There are so many delicious things on this menu that I didn’t know where to start! The Choc Chip Panookie was great and can be shared if you don’t want to eat too much. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly!

Beautiful desserts. Shame they have removed a few things from the menu but there was still plenty of delicious items to choose from.

Lovely place to enjoy a coffee with a waffle or pan cake, food is well presented, cool atmosphere, they have few savoury dishes too which are served all day. Service could get pretty slow during the day .

Get in my belly! Terrific spot for dessert. I had the 'Oh my Pumpkin!' (pumpkin pudding, coconut bechamel & sesame praline) and it was sensational. Do yourself a favour . . . 😋

Desserts are well-presented and tasty with a sweet and attractive array of toppings. There are some very decent gluten free options including chocolate waffles, although menu is not particularly gastronomic or creative. Service was friendly but a bit clumsy, music was bad and toilets were not clean. Overall it was a good experience but there's room for improvement.

Very cute cafe in a great location! The staff is very accommodating, super friendly and gives great advice on the menu. We had the Nutella croiffle, lemon panookie and the banana roti (this one was recommended by the staff and it was my favourite!) they are all not super flavorful or sophisticated but make all great desserts for sharing and having fun. The sesame latte was very indulgent and creamy, nutty flavours - just at the end a. It overpowering, so I would suggest that you share one or serve it in smaller cups :) all in all everyone was very happy!

Oh boy, this place is amazing 🤩 really good deserts and the service was great 👍 they took a bit but it was pretty busy so is understandable

We had berry bliss, hot choco, and black sesame latte. We both don’t like desserts that are too sweet, and berry bliss surprised us! It’s very nice to visit here while in Tasmania.

Honestly the best deserts I have ever had and the coffee was also really good. Very reasonably priced for what it is and the staff were super friendly and gave great recommendations.

Nice dessert cafe. The brownie was great.
However the whole music vibe got a bit annoying after the 4th Blackpink song in a row. Would recommend the place regardless!

Loved the Matcha Panookie! So delicious!

Had the Lemon and Choc Chip Panookie, service was fast and friendly. The food was delicious and booked to perfection would be coming back for sure. Desert was finished off with chocolate milk which had some pieces of fudge which was a nice touch.

Nice place with beautiful desserts! Highly recommended!
In the pic Chocolate waffle, banana roti and choc and chip panookie.

One of our family's favourite destination for having sweets. We love fried chicken waffle - the combination of sweet waffle, savoury fried chicken and tingling sriracha mayo is superb!.
The nutella puff is also nice - for chocolate addict 😁. If it is at home, I will lick my plate until squeakly clean ☺️

Honey Badger cute, off the main Salamanca drag, but touches of maple antiquities with a sprinkling of homeliness and originality.
My kind of things forgotten but hey they are there to taste and enjoy.

This cafe should be rated 5/5, I was only able to taste their savory dishes and I love love LOVED it! The toast is soft and crunchy at the same time and the fillings on top are so mouth watering! The portion is huge for that price and everybody loved it, the kids, the grandparents, the person who pays the bill... Highly recommend ham and cheese, tuna melt... You'll not regret it!!!

Came across this place while walking around Salamanca. We had the sticky date pudding and panna cotta. Both were really good!

We were looking for a nice dessert after we had dinner elsewhere… this place was awesome! Great coffee, great food and good service. Views just outside shop too was pretty cool.

My friend and I frequent this very nice dessert place. They make the best dark hot chocolate (feeling like one now) and also other quality beverages. Tried their toast melts, which were delicious. I can see they really put a lot of effort into their food and beverage. And they seem to have a very happy team. Simply an awesome place to be.

Absolutely mouth-wateringly delicious food!!
If you’re a fan of dessert, I cannot recommend this place enough.
The fried chicken & waffles was perhaps one of the best things I’ve ever eaten.
And the panookies are like some kind of dessert dream.
Also, cosy cafe vibes and always wonderfully friendly service.
Local favourite I imagine I’ll visit time and again.

The best place to stop for a sweet treat in Hobart! Food was absolutely delicious, highly recommend the happy tummy croffle!

Looking for a late evening sugar rush we joined the crowds at this place. Its fairly noisy but not overtly loud you cant have a conversation like other places who blast music in an effort to be trendy.
The Kyoto waffle was awesome with the matcha flavour. Go to visit place.
The seating is abit strange as you had to sit sideways at some tables. Guess its a good way to get people turning people over by not being too comfy.

The most amazing, obscure, and decadent desserts that you can find. They are so good I visited almost every day I stayed in Hobart.
The staff are friendly and welcoming, the courtyard seating is nice, and the menu has the perfect amount of choices.
A must visit if you are in Hobart. I'd even go to Hobart again just to go there!

Best dessert place in Salamanca with great atmosphere. The service was very friendly and attentive. I ordered panookie and a cheesecake and I was impressed by the freshness of both, it's not like typical dessert places that keep desserts on the the window for weeks. Good quality and taste are high, with a menu full with reasonable pricings.

Stopped off here spontaneously after walking past after dinner. Super cute interior with helpful staff. It was a little empty when we came in but filled up fast, so we were lucky. 100% recommend the hot chocolates and panookies.

Stopped on here for dessert and couldn't decide between the Apple Crumble or the Forbidden Cheesecake... So we got both! The cheesecake wasn't anything special really, but the apple crumble was spot on!

So normally I would never return to a restaurant/cafe more than once in a holiday. Out of 3 night's stay in Hobart, we came here after dinner every night and my god, heaven!! So awesome there are vegan dessert options that are delicious!! Best one is defs the Banana Roti! Dark hot choccy is always a goodie to end the night with also. Please open a HBCafe in Brissy 🤗🤞🙏

A great dessert cafe based in Hobart bringing you desserts for a good price. They're very reasonable with the prices and are actually very popular with the locals and internationals alike!
They're well known for their matcha lattes, and I also recommend trying out their Black Panookie and Banoffee pies.
It has a nice honeycomb decor on the walls, so it does fit the "honey" part of their name. Potentially the badger could mean the customers coming in and eating their yummy desserts. But I digress, that's just my random thought on it.
It's located along the same row as Machine Laundry cafe (also another great place by the way) and can get very busy during peak hours. Since it's also within Salamanca, there are many parking spots depending on the time you plan to go to Salamanca.
Be prepared for an explosion of sugar, but if you're not over-ordering or are sharing, then it should not be a problem!
