Went on a early Saturday morning, the place was really busy which is always a good thing. Food came out really quickly. The breakfast was what you expected I only wish the serving size was 30% larger then the place would be amazing!! Location: Great Vibe: Good Chia Latte amazing!!

Such a cool breezy place to go and enjoy the food. Went there for a coffee and a fruit tarte and was really delicious and highly recommend this Restaurant. Heaps of parking spaces available and you can enjoy the sunset as well as enjoy the songs there.

Overall really impressed. Good food and presented well. I had the sweet potato and rosemary fritters with beetroot hommus which contrasted colour beautifully and tasted really good. Friends said the brioche bun was a little stale, but it was still presented really well, as well. Also my iced coffee had a chocolate wafer around the straw which I was also impressed by.

Went Sunday morning. It was very busy. Not much seating so grabbed rugs from the chair and sat on the grass. The food was excellent and can recommend the breakfast roll. The beetroot relish was delicious. We ordered takeaway as there was no seating but the food arrived 10 minutes before the drinks so the food was cold by the time the coffees came. It was pretty frantic behind the counter. Don't know if it's normally like this as it was my first time. I will go again and hope it was a one off.

Bus no.4 to casuarina, walk from nightcliff bus stop on Aralia street. Great view, big portions, coffee a little strong flavoured. Service efficient but as expected. Nice stroll along the park, pool right opposite. Kids and dog friendly. Unless you have a car, best left for locals.

This place is honestly the only reason I haven’t left Darwin. The food is outstanding and innovative, the coffee is better than anywhere, on par with laneway but otherwise unparalleled. Great location, gorgeous minimalist interior, wonderful service. If you haven’t been here you need to start your new life, revolving around this speck of wonder in the desolate wasteland of Darwin’s cafes.

I got the brekkie rolls ($14) which is great value. With a large flate white on a rainy weekday morning. The restaurant was about 1/3 full so service was relatively quick - never been a real problem, even when busy. Food was tasty, coffee was enjoyable and staff friendly. I will be returning and would take family and friends from interstate here.

In the past I have had a great experience. However today I ordered the maple fried chicken with the side of chips. I politely asked the waitress if it comes with sauce. She answered tomato sauce if I wanted I could have aoili. I said yes please. Then I was served by a Indian person. Who I politely said I was told it comes with sauce tomato and aoili. He was like I don't know anything about this. I again politely said the nice waitress said it does, his response put me of the food instantly. Going . " you want it you pay for it" it was not in a polite gesture. We just brought two frappes, and a meal. I can afford some sauces. I felt like he was treating me like I was chasing some freebies. Then he said I'll check with the waitress. He didn't come back. Just left it. So I informed the waitress who was super kind and gave me the sauce. But just the attitude of the guy and not even trying to resolve it. "You want it you pay for it?" You serious? Anyway we lost out appetite and just took the food home. But the waitress was super nice. Would not reccomend communicating with the cook at all ever. If his the cook I am unsure. Just rude.

One of my favourite cafes in Darwin. Panoramic view of the ocean and great atmosphere with games on the grass and a swimming pool by the side as well. Good service and offers good variety of food, my favourite being barra fish and chips. Live music on some afternoons.

Wow! It all comes up millhouse at the Foreshore Cafe every time I go there. It's a triple threat, actually, no, quadruple threat, food (the beef foreshore burger was unbeatable), drinks (coffee is on point but failing that berry breeze or an espresso martini is where you wanna be), view (have you seen the ocean before? you can look at it for a good half an hour and if you come at the right time of the day the sun also goes down as well so plenty of action there) and service (all staff I've interacted with have been really great and accommodating but Janelle in particular was extremely helpful when I was a little unsure about what to order). Overall, damn, as Whitney Houston says, I Will Always Love You Foreshore! Cheers as!

Nice setting location. Food was adequate. Drinks came out half way through the meal (even though it was quiet) and the coffee was average. Don't see what the high ratings are for. Also of concern, was the number of people filling their water bottles directly from the urns on the counter, despite a sign saying not to do that. I asked them to stop but the staff couldn't have cared less. We'll be back in lockdown before you know it.

Great food and reasonably priced little cafe affords its patrons open air and sunset views. The chicken burger I ordered was large, full of fresh ingredients and included a generous serving of chips and delicious (though a little watery) dipping sauce. The only issue associated with the cafe is the number of screaming children hurdling back and forth on scooters, but I imagine that's really beyond management's control — just something to be aware of.

Ideally situated this modern cafe has indoor and outdoor seating with a third area out on the front lawns dedicated to lounging out on the bean bags. This area is even pet friendly with water available. Well worth a look.

Nice beach front view. The staff where incredibly kind, they were great with the dog we brought along (dog friendly outdoor area). They are right next to the pools and very close to a bike path. Up against the bike path they have a little coffee stand for a coffee on the go or stop up and put the bikes on the bike rack and take a breather. A little bit on the pricey side but the do use fresh and quality foods so it's absolutely justified. Great for Kid's. Awesome for dogs even the nervous ones (the staff are awesome with them). Good for groups to get together provided you book.

It’s generally open when you are looking for a cafe. The food is good not sensational. The ice cream & the ice coffee is pretty good though. It’s not my favourite coffee but ok. It does have a bitter after taste. I have had better. I usually go the the foreshore cafe when my favourite places are closed it’s a good plan B. The staff generally seem uninterested in the customers. The staff often prefer to chat among themselves than serve you. I have experienced being ‘invisible’ just can’t get the wait staff attention and waited a long time to get service at the counter when the staff are enjoying a good chat as though I wasn’t there. I prices are on the higher side of cafe prices but at least they are open.

Fantastic sunset views and beautifully presented, delicious desserts with a slight hipster vibe. I mainly go here for coffee catchups instead of a meal. The food prices really let this place down. Dishes are very well presented but small quantities for the price, especially considering other competition (food trucks, Groove cafe etc) in the Nightcliff area. I love that it's dog friendly though, and the bean bags are nice to chill out on in the dry season.

We booked a table for 2 a couple of days ago and had an amazing experience. I’m a vegetarian and was pleasantly surprised with how tasteful my choice turned to be. My friend ordered an eye stake fillet and said it was perfectly cooked. I find it a great place for catching up with friends over a nice meal and having such a nice view.

Great location, great views and amazing coffee (by Darwin standards), had the breakfast special (poached eggs, bacon with a salsa and charred corn and the watermelon juice. The latte I ordered was surprisingly good. The downside to the meal was the staff forgetting my boyfriends meal and not rectifying until well after I had finished my meal and drinks. Can always understand mix ups especially on a Sunday brunch run. They have a very high turnover of customers and with pets being allowed makes for a nice little Sunday outing. Will definitely be back throughout the dry.

Nice place to have a meal or a coffee. Takeaway coffee can be ordered from a window outside the cafe which is nice. The only down side is the food is very expensive for what you get. Saying that, it's incredibly good food.
