.

Delicious banquets. I paid 35 dollars for the take away vegetarian banquet which comfortably fed two people. The Turkish bread was still hot when I got home after picking it up and was very fresh and delicious. If I had more people eating I would try one of the 25pp banquets. The Turkish decor inside restaurant looked great when picking up my order. Would be a great place for a birthday party!

Quiet Monday night we were the only ones in the restaurant. The service was great though.. and the food amazing. Big servings and lots of flavour!

A mixed bag with some great food and some less so. The vegetables were excellent and Dolmades in particular were superb, possibly the best I have ever had. the dips were ok but the carrot dip was not great and one got the idea that the baba ganoush was stretched a bit far with the yoghurt. The mixed grill was good and tasty, but the Adelphi kebab was dry from being cooked that little bit too much Although we had no dancing because of COVID, the decor looked great and I am sure that the place will come alive when the belly dancing and people return

Lovely environment and food that will easily fill you. Lovely decor,great service and no pushy wait staff. They ask you what you want, bring it to you and then let you enjoy it in your own leisure (without waiting for you to take a mouthful of your meal and then asking how everything is....surely every wait staff elsewhere does this as a practical joke amongst themselves.... Well, at least not here). Left not wanting for anything and all at a great price.

Great food but the bread was a bit flat, no pun intended it was just a bit dense compared to what I like. Staff were attentive and friendly and the banquet satisfied myself and friends. I'm being picky on the bread so get on down and enjoy!

I traveled from Melbourne and I have been to many Turkish restaurants and I am very aware of food types and flavours. The lady whom seated us had no understanding of “smile” I believe she was new but smile is the first thing that must be trained to staff members. ( she had no idea on how to make LLB) $15 for kids food, that’s pricy, and no kids drinks were included. Took over 25min to receive the food, only 1 person was in the kitchen with no hat,apron or chef clothes, same kitchen person taking payments from customers.

We had a banquet which was delicious and far more food than anyone could eat. It is slightly pricey (roughly $20-$25 for a main) but this is on par with most Canberra restaurants. Some nights they have belly dancers performing.
