Very slow service, and got very busy whilst we were there. Coffee not the best very bitter. Added a sugar so made it ok. Seems a lot of delivery pick ups take priority rather than customers in store. But creditto the 2 staff that were on.

Hungry Jacks was really good. We enjoyed going there as It's not so expensive. The food was really delicious too and the deals that they were offering were pretty nice. It was really convenient to go there too. Hungry Jacks is really recommend to go. You will definitely enjoy it. The floor was really clean. And the orders were served really quick.

I think it was the mustard, it tasted more plastic than mustard... no matter which branded fast food companies, they tend to taste the same! 🙃

I went there at 3am and once again marvelled at the patience of the night shift staff that work at fast food restaurants. There was some guy making a huge and incredibly complicated order and it was pissing me.off as I just wanted a cheeseburger. But they showed patience and got it done. Props. I would have told them to get out.

GOOD LOCATION AND OPEN LONG HOURS If you are into burgers and chips then you wont go wrong here. Its one of the very many outlets across Melbourne so the menu is exactly the same as all the others. Has ample seating and the service is relatively fast.

Had a cheese burger and we had a frozen drink. The girl kept mopping by our feet when we were trying to enjoy our lunch and the stairs were so wet. There was a yellow sign out but someone could have slipped. Food was good, but not impressed with the mopping.

Awesome deals and tasty food. We took family pack which gave 4 burgers . 4 poratam chips, 4 drinks , 4 ice creams & chicken nuggets just for 25 Dollars. Accessible on corner. Recommend this when u are hungry.

Probably one of the better Hungry Jack's downtown but it does suffer from lack of cleanliness at times. Food was generally consistent with the brand but my lettuce was failing and my bum had a bit of grease on the top making it soggy there.

Soooooooooo good!!!!!! The kind man at the counter gladly gave me a taste of the freshly dropped on the floor cheeseburger. The taste of the dirt on the cheese was amazing!!!!! They even had a clean spot on the floor!! VERY HAPPY!!

always get fresh and yummy food . Michaels corner really does not compromise with any single thing . My experience was really a Memorable experience .I Ordered 10 Burgers and it only took me 6 mins to get my 10 veggie burgers with extra hot patties . REALLY BURGERS ARE BETTER AT HUNGRY JACKS. I reccomend everyone yo come in Michaels Corner to have some food. This is beat ever store i have seen in my life.

There was a time when this Hungry Jacks was actually at the "heart" of the Bourke Street Mall where "The Reject Shop" now stands (ironically the Pancake Parlour is still there but severely cut down from what it once was) when you go down the escalator! But that was over 30+ years ago and at that time that Bourke Street H.J. was an incredibly classy restaurant with it's woodgrain finish vernea and it's iconic lamps with it's green lamp shades etc. You really felt (atleast back then) that you were going somewhere special (Just like where Pizza Hut used to be in the 1st floor upper floor where now Fitness First now resides "Used to be a secondary Coles New Word" in Bourke Street as well!! ). While there's nothing inherently wrong with the Bourke/Russell Hungry Jacks, it just seems very bland, tired and kinda boring to me with nothing that overloads the visual senses via the overall environment (I miss that with fast food chain stores theses days!!!) , you rock up, eat and head out!! That's it!!! It's okay but you can never beat the real Hungry Jacks that was in the heart of the Bourke Street Mall in the 1980/90's but then nothing ever will beat it nor impress me like that one ever did and it seems like such a waste to put a Reject Shop there now but I guess that store needed to move elsewhere adjacent from where the old Katies used to be?!!....
