Specifically talking about the location, they have a good parking space which I found is really useful in comparison with the other outlets. They also have a drive away option which is more convenient for someone who are looking for a quick takeaway.

North Hobart Maccas is a Liminal space. You never go there but you always end up there. I'm pretty sure no one's ever seen it during the day. It appears only as a rest stop from deep within the fog of the nighttime wanderer's mind. Its aura is tired, insignificant yet ancient. They need more staff members as well, the people behind the counter are always being visibly overworked.

Once I understood how you order and pay inside, I was fine - what are those white screen things near the entrance? I like Maccas, quality grub, excellent coffee and it is clean. Also, there is no mindless muzak, so my brief visit was a pleasant experience. 8/10

Just went through Drive thru and had the most amazing customer service, the guy who served us with the high vis vest on (didn’t catch his name) was very polite and bubbly. They were extremely busy and obviously under the pump, I think it’s the first time we have ever been sent to waiting bays for our food and didn’t mind due to this guys amazing customer service. Hopefully this finds its way to this hardworking employee and he gets the praise and recognition he deserves :) Top job mate, keep up the good work :)

Service was pretty quick in here. The que wasn't that long. And they do have a separate cafe section for sitting, which is very nice. But the only thing that is very disgusting is the dirty and messy tables. From the time I went inside the store and till i got my food, i waited about 5-6 mins. In this 5-6 mins, no one cleaned up tge tables. Even after I was done with my food, those dirty tables were still unattended.

The company has a certain consistency wherever you visit. This store has the new electronic pre-order stations, which would be very useful during the morning and lunch rush. There is also a McCafe. This location is near a police station and had police as well as student customers while I visited. The staff gives you a number for your table when you order and brings the food out to you.

Surprisingly slow service considering there is seemingly alot of staff, general housekeeping of tables and floors seems non existant. I understand customers should place thier rubbish in the bins provided, however when 9 of 12 tables have litter left on them, it needs to be dealtt with immediatly, rather then left there

Went on Christmas morning. Packed in there. I thought I'll get poor service like most of the Maccas. But suprisingly a young girl that served us was really friendly and she was delivering foods to all the tables as well. She was constantly greeting clients, tell them to enjoy their meal and smile. I was so suprise to see it. Keep up the good work! It's a shame I don't know what's her name but she definitely deserve a good pay or few days off after Christmas.

It the Mac on the heart of hobart. 24/7 operating mac doesn't have huge capacity. It is very busy in day time. 15 light vehicle parking, bike parking available here. They has the drive thru feature.

A solid Macca's well located in the city. Near enough to fire/police so our emergency services can get a meal and close to UTAS accommodation (within walking distance for students). McDonald's North Hobart's biggest problem is that it's on a small block so when it's busy, it's less ideal than most McDonald's restaurants. Because the seating area and car park is small, both can become easily congested. Due to the L shape of the car park, cars struggle to navigate the car park and the bike rack is a turnoff to bicycle riders due to its design. Other than the above, it's your everyday Macca's "I'm lovin' it" goodness
