I got the Mustard and pickles burger, it was quite nice the pickles just could of been cut a bit smaller, presentation was great even after a walk home, chips are always very nice and they have a nice selection of dip.

Had the $5 impossible burger deal and some chips. Both tasted amazing, some of the best chips I've had. Not sure I'd pay full price for the burger but the deal was great!

This place gets really busy during peak times so be prepared for a wait. That said, the burgers are worth it, so you're call :) The rewards and app are worth checking out as the offers are decent.

One of the best burgers I’ve had in many years! Had a cheese and bacon burger and it was so juicy and delicious, with a beautiful smokey flavour. The fries with crispy and crunchy. Nice variety on the menu too incl vegetarian options.

Dining out in a post-COVID lockdown world isn't normal, but Grill'd make it easy with QR codes and sensible table distancing. Take away wasn't ever the same as dining in, so it was great to dine 'out' and find the burgers and fries are as good as always! Would recommend.

Unfortunately it was COVID Chaos. Should know better than to order a takeaway from there on a Friday night. Normally the food and service is great but last night there appeared to be no quality control; the sweet potato chips came as one soggy lump, the wagyu burger was at best warm. And we probably waited more than 20 minutes after our order time - hanging around the shop trying to social distance . Fair to say they are trying to cope in trying times but the food isn't cheap by any stretch.

It was a very busy Friday night, grilled accidentally gave me the wrong order. It wasn’t until I got home until I realised. I called grilled to let them know and arrange a new order as I had my heart set on the ‘chilli addict burger’ It was an easy mistake, they were incredibly professional and had a new order ready when I got back. Nearly the whole team said sorry and gave me a free meal for the hassle. I’ve been here plenty of times and will be plenty more. Everyone is doing an amazing job during a tough time. Big love

With free delivery, and half price for relish members, it was a no brainer to order straight to the doorstep. The quality does NOT disappoint, with high-calibre patties and awesome tasting sauce. Will definitely recommend to others.

Visited when there was no one in the store. The service was expectedly quick but the staff were talking fairly loudly and inappropriately. It doesn't bother me, I just hope they don't talk that audibly around other customers, particularly children. I know this is petty, it's hard to care for your job when you are paid borderline minimal wage. The rating is more for the brand than the store. Otherwise food and everything was exceptional.

Burgers weren’t great and not very flavourful. I had the baa baa burger which I have had before in QLD and was tasty. Maybe they were having a bad day, who knows. The guy who started the Grill'd chain of restaurants lived across the road from me for about 15-20 years and his parents still live in that same house. The whole family are really nice people and Grill'd is an absolutely great restaurant and they serve awesome tasting food. The burgers are great, no gristle or hard, rubbery stuff is mixed in with the meat, the salad vegetables and ingredients are consistently high quality and the service is always first rate. Even their hot chips are great, and their (somewhat) spicy mayonnaise dip is what I often buy, even if I'm not grabbing a burger or anything else. The menu items are a bit on the pricey side, but at Grill'd it's most definitely true that you get what you pay for. Can't recommend them highly enough. Simon, keep up the great work!

Pretty much your standard Grill'd, they have indoor and out door seating (but it can get a bit loud or windy outside due to lack of cover), service was polite and timely and the burgers were tasty. Extras such as chips or drinks are a little pricey.

Superb place to grab a bite with a friend. The Underbelly burger was delicious and the chips were fresh and crispy. Dip-wise, the Chipotle mayo was fabulous, though some more sauce would have been nice. Highly recommended!

The nicest Grill'd branch we have come across with a good team behind the counter and a menu on the much healthier end of take away. We find brioche buns etc a bit too rich so coming here for that homestyle, pannini burger or veg option is the go. excellent
