Always good for a cheeky drive through at the end of the day. Sometimes they do vouchers here as well which is nice. Can get a little backed up after 5:00PM but that's no big issue.

The staff are great but it's always a bit and miss with HJs the burger was flattened wasn't the greatest of whoppers . You know when the lettuce almost feels like it's cooked cabbage and hasn't got that crunchy taste?? Yeah it was like that all and all convenient you can put petrol in while grabbing a feed.

It can be good or horrible service depends on who's serving and time of visiting etc.., waiting time can be very long too. (Saw a delivery driver was in que but gave up and left because of the waiting time) Mistake happens quite a lot so have to be very careful. Mega Jack burger was a lot smaller than expect (buns itself was small size...) it did not look like the one on the menu . Although, it's better than maccas at least.

Every time I go here the staff greet me with a firm (but fair) handshake and a free ebook. Love their range of muffins, it's always delicious inside and the management have always got time to sit and sit down with a lovely customer such as yourself!

Service was the worst I have come across. At least one customer stormed off just waiting to be served. When our order finally arrived the server became confused as to what order it was. But if it was just one person then I can understand the issues. The meal itself was on par with other locations. Would be fine to go again.

I love HJ'S, the BBQ taste of the burgers, the variety - it's great. Normally... HJ'S on Bell St Preston left us disappointed and very hungry!!! We went through drive through, the staff... ahhh not so friendly, a smile doesn't cost anything!, no smiles,no manners, very cold and natter of fact. If you're unhappy in your job, don't work in customer service. It's very off-putting. To add insult to an already negative experience, we were advised there would be a short wait in our order so to proceed to the waiting bay, which we happily did... BUT... seriously, our food arrived COLD!!! Thank goodness it was dark out so my son couldn't see how bad and sad our burgers actually looked! He at half as he was starving!!!, couldn't stomach the rest as it was cold and tasteless; the chips were luke warm at best and very soggy... and I think they poured our drinks at start of order as it was basically watered down cola. Disappointed but I'll be giving them another chance... stay tuned.

The drive through speaker phone is not great and they mis understood my order. They gave beef burger instead of veggie burger. The manager inside the store was very nice and prepared a new burger with some compliments for the mistake happened and apologised several times. This is the sort of service a customer would expect and sadly its not happening all the time these days.

First time in a long time eating Hungry Jack's. Very pleasantly surprised, burger was juicy and delicious without completely collapsing, great for a picnic in the car that we had with daughter and grandkids whilst finishing Christmas shopping. Kids all enjoyed their food and drink. Not terribly dear considering there were 6 of us. I'll be back

My burger was freezing cold and the bread was flattenedd like a piece of paper! I filled in the survey stating what had happened and even left my number as it mentioned they would call u if there was a problem! Anyway after a bit of hassle/delay they offered me another meal and this time it was delicious thanks to the manager Jay. I have changed my rating from 1 to 4 and hope this never happens to anyone again.

Food generally pretty good from this store. Staff pretty good too. On one occasion the bun of one of the burgers felt like it had been microwaved from frozen as the bottom was soggy and stuck to the paper and the top was hard around the edges almost like it was stale. Overall pretty good though and fast. Thanks, will return.

Nothing out of the ordinary, just regular hungry jacks drive thru within a servo , holding up a wall from the kebab shop between them. Kfc is directly across the road also just to add to the variety u can chose.

Meals are correct maybe 60% of the time, I'd advise you to check your meals before you leave to make sure. Hit and miss with the staff too. Some are a real asset to the business and some don't even try to hide their boredom or apathy, and it looks like the managers do very little to motivate or inspire them- I've gotten attitude from more than one of the management staff over my time there for asking for missing items or for incorrect items to be remade.

Now the Preston Hungry Jack's has closed its doors this is the closest one for the surrounding areas. It's next to a service station so is convenient to get some food after filling your car, has drive thru and a small resturant area you can eat in. Food quality is normal for Hungry Jacks. Cup trays are a joke... If you get a half cup tray (2cupholes) one side of it is sloped as if it's purposely designed to fall over in the uber bag Food wet bag entire open all in the center of the main Rd.. How embarrassing...

Make sure you are not in a hurry regardless of time of day or night there always seems to be a wait busy or not?? The burgers are better at hungry jacks of course avoid hoddle street HJ's it is one of the worse stores i have visited this store is not to bad obviously can improve the chips could be better it has its days when they are good and horrible if you have customized your order check before leaving i have been caught out 95% of the time and they have stuffed it up. Least HJ'S have not shrunk there burgers over the years compared to you know who. The whopper is still a whopper

Seems to have changed staff alot so I think the four and five star ratings are more accurate/current as it used to be bad but they now seem too have very good friendly helpful staff the only problem they seem to still have is the Toilets that are not as clean as they could be But every thing else seems to be five stars plus

On a busy bell street you have an option to have some good food with Hungry Jacks with petrol station close by and other side of the road you have KFC options for non vegetarians people. Though you can have non vegetarians at Hungry Jacks. I believe Hungry Jacks is doing good service with limited option available with them. Cheers team
