Right off the highway. Watch out for cars entering and exiting. Near quite a busy roundabout and freeway exit. Pretty good for a McDonald’s. they’ve done well with the lockdown. You can still drive through or order inside. Good spot for a quick bathroom stop too.

This morning took 4 year old for breakfast at McDonalds in Laverton . My personal preference is to place my order with the staff at the “register”. However, no such register available, all orders required to be made via their self-service kiosks. I understand that this is now the “accepted” way to place orders in some establishments. What is happening to our usually enviable customer service standards in Australia? On voicing my disapproval at this now “seemingly acceptable” method of placing an order, an employee named Lucia took my order and offered the level of friendly customer service we should all expect. Lucia went up a level ensuring that the hot chocolate I ordered for the 4yr old was warm and not hot to avoid possible burns. The hotcakes were fine and would recommend these as the occasional treat. Have had problems in the past with this McDonalds’ i.e. missing items from order, fries that appeared to have been overcooked. At other times the food has been fine. I believe this depends entirely on the staff working the shift as there appears to be no consistency with the quality of the food. Perhaps addressing the inconsistencies with training on cooking processes, staff/customer relations and hygiene would help improve the ratings for this site. I am giving a 3 star rating to this site because of Lucia’s ability to deliver top level customer service. More Lucia’s please!!

Order was missing pieces. I tried to tell the person serving and he ignored me to chat with his friends. When I finally screamed out 'hey' he came over and handed me my drink then left without saying anything. Food was fresh though.

Far superior to the McDonald's at the Point Cook Stockland. We drive here if we need a Maccas fix because we actually get the food we ordered. Minus one star because the drive thru can be extremely slow at busy times and its not easy to get in and out of the location.

Was greeted straight away in a friendly manner by crew as soon as I walked in and they (2 different staff) prompted to help me to use the kiosks to order. The crew trainer on counter at the time which looked like she was training multiple staff, helped not only put my order through which was a little difficult, she then proactively raced out to help another trainee with cleaning procedures. Everyone in sight was productive so huge props to the management team there. Overall looks like a really well ran store. Keep it up

Although the food met my expectation, the drive through service is really slow with request to park at wait zone to fulfil the order whenever I've ordered chicken nuggets and/or cold coffee (frappe). The very principle of fast food is undone if kept waiting for over 5 minutes and at times as long as 15.

Excellent service today, was welcomed into the store upon arrival. While ordering I received a half price 3 nugget happy meal, for my daughter, which was a nice surprise. After I had finished eating, I was approached to see if I was satisfied with my meal. It was like I walked into a whole different place to the previous times I have been there. My daughter has been unwell and the hour we were there brought her smile back. Thank-you for the above and beyond service the usual Macca's stores you don't ever receive.

Friendly staff who are generally busy. Disappointed to order a apple pie amongst my breakfast order to be told it'll be ready in 5 minutes. Finished my breakfast and waiting 10 minutes and still no apple pie. Went up to counter and reminded the young attendant. He grabbed me one and apologised for the oversight. Took a bite. Freezing cold. Took it back. Apologies exchanged again. Another apple pie provided. Freezing cold!!! Seriously why did I have to wait??

My experience at McDonald's Laverton it was ok. It was busy but stuff handled the rush ok. When I receive my order the burgers looked like a trainee had made them as they were very messy and had very little on them. I visit Point Cook regularly and this McDonalds store is handy when I turn off the freeway. It's always busy, but the service is typically good and orders accurate for me. I prefer it to the Point Cook Maccas, which always seems to be slow, inaccurate and either chronically understaffed or they're poorly trained.

Our special treat on our way down to St Leonards 😁. real easy turn off from the freeway and to get back on. Plenty of parking, if towing a boat best place to park is on the servo side on the service road, safe and out if the way.
