Clean fast food restaurant, always busy, good location. Plenty of room to sit down to eat. Toilet are kept clean. Combination of touch screen ordering or staff assisted.

Early service (7:00 a.m.) slow. Kiosks for ordering, which would have lightened the load on the sole front counter employee, were shut off. One employee who seemed to be mopping very spottily and slow, did not have a McDonald's uniform on and did not offer to help with ordering or prep when there were customers waiting. First time I've ever seen an employee out of uniform. He was also chatting to arriving morning staff. He wasn't wearing a mask either.

Actually had a lot of awful cold food from this maccas! Yesterday they slammed out perfection! Everything was fresh as! Hot crisp! Staff are really polite, let's hope that's the end of the bad "Soggy Chip" spell!

The pub food is always delicious no matter what you get and the evening entertainment on a weekend is great and just enough for a small area within a pub. It was a 5 star experience for me. My black coffee was fresh and scalding hot. My blueberry muffin was fresh and fluffy. It was wrapped in a fresh, delicate paper - obviously the work of an artisan. The actual food from this place is good. Tends to be crowded a lot and I’ve never personally been inside. The soft serves are great but a bit too expensive for the amount you get. But Please go to an actual restaurant if you came to the Melbourne CBD. There’s so many restaurants around here so if you’ve got cash and want a quick snack it’s ok to visit.

Ok service, managers seriously need to push the kitchen staff a bit hard though as there was no meals on order and I waited nearly 10 minutes for my food. Food was nice and hot, assembled well so it's worth the wait One thing that really annoyed me is that one of the Maccas staff asked me and my friends and people around eating there food to get up and move just so she can clean the tables. My opinion. Very disrespectful.

It was the only food place open that early in the morning. They managed to stuff up my fries... it somehow tasted like cardboard. Perhaps they refried old unsold fries from overnight... I'm not sure. It was really truly disgusting. My nuggets were not as bad, but again something tasted off... could be the oil they were using just needed changing. This review is not 1 star as apart from the food, everything else was great. Coffee was amazing, staff was polite, restaurant was immaculately clean. It could be just a bad batch of oil and/fries.

Maybe the best Mcdonalds in the area... possibly. Came here today and got a crispy Cesar Wrap with chips and a bottle of water. It's okay, its just McDonalds after all. Although they have a frequent problem of having their self-service machines run out of the receipt paper so it doesn't spit out the proof of your order number and gets a bit confusing for some people. Plus the machine 2nd from the right (when you walk in) frequently doesn't work, halfway through it stops responding to certain buttons (add to order).

This Macca's is never busy and it's always fast to get food from here. I don't visit it often because it has a weird feel. Even though it's in the middle of town it's away from the main shops and feels more like it's in a run down area. I don't know exactly what it is, and I usually prefer to put things into real terms, but even though there's nothing wrong with the service or food, this Macca's just has a bad vibe to me.

Me and my work colleagues come in here quite regularly for morning coffee, breakfast or lunch. Sometimes it's good, with quick service and hot food and other it's just poor. Today for example around 9-9.30am we went in to grab breakfast and coffee. It took ages to even get served, once served the coffees took way too long to be made and the muffins were horribly constructed, inside fillings falling out and the cheese was all wonky. The place wasn't busy at all so backlog of orders is no excuse. I think we'll start using some of the more locally owned places around the area.

The later I work, the more I convince myself I haven't eaten enough protein in the day and that saturated fat and empty carbs don't matter. Luckily this "Oasis" is only a matter of paces from my work place. There are very few things better than walking down Bourke street with a crispy brown bag, big enough to feed a small family, but knowing the 20 nuggets inside will be polished off before you get to Elisabeth street. Then there are the milk shakes. Thank you for your service.
