Anyone else never not in the mood for Grill’d? Big fan of the signature herbed Mayo, and the missus loves the new HFC chicken burgers too. Grill’d has a solid selection of how grown classics, fitted with a fresh taste you can only get from locally sourced ingredients, Grill’d is a no brainer pick against any of the big 5 fast food giants and there mediocre offerings, for lunch at least.

Awesome burgers plus fast and friendly service. Just came in for a quick bite to eat during a visit to the city, got a burger, chips and a drink. Chips were really nice and the burger surpassed my expectations and it wasn't dripping with grease like many you can get in other places, just plenty of flavour. I'll definitely be back again soon.

Good burgers. I first had Grill'd years ago before there was much competition in the top end of the burger market. Since then Grill'd have kept up the community sponsorship and have heaps more burgers including lots of vege options. Not much else has changed so it doesn't look as impressive as it used to. Still good but the competition has caught up.

Grill'd's new-ish lamb burger. The Mary's kebab is a definite winner!! Shoutout to Josh, the high energy madlad. Back to the burger. Grill'd always does lamb burgers justice, it smells like lamb, tastes like good lamb, and this particular version has pickles!! The pickles makes every bite refreshing, and the juices just ooze right out of the beautifully constructed burger. Fresh ingredients between 2 burger buns, that's what a good burger is about!

Dined in with a group of friends numerous times over the past few years and Grill’d QV has been associated with many happy memories for us. Staff are patient and polite, and the restaurant has a cozy and warm environment. Their crispy bacon & cheese beef burgers are the only burgers we order and their chips share plate is a favourite. They also offer some special deals (e.g., free drinks) for students via their app.

HEALTHIER OPTION FOR THOSE WHO LIKE BURGERS grill'd has outlets across Melbourne. All serve the same menu which is based largely on hamburgers. They are healthier than other hamburger brands and it feels more like a meal than "grab it and go" affair.

Average service. Sometimes it's way too slow but it's okay.. so close from home hahaha Burger is so good as its franchised restaurant. Vegan option is a bit ridiculous since they have bacon there.. it was very funny but we had it as vegan. I like grill'd. Just hoping faster service.

I had the Burger called 'Simon Says', today. And it was awesome!! It was crispy outside and even had avocado inside - absolutely delicious! 😍 And this for only $13,50! If you put quality over quantity, you are at the right place!

To me, nothing really special about the place. Fast food which is probably a notch above most places in the QV. They do give you an option of where a donation goes. That's a plus. Burger was okay - sweet potato chips overcooked. Tables need to be cleaned more regularly.

We needed a quick healthy bite to eat before travelling home so dropped into Melbourne Central for one of the best burgers we have tasted!! Juicy, full of goodness and flavour. We also ordered their fries which were awesome, crunchy and seasoned well. Very quick service and pricing is value for what you receive, friendly staff and comfortable seating with a nice atmosphere.

Grilld QV has the best customer service (just had to say this first haha) The food is DELICIOUS though i cant recommend Grilld enough, especially the QV store. Ive never had a bad meal there and i go very often. Also a major plus, not like it will happen, but if you ever have any problems with an order they will attend to it asap and fix whatever they need to in the best way possible. No one could be disappointed going here, they are so helpful :) Everyone there is super friendly and it makes all the difference sometimes, the perfect place to visit regularly for food. The burgers are delicious! Always cooked and put together perfectly. The new sweet potato fries are amazinggggg also. Not to mention the packaging is also so well thought out, the burger boxes make everything stay as it was out together, nothing squashed, the paper bag also with the handle is the best idea, as i walk back home and dont have to worry about things going all over the place by the time i get back, just these little conveniences make it all worth while 100% :D Once again ill just say that Grilld QV have most loveliest friendliest staff ever! Also so nice when they include the cute little messages and drawings on the bag that you take away ^_^ A++++ My favourite place to eat at the moment and has been for a while now and definitely will continue to be for a while more i think :-)

The burgers are delicious and huge... for me at least. It is pricey without a serve of chips (chips sold separately) and the plating can look really sad when it's just the burger. It claims to be healthy food and indeed it is. It's made to order so if you are super hungry, please don't come here... the orders will take some time. But overall experience, it's good. "Healthy" food choices is always more expensive eh?

Really tasty burgers made FRESH! Easy access and convenient location, right in the centre of the QV shopping centre. Indoor and outdoor seating. There is plenty of space in both areas, so it's really comfortable to sit down and enjoy your meal without people bumping into you consistently. The burgers and other dishes on the menu are made before your eyes, so you can observe the entire production process. The burgers are a good size, the chips are tasty, as are the salads. There are soft drinks, as well as alcohol on offer.

I just had their sweet chilli chicken burger. The flavour profile is beautiful. With toasted buns, carrots, beets, tomatoes, it's very yummy. I do have one objection as to the chicken was a bit on the drier side which at times, overloaded the tastebuds. Not sure it was an oversight or that's how it is, I hope they take a note of that.

Grill'd burgers. Have to admit they are very consistent at all Grill'd outlets. I consider them the benchmark burger. After eating one, you'll crave another but without the onset of a heart attack unlike other burger chains. Very yummy, I just go for the simply grill'd as thats where most of the simple flavours shine.

We usually order the Mighty Melbourne and the Summer Sunset. Great burgers (if you compare them to the fast food ones)! Service is good with staff very helpful and friendly. They also take into consideration the community (allows you to give a token to the organisation you wish to support - they usually propose 3 organisations they) - Which is probably why the price is a bit steeper than other burger joints.

Good food but You need to focus on customers who order take away. My order was mistakenly given to a wrong customer to start with and that's not a worry as I'm happy to wait for good food. Once I got my order and walked to the car to eat it I realized I didn't not get what I ordered and was charged for what I had originally asked for. (Not going to walk back up from the car park to exchange my chips and sauce) It won't stop me from coming back but a team meeting should be done to work out how to prevent such a mistake from happening.

Delicious burger! I ordered the Nourish and Flourish beef burger ($16) and this burger is amazing! It's a massive burger and is definitely a meal on it's own, no sides necessary, although definitely get a drink as you'l be thirsty afterwards! I ordered it as a takeaway during lunchtime. The whole ordering process seems a little chaotic with no real waiting place, you just linger around the front counter. It is definitely not fast so prepared to spend up to 10 minutes waiting for your burger. There's no numbering system so you are always waiting to hear your name called out and it seems to be confusing for everyone, including customers and staff and you have to dodge staff serving diners eating in. There's a random bottle top they give you with no explanation what it's for and you're expected to look around to work it out yourself. For someone new to Grill'd it's a little off putting to be honest and this could be better executed given they the bottle tips is their way of prioritising which charity to support based on customer feedback. All in all good food, but probably more suited to eating in rather than takeaway as the massive burger makes it impractical to be eating with your hands unless you don't mind losing some of the contents.

I'm a big fan of Grill'd generally but this one is awesome because of where it's located! Right next to the State Library, it's really easy to get to if you're studying at RMIT and want a quick-but-satisfying lunch. Overall, a really nice franchise and you have the option of getting take away and sitting on the nice lawn section outside under the sun! :D

Came here for lunch today and ordered my burger. Midway eating through it I realised it was undercooked! Red meat would have been fine but I was having chicken. They replaced it immediately and gave me a free meal voucher. They were apologetic about it. I mean it happens, just wanted to say that to check what you eat and make sure it's cooked 😁Tummy feeling uneasy at the moment. Won't be going to Grill'd for a while. Gave the voucher to a homeless lady. Hope the experience would be better for her.

Special mention to Alex, Natasha, Richard and Michael working there. Michael's welcoming hospitality and personability was one of the first things I picked up on when I came in a couple of weeks back.
