Burger was a bit squashed. Grabbed one of these Angus things because they don't have Aussie anymore. Its cool to get the sippy cup instead of a straw. The chips we're good and saved you from a two for squashing the burger.

Coming from someone who works at the store the foods ok I guess and it’s quick enough for what happens during the rush. Although working here is a nightmare. The whole thing working for hungry jacks is supposed to be it’s flexibility but I’m working way too much. And can’t change my hours. I asked to change them submitted a form and no response for 3 months. A side from that being yelled at by customers isn’t the best when we are trying to do what we can. Another thing I notice is that communication between the different workers isn’t the best so orders do often get mixed up and the wrong orders get handed out

Especially delicious. The staff are friendly and the service is always fast. It's hard to resist the smell of the burgers from the shopping centre car park. Do they do that on purpose? I'd buy a whopper scented candle. I shouldn't say that, it'll be on sale next and I'll get zero royalties. You heard it here first. Remember that.

Very. Politely behaving and good staff, all girls are so polite to customer and always ask.. Super customer friendly service, never ever come across such a fabulous place where customers are valued, being asked, being respected so much...even in crowd.. Even for food deliveries they give u all advices .. And ask for number.. As well.. Straight when u arrive..and they're almost always on time..no delay at all.. Very very impressed by the staff..

The service is fast and friendly. Our order is delivered quick and accurate apart from the ketchup. The quality of the fries is very good. The burger tastes good. We ordered super stunner meal which is really penny pinch to the budget. The place is nice however the counter needs to be upgraded and mondernized. This is the only branch that made the sandwich neat and clean.

Genuinely theses guys are life savers. When i realised I forgot my phone. I was so panicked not for the phone but for all the photos i had potentially lost. We raced back to find it and theses awesome ladies had it safe behind the counter. This was our 1st visit to the store. We found staff polite, customer service top notch, food fresh and tasty. My family and i will definitely be going back.

Always polite staff and I've never had them make a mistake in the five years I've been dropping in there! Plus, kudos to Hungry Jack's for their vegan options. As far as Aussie fast food is concerned, Hungry Jack's have always led the way with ethical initiatives (they went cage free eggs and no palm oil way before the others) and I will always give my junk food dollar to them for that reason.

It's a Hungry Jack's. It's not haute cuisine but fills a hole. Service was polite enough. The burger could have been better "built" though. I had to rebuild the thing at the table so the tomato wouldn't fall out. Surprised by the amount of rubbish on empty tables, though. I ate in and it was very quiet and still no staff member cleaned the tables.

I don't mind going to Hungry Jacks instead of McDonalds. It's a change that i do welcome. Customer service is good, it's always clean whenever i go, they have very nice rest rooms. I genuinely believe that not only are the burgers better at hungry jacks, they're better at this particular hungry jacks, obviously all hungry jacks blow McDonalds out of the water, but this specific one blows even other hungry jacks out of the water, this should be the prime example for how a hungry jacks operates, never had any issues, staff is always lovely and polite, and the burgers really are better

I would give it 5 stars but ordering it online to get delivered it doesnt show all the options or the options to swaps fries which onion rings or angry onions. So you need to fix that. Otherwise burgers are awesome, love the salads in the burgers. Sandaes ice creams taste better than McDonald's ones, more creamier. Angry whopper with Angry onions is the best thing Ever... Aaaand I'm getting hungry writing this review, so I'm probably going to order again..
