The last few reviews on this place don't look genuine at all to me, so here is my Genuine review. Ordered sliders and nachos for lunch today, the food was delicious, the nachos had good amounts of cheese, sour cream and Real guacamole, the salsa was seasoned well. The service was great from Kieran, didn't have to wait long at all, well worth the money. We will be back again soon.

Went for breakfast after the morning rush at about 9.30am and I was at first skeptical about the quality looking at the decor, however I can honestly attest that the Rendezvous is a cafe that lets the food and customer service do the talking. The food is reasonably priced and generously portioned, as well as high quality.

A great cafe located at Salamanca Market. This was my first visit to Tasmania and the first thing I ate and I'm glad it did not disappoint. The "Big Breakfast" was reasonably priced compared to other cafes I've visited.

Food is amazing. However the owner or manager was so rude not only to customers but she should be absolutely ashamed of her self and the way she is speaking to her very young staff. To busy yelling at staff to even pay attention to what the customer is ordering had to say my order 3 times before she paid enough attention of what I was asking for.

Well I can truly say this place was full this morning at only 9am. .but the cashier and All the staff are extremely Efficient there where a few big orders before mine as I had 5 people in front of me and could hear the orders... We only waited 30mins for our food.. on arrival it was hot and very Generous serving and very well priced... Nothing was a issue for the staff very friendly and attentive...

Great food as always and very friendly lovely staff. Unfortunately manager was quite rude from the start and continually berated her staff in front of everyone the whole time, so unprofessional and bad management. Maybe if you tried treating them better you might get better results.

Myself and 3 friends had breakfast here on Sunday. The service was very good. Prompt and polite. The food was excellent and we didn't have to wait long for it to come out. I have eaten here numerous times and am always happy to go back.

Service is fast but not table service. Food is generous serves and tasty. Good selection of dishes, so a good place for picky people in groups! Seagulls can be a bit of issue so don't wave your food around! :-)

Food is reasonably priced from $10 for a cooked breakfast. If you are looking for silver service, this isn't the place! You queue up, order and pay at the front of the cafe, and food is brought to your table. Warm inside, if a little cramped, plus outside tables, mostly under cover.
