I love Grill'd. One of the best burgers in Melbourne. Taking off 1 star because see below: However, one of the worst veggie burgers. I normally get their Wagyu wonder, but this time I tried the veggie, just because, why not? It was the worst veggie burger of my life, no wonder people don't stop eating meat. Such awful tasting burger should not be on any memu. Only highlight of my lunch at 30°C was a bottle of pepsi and sweet potato chips to kill the awful taste of that veggie pattie.

First time visiting the Southern Cross Grill’d but have been to several other locations before. This is my favourite so far and has the great atmosphere. It’s a nice looking place and being served out of a trailer could never not be fun. While there is a bit of a chill (which can’t be helped being inside the train station) but there is plenty of heating. I tried one of the Pork Belly burgers which was pretty good.

Best burger in Melbourne IF you’re not a fan of sweet soft buns. My fav is the Mighty Melbourne but I’m sure the rest of the menu is equally as awesome, as are the fries with rosemary flakes. Southern Cross gets a hammering at lunchtime but the boys are up to the task and pump out the love in no time at all.

I will personally endorse her to be manager and be her hype man if she needs it. I was supposed to do this on the Grill'd app but I don't know how to do that. A good place to have some great burgers. I tried the Garden Fresh Vegetarian Burger, which was good. The service wasn't as quick as one would expect, but the food was great which was worth the wait. The fries was crispy and great too. There isn't usually a wait here, although they allow you to order ahead, which is good if you just need to pick you on your way to your train. There is outdoor seating available so you can eat in peace, enjoying the view of commuters rushing by at the station.

i was not a big fan of burgers until i visited this burger stop. I should thank my colleague for introducing me this burger. It was the best ever burger i have ever had in my whole life. i tried Betty's once but not upto Grill'd's level of taste. I would love to come back to Melbourne to taste this once again.

At a convenient location so close to Southern Cross Station. In my experience, it is better to go somewhere with proper seating, and where things aren’t too “cheap”. It may steer away some of the riff-raff you may encounter if you have a long wait time before catching a V/Line train. Comfortable seating area and nice-enough staff. Grill’d food is pretty consistent in quality, and takes good sustainability measures if you read up on this on their website too. A good place to have a meal if you need to eat at Southern Cross Station. Vegetarian options too.

I really like Grill'd burgers. Way, way better than regular fast-food fodder. Also by far the best around Southern Cross station in town. (although the Mexican food is pretty good upstairs) I love all the burgers, I eat here at least once a week after the gym. The new pork is particularly good, and even that hemp-pea one isn't bad!? We chose to dine in at this great venue and were impressed when our meals came more quickly after we ordered that it took for us to choose whatwe wanted from the menu. If you download the 'grill'd' app, you can accrue loyalty points on your purchases. And thr burgers are so good, it is likely you will go back. As a chain store, the app workd at them all. It is worth noting that1. The chips come with a herb coating that might not be popular with younger ones. 2. There are different bun (bread roll) options - even a very low carb option. 3. After a burger, the 'small' chip size is likely to be enough, even though the cup looks tiny. - they pack the chips in vertically. 4. It is intended that you eat with your hands so make sure they are clean.

I have been patronising Grill’d for more than 5 years now and the quality of food is consistent. There is a certain shop in the city that cooked the meat too rare but it only happened once and most of my experience is really satisfying. I recently donated to Grill’d polished man and they provided free 2 burgers a week for the month of October which I really enjoy a lot. I thought Grill’d is one of the food chain restaurant that helps the community and I will always support their fund raising promotions in the future.

You are left to compare one store with another and hence the rating. It was okay, the food was okay, the service was okay, but nothing stood out to make it more than just okay.

Burger party was a bit over-cooked and burnt. Would say Flinder's Lane is the best Grill'd in Melbourne. Partner's BBQ burger seemed really flat. Quick cooking time and friendly staff however this restaurant's seating is all over the place. You can sit outside and get bird poop on you, sit alone the wall and be dipped low into the seat, in the dark corner or on the bench in the middle. I find the music to always be way too loud here. Relatively good burgers.

After initially sending my thoughts about a recent experience via a feedback form on the Grill'd website, the manager Galvin called me within half an hour to personally apologise. I was surprised and delighted by his genuine apology and I can guarantee that I will return to his restaurant to thank him in person for going out of his way to follow up with me. What a legend!
