Never really had an issue with this Hj, only annoying part is the exit but not their fault. The other Hj down the road is terrible, this one's worth the stop

The floor always looks dirty, but it's the tile pattern. Young, female staff have a tendency to stand and chat. Manager on duty was Awesome. Great attitude.

This place is very busy so don't expect to be served quickly, but they do very well with what resources they have. The quality of the food isn't top notch but they have never messed up my order (and I swap skinny patties for Angus, add extras and ask for chips with no salt so they're fresh) and I travel often so pull in there for HJs often. Male toilets are nasty as f$%k so just be careful when using the toilets. Would have been a 3 stars but customer service has been awesome! Keep up the good work!!!

I would like to commend the professionalism and maturity of your young staff members tonight. Unfortunately they had to deal with a highly obnoxious, intimidating & abusive middle aged woman, who stormed in front of other customers to yell at them. It was unfortunate to see a person of maturity unable to handle the complaints processes properly & your staff managed to maintain their professionalism in the face of such attrocious behaviour & still produce kind, polite customer service to others. These staff members are a credit to your service.

Typical Hungry Jacks set up except found it to be small in size. It has kids playground outside but currently closed. Parking is good with easy access entry for wheelchair patrons. Toilet facilities available. Found staff to be pleasant and efficient. All in all a small operation providing a good service.

It's Hungry Jack's, so you know what you're going to get. Conveniently located where the freeway out of Melbourne really starts. Not the fastest service you're ever going to get but there is a huge service station next door and toilet so it's a good place to make a pit stop before you settle in for a couple of hours behind the wheel.

Thankyou but the burgers were too sloppy with sauce dripping out.

Apparently this venue only opened a few weeks before our visit, which explains why it was the cleanest and most well presented Hungry Jack's I've seen in a long time. There's nothing else to write home about, just another stock standard fast food venue.

There is really on one way to say it. The burgers are better at hungry jacks. But what does better mean? Were they sick with leftover mad cow meat and now they better? Could the Lebanese have infiltrated and made the burgers fully sick? Were they upset at Macca's healthy style options kicking their flabby greasy butts in sales so bad they developed depression and suicidal thoughts. Now they are better?? Have we seen a doctor's report? Are they fit to return to work? Just because your marketing team pay a lot of money to tell us the burgers are all off a sudden miraculously better, we are to believe. I did very bravely give you guys the benefit of the doubt and sauntered into said store. ordered 2 classics, the legendary bacon deluxe and of course the whopper with cheese, extra cheese, minus pickle and onion, heavy condiments and extra hot. Overall good experience was getting looks from other trepidatious customers walking around with a surgical mask on. That was to be expected. Anyway, hope the burgers stay strong on their long journey of recovery to the common goal of them always being "better" God speed captain Burger King
