OK went for breakfast with the kids. Wife ordered orange juice got some orange colored water. She asked for a other thinking it was due to the ice but still only got orange water. Must be tough if you can't actually supply orange juice anymore. Maybe that's how you make a good profit not worry about good product or service

Visted maccas rosny on the weekend. It wasn't a busy time around 11am, only about a dozen people in store. Placed order and waited. After 20min I went to check what had happened. Not sure what was the issue. But the staff were apologetic and gave us a whole round of fries for the trouble. - customer service can be hard, you don't always get it right- i did appreciate how it was handled, and the complexity guesture. Well done!

Surprisingly the coffee here is pretty good. Seems better and more consistent than some of the actual coffee shops around Hobart. Only down side is the seats and the floor and half the tables are all dirty at the back. But coffee and cake is really good and they heat up your cake and muffins so they are nice and warm and have melty chocolate oozing out. Something dedicate coffee shops really should be doing. Yeah it's a fast food joint but.. the that staff are nice and happy and offering to heat up your snacks and asking how many sugars in your coffee just makes the experience nicer than other places.

For a McDonalds, they have their system down to a science. The food is fresh and made fast. The drive-through is very efficient - even during peak hour periods. Inside the restaurant is always clean and very well maintained. This is the gold standard other fast food restaurants should be striving for.

Not impressed Really. I know its busy around 3pm but thats no excuse for not getting my order right. Especially when I have two hungry kids waiting. When I pay $30 + for a meal I expect to get what I paid for. Not the first time this has happened. Also noticed another guy complaining about his meal being given to someone else. Next time I get take away ( if there is next time) I'll make sure everything is right before I leave 😠😠

Rosny McDonald's always have fresh hot chips. They're very quick & their burgers aren't so sloppy when they put in sauces. Most McDonald's have disgusting sloppy burgers where there's so much sauce, you can't enjoy it. Keep it up & they'll have happy customers.

Reading other reviews it would seem it was hit and miss.... but all I can say is about my experience today. Well done! I live on the other side of the river so I don't come over to this store very often, but the few times I have I have been pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff from both windows of the drive thru. Fast food, burger actually looked like the picture, tasted just like it should, fries were hit and salty. No delay done guys 👍🏼

The food comes out quickly, which isn’t the case for some fast food restaurants. Only issue I’ve had is that sometimes with the egg and bacon muffins (my go to) I can tell that they have been left to sit a little too long after being cooked. But overall, pretty good

I went in for breakfast my mill was great I have a very fun time while I was in there everything looks fine until I got to my car I got into the car and I looked at the hot pocket I ordered for $2 50 and it looks terrible it was practically just a piece of dough I hated it is nothing else to say about it but egg and bacon McMuffin was amazing also the hash brown was amazing and I found out if you put a hash brown into the McMuffin it's amazing you need to try it lol. The coffee was quite good they didn't put the sugar in the coffee when making it they gave me a little sachet of sugar which was little bit stupid I wish they put it in the coffee but nothing I can do about that I will show photo below of what the hot pocket look like I tried taking one vitamin and I hated it. The customer service was also pretty close to amazing that's why I gave it 3 stars I was very disappointed the hot pocket though

A pretty good Macca's in a prime spot! Has the modern Maccas 2 lane drive-thru, is located close to other fast food brands for convenience and is close to Rosny College for those students and staff who want their dose of Mickey D's. It's a spacious Macca's with around 3 self-service kiosks, a playground, outdoor seating and plenty of parking. Easily one of the biggest Macca's in the south of Tasmania. Speed and quality of service is on par, if not higher, than most southern Tasmania Macca's restaurants. Definitely worth a trip if Rosny Park is your destination
