The main door squeaks. Needs maintenance. The first touch screen doesn't work. Always "cars service" before "standing customers". Staff are great. Service level tolerable. "car service is priority." Access and convenience is good. McDonald's Werribee.

This is the first time we had been to McDonald's in Werribee for a while due to prior service. They did an amazing job the food was fresh and the Chai Latte was so yummy. Ali is one of the best fry makers this franchise has ever seen. His fries always come out gold and crispy. You can really feel the love that is put into those fries. He should totes get a promotion 😊🙏🏽

Visited McDonald’s a couple of times but never been served with such service…. ever in my life. I couldn’t believe how someone can be so professional in how they work and always make sure the customers are satisfied. Mohammed Ali Khan u really deserve a raise mate 😉!!!

The food is pretty mediocre, I'd say it's alright but honestly the staff just don't have the passion for their job, and I get why, they're overworked and underpaid. I'd love to have seen everyone just happy to be there but the "Happy meals" have chronic depression and the ice cream machine, just like all of the employees there are dead inside

I saw this new kid with a black shirt that was making fries and he was mastering it, i think i heard his name once or twice it might have been mohammed? but who cares he’s a really great person.

This Maccas is normally alright but I just came through at 2:20pm-ish on the 10/04/2022 and I'm telling you whoever was managing then needs to up their game. Whilst the servers were nice and friendly the fries were cold and stale and the burgers looked as though they were just thrown together with the cheese melted to the sides of the boxes. There was also a black hair on one of them (and nobody in my family had black hair). We were very disappointed.

To the point. Aksed for 2 fresh chicken and cheese and the the burgers were ready in a reasonable time. And i apprecited the quaity of the burger itself, it was hot, carefully wrapped, good amount of sauce and sauce werent all over the paper unlike other stores. Very happy

By far one of the best experiences I have had! I visited McDonalds in Synut street last Friday In order to fulfil my demanding stomach! I was greeted by Ali who gave me fries that tasted so good. The fries were flavoured and crisp, the oil to chip ratio was perfectly evened out giving my mouth a finger lickin good experience. Afterwards, I ordered a chocolate milkshake which had a lot of sugar, making it taste very good.

Your average Macca's - they give you a little less in terms of portion of foods (e.g. fries and drink fills - I'm assuming management is very strict about this). Taste is okay, it's relatively clean compared to some other stores Ive been too and the service is quite fast, despite the number of customers.

The staff on the drive way were friendly. They confirmed the order by repeating it. The cashier also confirmed the order when we drove around. The only thing is, they turn their ice cream machines off at 12 am. This is understandable as they need to be cleaned.

Ordered the fried chicken with large chips. It was about noisy and dark inside. So changed to take away. Was disappointed to see it was fried thigh pieces instead of standard fried chicken. It was boxed in a way that it got soggy by the time I drove to near by Macca's to get a milkshake. Was a bit unsure about their $10 milkshake. Hence was the decision to head to Macca's for a shake. turned out to be the best thing in my lunch. Chips was overly salty and nothing special about it.chicken pieces seemed booked then fried. Quite blend in taste. And nothing special about them. $10 for 3 soggy pieces of chicken and $5 for an ordinary fries that was overly salty; thanks, not anymore.

Sometimes you order a meal pay for it get home and it's not what you ordered, it's like that at mc Donald's werribee. They deal with a lot of orders, but it can be frustrating when they get it wrong and you have paid good money for the wrong thing. On saying that the staff are friendly.

First time ever I've got a good coffee from McDonald's. I even went up to the girl and told her that she kills it in making coffee, she was so grateful that I gave her a compliment. Food was pretty good as well.

We ordered through the drive thru, and while we had everything we'd ordered, my cheeseburger was a mess. We asked for extra pickles, and it wasn't until I opened it up that I realised they hadn't given me any bread. It was meat, cheese, sauce, onion and about fifteen pickles, but no bread. I'm sorry that whoever made my burger thought I was such an abomination that they didn't give me bread. I've been through a few times since then, and the service is hit and miss.

Great service and classic maccas goodness so a 4 star is justified. A slight critique would be that sometimes the drive-thru counter may get the order wrong (slightly) but that may be due to the high traffic they receive.

Five stars to the Mc Cafe girls: Gayani, Laura, Rose you guys are legends and a credit to this store! Perfect coffee and swift service every morning all served up with a smile. But unfortunately thats where it ends for this Mc Donalds outlet. Dont bother ordering anything frozen except in the middle of winter..... the Frappe, Thickshake, Ice cream and Frozen drink machines are constantly "broken". Sit in que at drive thru only to be told by the poor girls taking orders that "the machine is broken". The duty managers (Laura is an asset to this store) do a fantastic job as do the staff but come on guys get decent machines and sort this out. Been a problem for over 10years you would think they could upgrade them. Stick to Mc Cafe and you will have a great day!

You might be thinking, "come on, a review for a Maccas?" Hear me out. You won't get luxury food, but they fed us when my daughter fractured her wrist, we were at the Mercy for 3 hours and hadn't cooked dinner. I've had to go back up to them to tell them they didn't add the extra sausage and egg McMuffin I ordered, but they served hot food to us within 10 minutes, before Sunday swimming classes when we had nothing left in the fridge. It's "just Maccas", but admit it: you have your own memories of the one in your own suburb. I don't want to take mine for granted.
