Don't be put off by being served by a human hot dog, this is seriously the best chicken burger around. Even little miss wanted to go back for another hot dog. The donuts were incredibly fresh and tasty, so glad we tried them! You can't go wrong with their food and excellent friendly service!

I like big buns and I cannot lie! New to Braeside is Big Buns & Donuts. This sweet new location is just a taste of what is to come to the former bank location. You can find a great selection of house-made burgers, hot dogs, subs and jam & cream donuts. Everything is house-made including the buns. Currently, their digs is their pretty sweet looking food truck for take-away. But soon, it is going to be a great fit out inside with a much bigger range of food and donuts. This is something you will want to check out for yourself. We had a taste of what is to come and were really impressed. 🍽 Fried Chicken – Buttermilk fried chicken, slaw, siracha, aioli and cheese 🍽 Dirty Dog Hot Dog – Beef sausage, fried onion, bacon, cheese & bbq sauce 🍽 Beef Brisket Loaded Fries – Beef Brisket, Cheese Sauce & Spring Onion 🍽 Cream and Jam Donut They are currently open Mon-Fri 7am-2pm. You won’t miss the spot with owner, Mo dressed up as a hot dog outside! We look forward to returning and updating our review when you open the premises.

What a character! The proprietor is bursting with enthusiastic gusto, personally greets you as he watches over your food experience, playfully profiling you if encouraged …. 😆 The chicken burger was beaut, full of flavour and perfectly paired with pink coleslaw. The breakky burger had just the right amount of chilli jam to give it a wow factor. Beautiful home made brioche buns, tasty fries, all in all made this a very enjoyable meal 👏🏽

If you around the Braeside area (even if your not) pop in for a coffee, burger, sub, donut and more, starting at the buns, meat, chicken veggies are all fresh , coffee was ripper as well , great work guys , can not wait to see what you do with the place.

Saw these guys online and decided to try them and advantage of their free delivery, ordering their burger and donuts. Donuts were too popular and sold out on the day, but the bloke promptly rang me to get it all sorted and I opted to have donuts delivered following week. No wonder they were sold out - donuts were fluffy, packed full of flavour and unbelievable value considering it was also hand delivered! But the highlight was the burger. I've had a lot of burgers but hands down these guys are probably top of my list now after just 1 burger. The double stack was amazing - BIG, JUICY, perfectly balanced and unique flavours. With the option of medium or well done patties you can tell they actually care about the end product and don't just bang them off the assembly line. Thanks again for the amazing food! AMAZING Donuts! I cannot remember a better classic donut in my lifetime. A friend had recommended Big Boy Buns to us, and I am recommending to YOU! Unexpectedly this was a fun experience as Mo and George were so welcoming and enthusiastic about our thoughts on taste, and our responses from first bite. Recommend the coffee too!

After a long day at work in the heat and man asked me to put down my window at the lights and then handed me a free box of donuts! I was so grateful! When I tried these donuts my mouth felt like it was in heaven. Great flavours and a delicious donut dough keep up the good work 👍

How can I select 6 stars instead of 5?.. Man, between the friendly, enthusiastic and professional service, the cleanliness and the quality of the coffee and food, I'm not sure I have ever experienced a better lunch. Straight up. Thank you so much for a ridiculously good coffee and amazing pulled pork sub. I will tell everyone I know, including myself 😁,to visit BIG BUNS ASAP. Go and support these guys if your local. They also offer a delivery service for their donuts 🍩, which also look insanely good (I'm on a diet) .. Again haha

one of the best places i have ever gotten lunch from in my life. The hot Dog man said "i had no idea what i was in for" right before he handed me my brisket burger and by god he was right i was not prepared for that delicious experience. He told me the same thing when i bought donuts and my god he was right again.

I have no clue how you turn a hot dog into something amazing, but Big Buns has managed it. The rest of the menu matches up, with fantastic chips and donuts. They even have delicious pulled pork! Definitely being added to our lunch favorites.
