Had heard a few good things about Belles Burgers so finally got the chance to go and check it out for myself. On entering was greeted with a friendly member of staff, who after signing myself in let me choose where to sit. I chose the wi dow seat looking over Kangaroo Bay as it was a great afternoon for looking at the boats on the water. They have a nice selection of burgers on offer (hopefully the photo of the menu shows you). A few sides on offer and a decent amount of drink options. I went for the classic burger with a side order of seasoned fries (I know.....really adventurous eh!) And to wash it down went for something I haven't had in years, a milkshake. My order roughly came around to $25. They had a few patrons in there but I didn't have to wait long for my order. The fries were the shoestring variety and were tasty and crunchy. The burger had plenty of flavour as did the milkshake. I did feel that both the burger and shake were somewhat slightly smaller in portion than I would have liked.....but this could also be because I was quite hungry. Although I don't really feel this takes away from the value as the food was delicious and all within a relaxed atmosphere.

Nice little cafe for burgers and sandwiches, with a slight Asian fusion twist. Fried chicken burger ($15) was excellent. Kids menu available. Convenient and scenic waterfront location. Amex not accepted.

Love this place a lot. The slightly retro milk-bar vibe is artfully paired with clean, modern architecture. The burgers are elite and the selection of sides are inventive and tasty. Definitely recommend the cauliflower fries with peanut butter dipping sauce! It’s 4 out of 5 stars for me on this one 👍

I love Belle's, order here once a week. Get the chicken tenders, best tenders I've ever had and the Belle's sauce is to die for.

YUM!! I had a korean pork burger and couldn't fault it. It has a sriracha mayo that packs a little heat but not too much. The chicken is really good, the crumbing is alot like KFC but overall so much better than KFC, tender and not dripping with fat. Lovely polite staff. Only down side - The dining is a little small so feels a bit crowded even when there isn't alot of people.

Reliably great food, but this evening we were super impressed by the delivery guy. We have a slightly ‘non standard’ driveway, and after watching him try to negotiate it in his car, the lights went off and we thought he’d bailed out on us. Shortly thereafter, there was a knock on the door - he’d powered up a 100m long gravel driveway in the cold and dark to deliver our tucker. Still warm when we got it too!

First experienced Belles burgers at the dark mofo winter feast and had to try again in store, it’s left me speechless. The burger was oozing with juices and the meat was cooked to perfection, the toppings on the burger were amazing and the chips are a must. If you’re stuck on where to go for dinner, definitely check out Belles. You won’t be disappointed.

Always have a great burger here. The cheese and bacon fries are amazing. Pork belly burger is a close second. Seating at the windows on a stool is uncomfortable, but worth it for the food.

I would give this 4 stars except for the surley, rude waitress with the straight dark hair. You'll know who I mean when you go there, if she still has her job. She could hardly have been less helpful and didn't give a toss, let alone say a polite thank you to anyone. Too busy prancing around with her lips pursed like a cat's date. Otherwise the service and food were great. Excellent chicken wings!

Great atmosphere, great food, great service. Meals where possible were suited to dietry requirements and enjoyed. Vegetarian options were excellent mixed and matched. Really enjoyed the corn pasta dish and the sweet potato,cauliflower option was made without the dressings and was very tasty. There were only a few chips left to take away out of eleven people eating most items on the menu,speaks for itself.

Wednesday has become date night, thanks to this place alone. Food was an absolute delight to eat, burgers were soft and delectable with the crunch from our "chook" burgers really gave a great texture in your mouth. The drink selection was good but overall maybe not shown as much as possible. The open kitchen wasnt really to my taste but didn't distract from a good atmosphere. Tldr; great food, good price, great atmosphere and lovely staff make for a staple in any couples date night.

Went with a group of 4. Top notch service on a Saturday night. Had an assortment of smalls to share and had a Cubano for myself. Will be going back, will be getting takeaway frequently. Good pricing and the food is delicious. Well done to the owners!

Simple menu of excellent food. Good range of drinks. Will definitely be returning a few times to ensure this was no fluke. Prices highly competitive against central Hobart - would seem I've found the answer to driving over the bridge for a really fine feed.

This was a brilliant place to eat. I hope they stick around Bellerive. Proper flatbreads and burgers. Also an interesting array of side plates. Couldn't recommend a better burger joint than this in Clarence. Great selection of drinks. Great service.

Had a lovely meal here. Nice atmosphere and within a reasonable price range. I don't know what it says but the Belles pickles was the standout menu item. Lovely little pieces all pickled differently. Sweet, spicy, complex flavours... I had the Fried Chicken Kimchi burger which came off as a super yummy chicken and coleslaw burger. The disappointment was in a) no detectable kimchi flavour and b) no detectable kimchi spice. This is a pity, as I love the flavour profile of kimchis and this could have escalated the experience beyond! Also the Belles Cheeseburger was a good burger but the bun ever so slightly burnt. We ordered the cauliflour nuggets which were fine but I was left wanting here as well. The coating was very understated in flavour, perhaps due to presence of dipping sauce, which brings me to main pain point. It was served with (I want to say) a tahini dipping sauce except it was not a sauce consistency. More like peanut butter smear. So it was a bit tough to actually dip. Perhaps it was only meant as a spread... who knows. But on flavour it didn't provide a great accompaniment for me personally. I would have preferred something a but lighter, more tangy, spicier sweeter even. The staff were so lovely and friendly and it is a real testament to the quality that I felt, despite wanting many tweaks, happy with my meal. Just...you know when you can identify so easily how it could hace been a knock out it's almost tougher to accept than a straight up bomber of an experience because perfection was so much closer within reach? Gahh! But kimchi burger definitely needs to boost it's kimchiness. In my opinion. X
