These guys have a good selection on offer, something to cater to everyone's taste buds. I tried their fried chicken ranch style burger with a side order of fries which roughly cost under $18. The food was good and filling and was served up with friendly customer service. There were a few customers in there but it didn't take them too long to get my order together. You have the option of indoor seating or outside if that what you prefer. Being part of the Newtown Plaza means there's plenty of parking to be had and is a great stop if you're looking for a break from your grocery shopping.

I have been to this restaurant for several years now. It was a nice place to eat delicious and fresh fried chicken. No more. I went back to this restaurant last saturday night. I was nicely surprise to discover that the menus were much better with a nice choice of different and delicious other foods. Before it was tasty but simple and more basic . The decoration has greatly improved. The staff is still very welcoming and smiling. AND the 'hot wings' are the best. After we had finished the 1st serve, they came and asked if we wanted some more. Nice ! ). I recommend this restaurant which offer as well some nice sides like crispy chicken skin! Very good prices and delicious food. Now I give it 5 stars. Like

We arrived approximately 10 minutes before the kitchen closed. That was brought to our attention right away by a very friendly hostess. Their menu was amazing. A very exclusive place for chicken lovers. You will find a variety of menu with grilled, fried chicken, burgers ans wrap. I love their hot wings and hot chicken burger. The place is not big. 6 people may sit inside and 10-15 in outside. Best for takeaway. Available in ubereats. Wheelchair accessible. Very friendly staffs.

Visited Ruckus yesterday with my family and ordered the honey soy sesame thigh as well as chips and deep fried pickles. The food was freshly prepared for us and the customer service was excellent. the thigh was incredibly juicy, well seasoned and had just enough sweet to complement the savoury flavour of the chicken. Chips had some nice spice to it and the deep fried pickles were heavenly. Definitely coming back again to try some of the other dishes on offer.

Ordered a delivery on Uber eats. Honestly not a fan. The chicken wings themselves are ok, but the spicy sauce is way too spicy at the same time flavorless. Fries are not crisp, taste like boiled potatoes.

Tasty fried chicken and great value. Staff are always friendly and welcoming - seems to be a wide selection of fried chicken, as well as burgers. $30 got us 6 full wings, 2 sides (great chips and onion rings) and a burger - I call that a cheap meal. The chicken coating is made on the spot and the chicken tossed fresh - meals can take a while but worth the wait. The chicken was flavourful and not at all dry. Could benefit from an increase in the drinks available. All in all, great fried chicken for the money.

Just devoured the OG burger!!! Seriously this burger needs an M in the middle. Hands down the best burger I have eaten from anywhere in Tasmania if not the world. Chicken was beautifully cooked, fresh salad, delicious aioli and a generous serving of crunchy French fries all wrapped with love in a perfectly soft bun. Amazing job Ruckus Fried Chicken!!! Great atmosphere and even better food. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy with a flavourful coating. Their hot coating has just the right amount of heat to know you're eating chilli and a great flavour. I paired my drumsticks with some deep fried pickles and a house made soda which were both equally delicious. I'll definitely be returning.

I'm not sure if it's a bad night but really disappointed in my order. Chicken drumsticks were greasy, had no flavour in the coating, and the texture was weird. Also for the price of a "large" chips you would expect more than crinkle cut frozen chips with bugger all seasoning salt. The onion rings and hot sauce were fantastic though. Like I said, maybe you guys are having an off night but after spending $40 on a meal I did expect more.

My partner and I love this little place, the foods great, and pretty speedy considering the owner pretty much cooks it all by himself, the owners and staff are all super lovely and more than accommodating to our 14 month old daughter who likes to make a mess, bringing us extra napkins and offering us a high chair. I highly recommend Ruckus. Will be back.

Really good food here, friendly service. Their burgers are amazing and they’re worth a try. They’re available on Uber Eats too! I once had an issue with the food so I called to let them know. They were happy to make it up to me and were friendly and polite when dealing with them.

We ordered the Original & Chipotle burgers with sides of Mac n Cheese, Fried Broccoli and Chips....the Chipotle has a respectable amount of heat but not overwhelming. Those that like a more neutral burger the Original is for you. All the sides are delicious, not sure if the Broccoli can be classed as healthy but it makes a great guilty conscience satisfier :p
