Did the bottomless dinner and drinks twice in the last 2 weeks! The only bottomless dinner I could find in Melbourne so it's rare find. So worth the $59, both times I couldn't finish all the food and the frozen margaritas are included in the package which makes it so even more worth it. The food is absolutely delicious, especially the chicken baos and Mac and Cheese squares . Definitely will be back

1st visit last week for dinner. Such a quaint little place on the 2nd floor with a cosy outdoor area. I love it! It's a perfect place to relax with a drink or 2 or 10. The food was delicious (even though we targeted all the starters coz our small bellies wouldn't have fit in the mains)! I will definitely go there again!

Lost my order made from a QR code, so it ended up being an hour's wait for a vodka and soda. I was having a rough day, and the last thing I needed was for my first drink of the night to go missing... And then to have to make a fuss and prove I paid for it, etc. It was my first and last drink as I didn't want to have my order lost again. The actual place was nice enough, but the staff weren't friendly, so between the service and my lost drink, I was disappointed.

Love this rooftop bar in Windsor. It’s colourful and fun and has an amazing vibe. Cocktails are delicious... paired with food from miss kuku = winner of a night.

Great little place hidden on top of a relatively concealed staircase. Once you climbed it you are faced with an incongruous sight on your right: the place known as Hoo Haa. Friendly and playful staff, quality wines and beer with good cocktail options and excellent atmosphere. There is also a dance floor and a DJ booth. Prices are reasonable.

Great place to eat on Chapel Street with its fusion of East and West. The waiter was really friendly and gave us great suggestions on what to eat. Relatively busy for a Tuesday when we went, apparently has a good local crowd. Would definitely eat her again.

We came here for locals night (50% off food of Tuesday) and was impressed. It’s a fun mix between Japanese and American dinning and it works well. My partner had the slow cooked brisket and while the whole meal was good the purple slaw was the best. I had the cauliflower and all I can say is yum! And there are a lot of vege options!

Great customer service! We had one bub in a large group reservation, before it would get actually busy, and one of the guys there were very nice and offered juice watered down for bub which was perfect for her. We were really hard to serve trying to figure out what's happening, but they were very nice and kind throughout! Very large space too! Only stairs, so no pram/stroller service, but it's not a place for bubs in the first place anyway, so there were no high chairs, but they were still very accommodating! Love the chips and dip! Very tasty! Food was good! Had lots of drinks ordered too! Very convenient with paying and ordering food with using QR code. Very smart and handy! It was a little awkward at the start cuz everyone is on their own phones trying to order so everyone was quietly looking down not talking, but easy to order anyway. Thank you guys for a great night!~

When I go to a new bar for the first time I like to be mysterious c@#t and tell the bartender to make me something special like the inner white princess I am. This French accented dream boat said he's got me sorted (I'd like to sort my tongue around him) a moment passes and this popcorn coconut cocktail emerges (making me think of being on a tropical island Netflix and chilling without the Netflix if ya get what I mean) and now the climax and the most important part, it was amazing. I never got his number but the taste lingered for days.

We chose the bottomless dinner option and all of the food was delicious. We just bought drinks from the happy hour and cocktail specials instead of getting the bottomless option as it gave us freedom to choose from more of the drinks menu. Jarrod was a fantastic and attentive waiter who made sure our food came out at a good pace. He advised us on what to order and ensured that all dietary requirements were catered for. He even went above and beyond to make a cocktail for us when the bar staff were busy with other orders! Will definitely recommend this place to my friends and will be returning.

Nice bar with a great vibe. Quite a young audience. Drinks are ordered through an app over your phone. However the menu isn't update frequently enough so at times you will order cocktails that are not available. Staff are super nice and try and make your night as fun as possible. Definitely a bar i recommend and love on chapel street

Five of us came to Hoo Haa on a Saturday night. Following COVID-19 stage 4 lockdown, restaurants, cafes and hospitality venues had just opened up, so we were excited to make a reservation and go out for some dinner! On arrival, all the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The service was absolutely top-notch, very professional and efficient. We ordered the set menus, and the food and drinks came out promptly. As part of the set menu, we got edamame, mac n cheese bites, cheeseburger spring rolls, bao buns and waffle fries. It was more than enough food, so much that we couldn't finish it all! Definitely worth the price. Thank you so much Hoo Haa, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this restaurant and the dining experience was excellent. 10/10!

The music on Saturday is the best rnb tracks you can sing along and dance for hrs. Crowd is good to ranging from 20 to 40. Great atmosphere.

Hoo Haa and Kuku Mama (The kitchen) is not the most obviously signposted or easy to find place. It's upstairs; between Foodworks and Seutika Pharmacy, Windsor, near Tram Stop 44 on Route 78. But it's one of my favourite bars in Windsor. For a variety of reasons. 1. The owner, Paul, and staff are always friendly and accommodating. 2. The atrium out the back, where you can smoke. 3. Great wifi. 4. The staff know how to do cocktails. Long Island Tea is my favourite. 5. Their happy hour pints are imperial pints, not schooners disguised as pints. It's a quiet place to go on week nights, and hectic (If that's your gig) on the weekends. Get in early to avoid lining up.
