A great spot on the Wharf The Jetty is a Buffet Style restaurant and is very popular with locals and tourist so can get very busy. With indoor and outdoor tables to choose from all taking in water views. There were plenty of Hot And fresh dishes to choose from and food was being constantly refreshed. The staff were attentive and helpful. It was value for money if you like a buffet. We were at the earliest seating and sat on the deck which was great but it was getting very busy as we were leaving and inside was looking a little hectic

Visited this place on a Tuesday evening and it was packed, with two sittings.! This shows how popular this venue is, with second to none location, with a Dining Deck over Darwin Harbour. The food selection was good for both main course and desserts. No coffee available here, so we had to go to another venue for coffee after..

This place is off the hook and I always walk out feeling completely satisfied. What's that? You don't like seafood? Have a cooked-to-order steak, a choice of about 3 salads, and some rice, curry or pasta instead, mate. Seriously I dunno how this place makes money 'cause when I know I'm going there for dinner I never eat in the day so I can stuff myself senseless on oysters, prawns, mussels, and cheesecake. This time I also got some carbonara, duck, chilli swimmer crabs, a bowl of sweet corn soup, and some roast pork - and there was other stuff I didn't have room for either like bread rolls and watermelon but I can get that at home I guess. But we can't get a chocolate fountain at home can we kids? Nah! Good thing this outfit's got one then eh. As you can imagine this place packs out and when it's chokkas it's pretty hectic at the serveries so I always try to make reservations for a time before 7pm. The carpark fills up pretty early on too so you might end up parking further along but maybe a bit of a walk isnt such a bad idea after the stuffing you're about to subject yourself to. Forgot to mention the price - it's low; and the kids get in for less than the full rate, amazing. Staff - awesome; super attentive, courteous, and always working hard. It's busy as, no surprises there. There's probably some wicked scenery as well but I would have to get my snout out of the trough to appreciate it and like the bread rolls and watermelon, looking out the window is something I can do at home. Seen a heap of Gluten Free options and reasonably sure there were vegetarian dishes as well for example Rice and Lemon Wedges so everyone's got something to enjoy. Go on, be good to yourself for once. You've earnt this.

We had the most amazing dinner here. The food was fresh and delicious. There were also a lot of gluten free options. The waiter/bar tender named Enoch was absolutely lovely, he was friendly, extremely helpful and made THE BEST cocktails! Definitely recommend!

I think their similar restaurant down in Cullen bay is better and I don't remember it being this expensive per person but it was damn good. Variety was good and staff are friendly and attentive. We had a pretty good night and heaps of people were there so it made for a really nice evening. Only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is price, I'm not a big eatter so that makes it not so cost effective but if you are.....go nuts! That said, would absolutely go again!!!

Pretty good for all you can eat seafood. Plus plenty of other foods available but starting to have an Asian touch rather than straight Aussie food like roast vegetables etc. Can be crowded some nights so best to book ahead. We found it best to ring before they open and leave a message then they’ll return your call and get you in before the crowds. If you call after they have opened then it can be up to an hour before they return your call with a sorry we are booked out now!

Nice setting. Food was overall quite good but the steak was not edible. Wait staff promptly removed used plates and replenished cold water. A bit confused when we went in as to whether we could have a tab to add drinks onto and pay in one go when we left. So we bought our drinks separately. But they gave a senior's discount so that was most appreciated! We will be back.

Amazing customer service from the moment I entered the restaurant to the moment I left. A great selection of food from Asian to Italian, hot food and cold foods. My only issue is there was no gluten free and dairy free options for dessert. The atmosphere of the Jetty is warm and vibrant. A great place for a date, family night. It is a must visit if you only have a few nights in Darwin. If I was in Darwin for longer I would definitely come back.

Siting over the water and watching the sunset is a beautiful experience. There was a extensive desert bar with a chocolate fountain, ice creams and baked goods such as brownies and sticky date pudding. The food was buffet standard, although better than other buffets I've had. Spring Rolls were freshly made and refilled. The steak was average, it was very soft. The octopus salad was very tasty. The staff were all very nice, and the waiter we had offered to take photos

Arrived at 6pm with 2 tired kids in tow...got a table looking over the water and prompt friendly service from genuinely helpful staff. Plenty to choose from with a focus on fresh quality. Beautiful view of the sea on the terrace. Friendly stuff, provide you constantly with tap water. Good variety of tasty food, different Salads, Shrimps, Pumpkin-Soup, Rice & Pasta dishes, steak, fried seafood, vegetables, different sauces. Although there are less options than Seafood on Cullen Bay, it's inviting! Just a friendly reminder, a mass number of mosquitoes there at night love the 'taste' of Asians. My family got bitten to the point where we had to asked for an inside table while eating and during the busiest time 😅

The mud crab experience was below average. It tasted as if it was not fresh, probably frozen for some time, mud crabs shouldn't be frozen and thawed for any length of time rendering the flesh mushy. It's should be taken of the menu if providing fresh crab is to expensive. Other dishes and service was great.

We enjoyed the lovely fresh seafood, both hot and cold at this restaurant. We ate here twice during our week in Darwin, the second time on discounted Tuesday which we didn't realize until we arrived. The first night had oysters which were missing on the discount night, but all other foods were the same.

Location: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Affordability: 5/5 However, I only gave it 3 star because of the quality of food. A lot of things seem too sweet for my like, especially the mud crab — I guess it’s the Asian way of cooking that they use a lot of sugar in everything. The kilpatric oyster was soaked in sugar as well. My suggestion is: if you are looking for a nice seafood restaurant this will disappoint you. But if you have a big family and are on a budget this would be perfect for family or couples.

Food selection is decent, especially favouring the seaweed which normally costs $6 for a small handful at selected Woolies locations (Nightcliff, Darwin City). Compared to Cullen Bay (had to go there), the food selection, in my opinion, is better but the food arrangement is inferior when you take into consideration the space allocated to get food as there is little room to move around without disturbing other patrons. However, during my most recent visit booked in the evening, sitting arrangements were too stiff inside, where it was difficult to move out of the chairs when you are booked next to other patrons on the table next to you. You must interact and plead with them to move in so you can get away from the tables to get your food or go to the toilet. Furthermore, the employees took more than an hour (timed it for good measure) to remove stacked plates at the end of the table. Hire more staff or better staff is a possible solution. I shouldn't have to ask at the reception to get the plates removed.

Great food and service! I would recommend a table outside by the water we’re you can see the crocodiles. The food is good and I would heavily recommend the spring rolls and all of the deserts were delicious. It’s a great place to take some sun set photos out by the the water and has great food for the price of entry fee. I will definitely be going back!

Let's get this out of the way first... It's a buffet. But for the price ($33?), they have a great selection of seafood and other items. Crabs, mussels, prawns, fish. Plus a handful of Chinese style dishes and steak. The food is actually pretty good on the whole, other than one or two dishes which I wasn't so keen on. You can sit outside overlooking the water with a gentle breeze, good company and food. I came here late once, the staff were more than accommodating, letting me know when they would be packing away various parts of the buffet. I have always felt that I get good value when I go here and would certainly come again.

This all you can eat restaurant excludes oysters from the price, you can order oysters for $10 and you get a dozen. I was a bit surprised when I found that out, nonetheless I returned to this restaurant quite a few times. Most of the food is pretty good, like all you can eat places there's good stuff and the not so good stuff. The food I really dislike is the dessert bar's cakes. They are dry and cheap and I am always disappointed. The ice cream is yummy though. If I am perfectly honest this restaurant wouldn't be one I choose I usually go there because other people want to... It gets 4 stars from me because it is a good all-you-can-eat place with a reasonable price of about $34 I think and the staff a wonderful and kind.

This buffet was great. Steak was perfectly cooked, the seafood was still moist and delicate. Plenty of options and delicious desserts. Oysters are available at an extra cost about $10-15 or so. I recall eating Crab, fish, mussels, prawns, calamari, pork, beef, chicken, vegetables, salads, chocolate from fountain dipped, icecream and other desserts. We took a table outside on the deck. It was warm with a light breeze. Lighting was dim and the background was picturesque clouds rolling in the distance. Fish were jumping and feeding on bugs attracted to a light below us. My niece loved the action! I recommend sitting outside on the deck, use some bug repellant for mozzies. Otherwise inside is comfortable and closer to the buffet.

Have been going for years. Disappointed the Oysters are no longer included in the All you can eat .. one must pay extra. Great to sit out on the balcony taking in the sights of Darwin Harbour. I'd advise booking during wet season, as when it rains outside patrons need to move inside thus take precedence over walk ins. Food remains fairly unchanged over the years albeit still tasty.

Overrated and overpriced for what they actually have to offer - which isnt much! Been to better buffets with more variety and fresher food for less! Very poor customer service from the moment we walked in and walked out. We had a group booking of 20+ and some of the staff seemed like they didnt want to assist us or want us in the restaurant and kept staring at us like they had an issue with us, it was a very awkward and an unwelcoming vibe. We may have been a bit loud but we were quite a large group as It was a birthday dinner! Very disappointing as we have been here over the past few years and have noticed In the last 9-12 months It hasnt been that great with service and food.

It is a quiet place to relax. The variety has changed over the last 12 months but for a family, it is definately worth the cost.
