Very tasty wood fire pizza. The vegetables are marinated which make it tasty. The pizza crust is light so you don’t feel bloated. Staff are friendly, albeit we did have a waitress forget about getting us the dessert menu. She got distracted delivering food to another table & then started to clean another table before remembering us. Probably did us a favour because by the time we got the menu, the food was settling and so no longer craved dessert :) You are required to show your vaccine passport if dining in. They have a window for external pick up orders.

The pizza is really excellent, the staff very kind, the tables are clean, unfortunately the place is a bit small and in an unsuitable context for the excellence of pizza. Despite this, you deserve an abundant 5 stars and I recommend it to all those who want to taste the real Italian pizza.

If a near perfect pizza for $22 is the sort of thing you’re into, then I guess circa 900 is your jam. You could get DOC or 400 Gradi for $25+, which is great, but not as great as this so why bother. This is superior pizza. The proof is in the pie. Edit: Circa has been closed for over a month now over christmas and today I finally ordered a pizza again. It was so good I nearly died. I love your pizza so much, thank you for making it.

Gorgeous Pascoe Vale favourite, circa 900 delivers great wood fired pizza along with awesome dessert pizzas and donuts 🍩 for afterwards. The venue is quite spacious and even if you just want to call ahead and pickup pizzas are equally good either way you choose.

Absolutely wonderful family restaurant! A pizzeria serving "vera pizza napoletana"! I visited for a Christmas party and we tried a variety of items from the menu including starters and pizzas. Everything I tried was amazing! Fresh ingredients, wonderful flavour combinations. I loved the fried, stuffed green olives and the pizza capricciosa the most, as well as the crema di caffè; what an amazing way to end the night with a creamy coffee dessert! Coupled with the friendly, efficient service, this pizzeria is highly recommended. We will definitely be back again soon!

The staff were amazing, we felt very welcomed. They were attentive and polite. The atmosphere was relaxed in an authentic style decor. The music and temperature of the venue was perfect. The aranchini balls came out well presented, golden brown and crunchy. Unfortunately they were cold in the middle and auite bland even with the provided sauce. The pizza came next and it didn't feel like a lot of love had been put into it, especially as it wasn't a busy night. It was cooked to perfection, with a light fluffy crust. The flavours and ingrediants were not well balanced however , which was dissapointing as it could have been an amazing dish. We will be returning as the service is worth giving it a second chance alone.

Best napoletanan pizza we ever had in Australia so far. The dough was just beautiful, perfectly done and cooked, they know their product and how to work with it. excellent authentic pizza. .. thin bases and not overloaded with toppings. you won't find aussie or tropical pizzas at this place but you won't be disappointed. the pizzas here are excellent. the service is excellent and the menu varied..though there was no pasta. We had two pizzas and they were both cooked to perfection plus a delicious salad. the restaurant itself is light filled, welcoming and has a nice ambience. highly recommend this place if you are in the area

Went for the first time on Friday and was definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve had in Melbourne! The bases are amazingly light and fluffy with great flavour and the toppings are fresh and generous. Went there a couple of months ago and as soon as we walked through the door, the staff were very welcoming. We saw the antipasto platter on the menu to start, and asked if it would be possible for them to make up one with just olives, cheese and cold meats. Their response was amazing. Nothing was too complicated for them. I ordered the pizza for my main as they have a massive wood fired oven, when it came out it looked and smelled awesome. The taste was even better. Best pizza I've had. My wife had a pasta dish and loved it. She commented on how it tasted real fresh. Upon leaving, the owners took the time to have a little chat with us. It was like going to visit my Zia (Aunty). I would highly recommend Circa 900 Fantastic family business with excellent service and awesome food. We will definitely be back!!

Marco Capparella is a fantastic pizza maker, following the original Neapolitan recipe, and his wife Anna the best partner ever. We had 4 different pizzas on Friday night and they were all spot on! House was full but yet they made a table available for the 4 of us, and provided excellent service. The fact that there are no alcoholic beverages would probably be a downside if the food wasn't so good. Price is very reasonable (just under $100 for 4 pizzas and drinks), we are definitely going back.

A great little local that has become out family's favourite restaurant. Their pizza's take me back to our trip to Rome 16 years ago! Fantastic thin fluffy base with the freshest toppings. Normally I would leave the pizza for the kids and choose something more sophisticated for myself, but not here. The pizza is something else! Their service is friendly and fabulous and the ambiance is lovely and relaxed. We've done the rounds of all the local restaurants and Circa 900 wins hands down for great pizza!!

The pizzas here are very good, you can tell the toppings are all high quality. We got the truffle pizza and a capriccosa. As it was late at night we found out when we got there to pick up they had run out of mushrooms so we got the capriccosa for free. Even without them it was still a great pizza. I will say though that due to the amount of toppings the centre was slightly soggy but very tasty nonetheless. There's a reason they're always busy.

Having family from Naples and eating pizza in Naples it's very hard to find authentic Italian pizza. The pizza here is nothing short of a miracle in Australia. The base has a beautiful flavour, the San Marzano tomato is richh in flavour and last but not least the imported buffalo mozzarella gives it a flavour so authentic you would think you were eating this in Santa Lucia! A must try for everyone and I can't wait to go back.
