Generally a good place, would visit again, but freezing cold in winter. Even the ham with my Eggs Benedict was served fridge-cold. Time to break out the long underwear 🤣 In a great location for a view on the harbour, yet surprisingly the windows are high up so you can't see out sitting down. Has some parking, outdoor seating, and bathroom. Suggestions for owner: If the customers are still wearing their hats and coats inside and the (friendly!) staff are using the coffee machine to warm their own hands, then it's time to turn up that heat pump! 😀

Had only coffee and slice of seed toast. Coffee wasn't what I expected, perhaps my expectation was too high. Average coffee quality in Tasmania is amazingly high, but this cafe is good enough for local Taroona people, easy takeaway as don't need to go cage too far. Maybe I should try proper food next time for better review with tea but not coffee.

Great ‘all day’ (until 2pm anyway) breakfast with perfect poached eggs and just the right sourdough. Another converted garage, well delivered and with great ambiance. The hard surfaces make it a little noisy, but not too bad. Young and friendly staff who were keen to please and fast to serve. Parking is challenge but the food is worth a short walk.

The food was good. The coffee was good. Its a good restaurant with fresh food and good flavours. The service was ok and it took a while for the food to come but it was worth it. The waffles absolutely excellent. They were a little cold but still really really good.

What a lovely place to have lunch after a big walk. Friendly, helpful service with a smile. Delicious coconut pumpkin soup with yummy sourdough bread for two of us, the person in our group had a great egg and bacon roll. The coffee was wonderful. A relaxing space, rustic and welcoming. Definitely go there again.

I went for lunch with no expectations, to my surprise it was a delightful experience. The shabby chic decor gave a lovely ambiance and the food was delicious and well priced. I had the corn fritters, the serving was very generous with salad greens, poached eggs and dressings. The service was prompt and very pleasant. I'll definitely go back when I'm in the area again.

Amazing neighborhood cafe! Friendly and helpful staff and delicious food and drinks. Lots of healthy options, gluten free, and lactose alternatives. Certain tables have chalk for you to write on. I think this is a nice touch to the cafe. This is a perfect place for breakfast, a quick bite or a pick me up coffee.

Fantastic spot for breakfast/brunch...or any meal for that matter. Service is friendly and the food is definitely made with love. The owner and chef pride themselves on the fact that their produce is mostly grown on site, with the hope to be 100% independent in providing their ingredients for everything on the menu.
