Small, regular McDonalds. Fairly clean with no rubbish left on any tables or floors. My biggest issues were with the speed it took to make my order of one iced coffee, & the way all the staff except for the one on the dryer seemed to be standing around & talking rather than working - would not have been such a problem except it took so long to get my order made

Sam is the most enthusiastic Maccas Employee we have ever met. Made us all laugh and made us remember how great humans can be. Hope he gets some time off for the beach. Top Young Man.

Whilst the food is as good as one expects, the majority of the employees didn't know what they were doing. We were ordering using the machine, however there was an issue with two machines. The first machines touch mismatched with what was happening on screen. The second time the machine wasn't us go back and change our order. We asked two different people to help us and they couldn't help us both times. Further the managers were just sitting and watching and I understand they may have been on their break but surely if you see three people crowding one machine, you could consider helping them(?) The service wasn't that busy and I ordered a deluxe frozen blueberry and grape however I received a normal frozen drink. However the girl at the front desk was extremely helpful, kind, and timely with her response. Nevertheless the place was clean so can't complain.

3 stars due to 3/5 times I go through the drive-thru nothing goes wrong haha. I usually go there to get a coffee in the morning or after work, and sometimes the cup has coffee on the outside. Other times the coffee is not completely full somehow, or they have put 1 sugar when we asked for no sugar. One time the milk tasted off, however that was 6 months ago, hasn't happened since. But going through 8-10 times a week there is bound to be something to go wrong. The other annoying thing is when we are told to wait in the waiting bay, however the waiting bays are full, so you have to block the cars that receive their food at the window, while waiting for a waiting bay to be free. Happens probably once a week. Other than those silly things, this maccas is not too bad.

I like McDonald's. Even though the food is not healthy and some burgers are bland but the place is familiar no matter which one you pick and flavors are comforting. The interaction is kept to a minimum.

Maccas at this location is fantastic, friendly staff, fast & efficient. I've gone through the drive through a few times and I have not been disappointed and I have had no issues. Continuous satisficed visits is clearly a result of a well maintained agenda set by management at this location.

Absolutely awesome service! Even at 4-5am in the morning when I go everyday, they are always happy and smiling and friendly, I live in Wyndham Vale and travel to Williamstown to work everyday and this is my go to maccas now, Worth the extra wait for a morning coffee when the guys are so friendly. 10 outa 10 for the morning staff 👌🏼👌🏼 Hopefully this review will score me a free coffee 😉😉

Drive thru very slow to take order. No one else waiting at speakers but still had to wait for service. Paid for order, moved to second window. Then I over heard the lady making my coffee tell another staff member to "park me". I have no problem with being parked while waiting for the coffee but why not turn around yourself and ask me to park? Every time this staff member is making coffees, she has to park the customer. Never an issue when others are making them, maybe she is too slow for the coffee making and needs to be moved.

Too few staff on most days, they prefer you self serve and pay using the touch screens. The wait can be quite long sometimes. I have had a burger where the letuce was brown, not just the edges, brown.

Handy if you’re in a hurry for food and coffee and you are in the area. A good spot to park yourself if you need somewhere to work in between customer meetings. There is a corner that has two power outlets. I was disappointed to be served a takeaway coffee cup at a table. I lined up to order and was told to use the screen which I found rude. If I had wanted to use the screen I would have. I wanted to talk to an actual human being.

Great location just of the freeway into laverton, can't miss it. Only downside is the car park size. The food is your standard maccas quality. Gotta admit that it's probably the cleanest McDonald's I've been in. Perfect place for an afternoon feed after the markets.

It's a Macdonald's. Not much else to say. The fitout is a probably 10 years old, a bit run down and dirty. Staff are typical, teenagers with basic politeness. Food tastes the same as it does at any Maccas.
