Food was absolutely amazing. We ordered the intimate pita, and the eggplant love and kebab. The wagyu beef in the pita was cooked perfectly and delicious. The eggplant and chickpeas drenched in tahini is out of this world. Sitting outside in hardware lane eating Miznon on a mild summer evening should be a mandatory Melbourne experience.

I had the absolute pleasure of playing here for a private work function with the mighty AMA band. What a fantastic location and atmosphere! Truly impressed by the staff, the food, the party people and by Afik our host who looked after AMA like we were family. I cannot speak highly enough of this place its perfect in so many ways! Do have a look at the photos below and if you need a private function room this is a hidden gem in Hardware Lane‼️🍽🔥🥃 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We ordered many dishes to share: Cauliflower, eggplant, beans, mezze, lamb carpaccio, bag of meat, sack of coq. I think the vegetarian dishes and carpaccio were fabulous but it didn’t feel like great value for money… the most disappointing dish were bag of meat and sack of coq. The former were 60% onions, we had to order two of these! The sack of coq was mostly spinach. The cocktails were beautiful but also mostly watered down by the amount of small ice they put in! For ~$70-80 per head including drinks (cocktails and a bottle of wine to share), you don’t leave feeling too happy.
You order via a QR code menu and giving the responsibility to the patrons, having to scan your CC to pay each time is a major pain. Adding a tab option would fee more like a restaurant and not a fast food joint.
The staff are friendly which is always nice

You need to come here to try their pitas, the baby cauliflower, roasted eggplant and great Israeli dishes. Highly recommend the set menu if you are stuck as well. Accomodating to vegetarians too. Amazing staff and service, very positive and welcoming.

Good service, nice food, casual ambience. We ordered the Feed Me Banquet and it's very healthy, barely any carbs so ideal for people on a diet. A lot of veggies in different forms such as baked sweet potato, a green salad and a baked coliflower. As a main we were served fish and meat and as an entree some dips with bread. Dessert was chocolatey heavy but still yum.
If you're looking for healthier options this is it. However, for me it was not exciting enough, not rich in flavour and not really a novelty which is what I look for when dinning out.

5 star for taste and quick service. The ladies at the front where very nice.
4 star as this is quite expensive for a pita..
The variety of food available is good. Will return to try more items.

Amazing food! We ordered Lamb Shawrma, Rotisserie chicken and Dips & Bread and they all were delicious. The bread was nice and soft and complemented the Lamb Shawrma.
They have a nice cocktails menu too. So don't forget to order some drinks to go with your food.
Service was quite nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Would highly recommend to all the Mediterranean food lovers 😋

Friday night dinner at Miznon was so so good!
FIRST & FOREMOST: GO SIT AT THE BAR!
The staff is so so sweet!!
We got Ratatouille pita and the lamb pita and a plate of Mezze - I don't recommend the Barra wings, unless you're a fish fan then yes!
The lamb pita's meat was melting in every bite! It wasn't dry, which is a tick for me.
The Ratatouille pita was a little undercooked but still quite good.
The best part of the night was the post dinner Friday sing and dance celebration that happens at the restaurant with the crew! Apparently it's a Friday night tradition where they share bread and a drink after a small prayer and a shout out of SHALOM!😃
The ambience of the restaurant was so inviting and amazing, it really made our night!
We will of course be back!❤️ Issa vibe, yo!

I was really looking forward to dining at Miznon because of the raving reviews but unfortunately it didn’t hit the mark in terms of food.
The Lamb Shawarma was one of the more expensive lamb dishes on the menu so when I saw the small portion I was quite disappointed. It was cooked perfectly and the tahini was a tasty accompaniment but I found myself searching for more from this dish.
The Baby Octopus & Chips were served in a bag to give a feel of the ‘street-style food’ and while it looked great, it was quite bland and underwhelming upon tasting it.
The Bag of Golden Meat looked well-seasoned too but it became very boring, very quickly. It was cooked well but unfortunately it didn’t hit the mark for flavour.
The infamous Baby Cauliflower Flower was just a baked cauliflower and there wasn’t anything more to it which is disappointing considering how much it is raved about. It was super soft but beyond that it was just a let down.
The Freekeh Salad was pretty standard and it was a large serving size but nothing special.
I can understand why this restaurant would appeal to people - the ingredients are fresh and the food is cooked well which I can give them props for. But as far as flavour goes, they were lacking in that department. The food had huge potential to be special but that just wasn’t the case. We felt like we had paid too much for such an underwhelming meal, and so I won’t be returning to Miznon unfortunately.

📝: Mediterranean street food served straight to your table right in the heart of Melbourne. With stores in Paris, Vienna, Melbourne and NYC, Miznon is super consistent with their taste and quality.
❤️: Absolutely had to get the famous best-selling Roasted Whole Cauliflower. If you’re not fast enough, there’s a high chance of it running out! Other menus were also amazing, especially the Pita with Ratatouille, literally perfection.
B. K.
Loved this place! Beautiful food and awesome atmosphere! The frekkeh salad and lamb schwarma were to die for. The fried octopus and potato wasn't the best. The octopus was quite chewy and not much of a portion for the price you pay. Still 5 stars for me, will be back to try the rest.
U.
great food, but can be very busy at times
ps. they have a wall of tomatoes and a tomato on every table
N. K.
Fantastic food! Went for the live music but none playing when we were there unfortunately. The food is really great you need one of everything! Such authentic food, felt like I was back in Tel Aviv
S. R.
We had dinner at Miznon last night, oh my, it was such a great experience. Lovely people, great food, amazing Pale Ale from Jerusalem. The deep fried Brisket was just phenomenal, shame we could only eat so much. Can't wait to go back again. God speed Israel.
M. N.
Couldn't rate this gem high enough. Stunning Mediterranean food, best fish pita I've tasted. We had the Feed me menu ($50pp). Everything came out perfect and delicious.
They also have free self-served pitas with sauces and pickles, amazing!
The music was a bit too loud for us to talk but the food is definitely worth raving about.

From first impressions onwards I highly recommend Miznon. The staff are friendly and helpful. We ordered a home delivery Party for five! The variety of dishes and condiments covered all our tastes. There was plenty of delicious dishes for a shared dining experience at home. Favourites were the whole cauliflower that was full of flavour and just melted in our mouths and the lamb pita pockets. Special mention to the yummy bread and the crispy side of beans. Perfect to celebrate with friends as we come out of lockdown. AND the dishes look beautiful and exactly like the photos on their site.
C. H.
Amazing food, great service and really reasonably priced. The bag of beans is beautiful, the cauliflower is life changing and the chocolate mousse is sensational. Go there. Now.
W. C.
First time trying Israel food. Had to wait about 15 mins even though we booked as the place was pretty packed on Thursday night. Great vibe and service. Food was relatively fast. Good beer. The best dishes was good but the standout was the cauliflower which I thought was so good that even kids would eat it. Overall great experience.
c.
I'm not much of fan for mediterranean. That being said, I ordered the "feed me" $55 per person option and both my friend and myself enjoyed it. We were completely stuffed.
Y. W.
We came here just before dinner time and the place was still quiet. As soon as it hit 6pm, the place was super packed.
It was a cuisine we never tried before so we decided to come here.
We ordered the chicken schnitzel which interestingly had mashed potato inside.
We also ordered their beef brisket but I found that was too salty. It was still delicious but I could imagine people complaining about the saltiness level.
The staff were really friendly and they explained the dishes well.
Y. W.
Great food great atmosphere great staff. Highly recommend: cauliflower (so good absolutely beyond expectation); calamari; roasted beef; octopus and chips (chips were amazing). We are lucky to get a table without booking coz we came in 5ish. Otherwise, a booking is needed.
The only downside is the size of the dish. They all came with a quite small portion (except cauliflower). Wish there were more food or the price were lower.
R. H.
Amazing Israeli restaurant with the most delicious pita pockets. Their signature cauliflower flower is a must try. It's important to remember this place gets busy during peak hours and it is common to wait for 10 to 15minutes to get a table for walk-ins.
h. d.
It's OK. Had the lunch feed me set
A lot of veg for the starters. Bag of greens, cauliflower, sweet potato and some bread and dip.
I would have preferred a bit more salt and some sort of flavour or spice on the veg.
Not really the type of place for me.
I. K.
4.3 if I could be more derailed. Good food. Lovely people. Chef genuinely care about good food, good hospitality and having fun. Highly recommended :) can be crowded. Plz do try the cauliflower.
D. T.
Love the atmosphere and the food. That bag if golden meat was sensational! Sorry about the photos, we couldn't wait and ate some before I had a chance to take them!😂

Can't recommend this place enough. Food - PERFECT
Price - BRILLIANT
Staff and Atmosphere - OFF THE CHARTS AMAZING
This restaurant is tucked away with a few other restaurants that try and grab you in but not this place. We came in and were given the choice of sitting at the top floor or at the bar. We chose the bar so we could see everything being made. It was brilliant.
All the wait staff were friendly and chatty and helped us with our decision.
Have already told all my family and friends who will be coming here too.
They also do take away but I highly reccomend you stay and eat in xx
R. D.
We would love to recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good food. We were not expecting such good food from this restaurant but to our surprise, it was mouth-watering. They have got amazing chef in-house. The staff is overwhelming to their customers. All in all, we enjoyed the food and had a nice time in this restaurant. Thanks, guys, we are coming back to you again. Keep it up.
Z. K.
Love, love, LOVED! The food here. Absolutely amazing and the service wasn’t far behind! Get the sense they truly value your custom when you go here. All of the dishes tried were exceptional but the stand out for me was most definitely the cauliflower. Absolutely delicious!
C. A.
Friendly, fast and fabulous service. Delicious food and delivering within 10km during lockdown. Treat yourself.

We never thought pitas could be this good. Long have we heard about the delicious offerings of Miznon, owned by one of the Israeli MasterChefs. Tonight's visit wowed us.
The helpful and friendly staff helped us choose from a simple, street food menu. The eggplant Sabich with tomato parfume, chilli and hard boiled egg didn't sound like much but turned out to be a great opener.
The pitas however surprised all of us by how superb they were. My lamb rib stew, tahini, pickles and chilli pita was so tender, juicy and bursting with flavour. My friends hmmed and yummed their way through their fish and mushroom pitas, savouring every bite.
This place was bustling with activity on a Saturday night. Enjoy casual dining on two split levels to a lively atmosphere with pumping music. The decor is basic and whichever direction you turn, there are tomatoes everywhere.
N. V.
Didn't even know what to expect - but I loved it! We were a group of 8 and we all were able to fit comfortably upstairs. The wine was delicious and each of meals we had were different and amazing. The Wagyu beef pita was great! Unfortunately no photo - too hungry. The staff here were super friendly and really really helpful. The only change I would recommend is the lighting. The ambience feels a bit like a fast food joint. BUT would definitely still recommend this place for a chill night out with some reasonably priced great food that's different to the normal cuisines around.

This slice of Tel Aviv in Melbourne does its best to champion luxe Israeli street food. International cuisine succeeds in Melbourne once it goes through a local filter. In some cases this involves turning down the spice, dialling up the vegetables and almost always reducing the offal. In the case of Miznon, it's a literal reduction of the volume. When Chef Eyal Shani first opened his three-story temple of stuffed pitas and whole cauliflower heads orders had to be shouted above the music and there was singing each day as the restaurant opened at noon. It was a high energy daytime environment that we couldn't maintain but the food remains delicious. My pick of the menu is the classic bag of meat combined with a bag of beans, all glistening with oil and garlic. Hot tip, if you ever have the chance to attend a Mizon catered feast, don't hesitate and if you're hosting one PLEASE invite me.
I. C.
Food is creative and really really good. I love the swordfish and baby cauliflower flower. They also have bread and dips and with just those my taste buds already started dancing!
S. L.
I was smiling the whole time I was at this restaurant. It did take them a while to get us seated but that was quickly forgotten once we were.
The food is simply delicious. We got the cauliflower, golden fish pita, octopus, and sack of chicken, and we really enjoyed every single one of those dishes. It was bordering on too much for two people but we powered through because we wanted every single bite of it.
They also have a little bar with bread, sauces, and a pickled salad for your enjoyment. The service is super friendly and the atmosphere is super enjoyable (especially on a Friday evening in the street).
They accept card and I would make a reservation as there was a line even for people who made one.
D. M.
It was a nice cozy place for a chilly evening. Open kitchen with chefs working on cooking and plating with those final touches just made me forget that I am by myself. Food was fresh and healthy ar the same time. Serving size can get better for the price, u found it quite small. Even the Calamari portions were small.if you are a big water you definitely need more than one item on the menu. Overall a good experience.
T. R.
Excellent food. I would highly recommend Miznon for some authentic Israeli fair. We let the waitress come up with some suggestions for share plates - which included a whole cauliflower. It was delicious as were the other choices she made including eggplant with chilli. The pita is excellent with the Wagyu and Golden Fish options the highlights. The restaurant had no problems catering to a couple of our party of 8 who were Vegan and Vegetarian. The service was prompt and food came quickly. Seems a well run and this is the second time I’ve been - very consistently high standards both times.
A. M.
Food was great. The service was really good. I really appreciated the waitress helping us swap tables as the one allocated wasn’t comfortable for our party of 4 people. I will highly recommend the place for their food and excellent service.
Worth noting that The music was just too loud so we had a lot of difficulty having a conversation.
D. V.
Magnificent spot to eat with great vibes, particularly cool to sit on the bar and watch the activity in kitchen.Tunes were astonishing and siphoning. Administration was as hair-raising as the sustenance was astonishing. The best dishes was great however the champion was the cauliflower which I thought was great to the point that even children would eat it. In general extraordinary experience. And you should need to visit this astonishing spot.
A. L.
Amazing!!! Shocking to have so much cauliflower at one go but boy was it tasty! And that Bag of Beans, who knew something so simple could turn out so great! Bag of meat, to die for. The squids, if only there was more!!
While I'd admit it's a little pricier than I'd expect to pay, it is up there on the list of good foods. And it's popular, and set in the bustling scene of Hardware Lane, I can excuse.
Well done!
N. N.
Sitting at the bar and not sure what to order, the staff were friendly, fun and their suggestions were perfect. I went the Sabich (an eggplant, chilli and hard boiled egg dish) and the minute steak pocket bread. UNBELIEVABLE How can that taste so great. Before I left I just had to try the Sardines (fillets cured in lemon and served with radish and dill). Very happy I did. So my assessment? Highly recommended! PS strange about all the cauliflowers.
M. D.
We chose the Bag of Golden meat, Eggplant and the Cauliflower and grabbed a plate of bread and condiments from what was called the ‘salad bar’, washing it down with the Israeli IPA. The food was served simply and had complex flavours - simply delicious. The beer was light and citrusy like a summer ale.
We would have sat outside if the outdoor canopy was up.
A. N.
Amazing food. We had the cauliflower, dinosaur bone, falafel pita and the shawarma. The first three especially were phenomenal, tasty and nice serving portion. Excellent service. Very happy with the night. The chocolate mousse to wrap up was perfect.
T. C.
So visited for the first time with a girlfriend who loves Miznon. OMG, this food makes my heart and tummy sing.
Had the bag of meat, cauliflower, bag of beans and roasted pumpkin. Everything was so yummy, I know their secret ingredient must be LOVE. Very grateful for finding you guys and I’m sure I’ll be a weekly regular.
Great food, service, staff amazing atmosphere and well priced.
Thank you Miznon ❤️
F. S.
Went again to miznon after a long break. It is still as excellant as ever. Friendly staff, great food and an all around good time.
S. J.
BEST CAULI IN THE WORLD! I will sell my soul for the whole roasted cauliflower with all you can eat tahini sauce and bread. Enough said.
W. L.
Green beans and barramundi were standout dishes. Must eat barramundi off the bone. Food was seasoned well, in some cases using simple ingredients that produced complex flavours. Share plates were unfortunately small considering the price, and we were left feeling peckish. Ended up being $27 per head which was reasonable. So-called 'salad bar' downstairs only stocked pickled cabbage and sauces. Waiters were very attentive.
A. W.
We came mid afternoon on a Saturday and didn't have to wait for a table. We ordered the cauliflower and the lamb pita - both were delicious. The cauliflower is simple yet tasty (we added an extra splash of salt and ate it dipped it in the tahini), the pita was soft, and the lamb filling was succulent. There's also a self service mini side dish bar with pita, pickle, chilli (beware it's quite spicy), tahini and yoghurt. Would recommend!
D. O.
Lamp pita was was literally lamp chop with bones sticking out of the pita. The meat was so perfectly cooked that the bones slipped out of the pita effortlessly. Meat is very tasty. Portions a little small so you'll need a side, or another pita at least.
A. I.
Place is very casual. Cauliflower was delicious but found in a the pita and eggplant average. Went there for dinner but felt underwhelmed due to the hype it had.. But I reckon it would be a good place for a quick lunch..
A. D.
Menu limited but the food is good the cocktails maybe not that much.
But you have a good vibes with festive ambiance which is really recreational .
W. T.
Love the roasted baby cauliflower. Especially the char-ry bits as it was beautifully caramelised. The rest of the cauliflower is cooked till super tender, you can even cut through with a fork. Also had the steak and egg pita, but I’m not a fan.
J. C.
If this is what Israeli food is all about - sign me up! Great service with a really interesting range of traditional dishes & creations with a more modern twist. The menu is not extensive, however I guarantee that there will be something to suit anyone, from your vego cousin through to your carnivorous work buddies. We had the Bag of Beans, Run Over (smashed potatoes) & the Golden Meat Bag (amazing!). Miznon is good for a quick drink or snack, & also great for long lunch or dinner. Seating on two levels inside, including the bar, as well as tables outside right on Hardware Lane if you want to be right in the hustle & bustle.
A. L.
The pitas came out fast, fresh and tasty. They were soft and fluffy and that falafel patty, delicious.
Bag of golden meat had a wonderful charcoal flavour and there's a decent amount of meat in the bag.
Inside you can help yourself to free pita bread and pickles.
The serve was great and friendly
A. C.
Sensational food and atmosphere! Great eateries are awash in Melbourne but this one is a definite stand out. If you have a party of more than 2, advanced booking is recommended.
N. J.
Excellent customer service. Visited 5-10min before closing and staff was very accommodating. Very delicious Israeli food.
T. M.
You’ll find Miznon Melbourne located on Melbourne’s ever popular Hardware Lane. This Israeli street food eatery was created by Israeli celebrity Master Chef Eval Shani with a focus on taking flavours of each city and translating it into one of his mouth-wateringly delicious pitas. At Miznon Melbourne you can expect a casual yet vibrant authentic gourmet street food experience that is packed full of flavour and served with real friendly Israeli hospitality.
S. V.
Super yummy. Even if you dont like cauliflower you have to get it here. Pitas are a bit messy but so good that it's worth the dry cleaning bill. 😋
F.
Good food of a different Middle Eastern style. Very busy place booking is recommended. Cosy bar style restaurant with basic set up. Very friendly staff entertaining atmosphere. You feel welcome the minute you step into the premises. A visit is highly recommended.
N. C.
A great Melbourne classic. Food is sensational and consistent! Be it a quick takeaway, or a dine experience I would highly recommend. When the place is really busy (over the lunch time rush) food can be slower to come out, but well worth the wait!
A.
Ordered with Deliveroo, was fast and efficient. They provided additional bread and tahini for free! The ‘white’ was the $10 special. A bit mushy but all the flavors were there, spiced cauliflower and sauces were full of flavour.
H. P.
Had two pitas and one cauliflower between two. More than enough. Very reasonably priced for the best pita outside of Israel. The Hot Chickpea pita was a standout.
L. D.
Uncomplicated deliciously amazing food done well 😋 try the rosè too!
S. C.
Young, friendly staff, cool but relaxed atmosphere and ah-mazing food! It's the best Israeli food I've had outside of Israel! The white pita with roasted cauliflower and tahini totally hit the spot - I really hope they open a Sydney branch soon!
M. B.
Loved it!! The experience at Miznon has never failed me. Great vibe, great staff and Great Food.
My favourite is the Cheaky Pita Falafel Burger, its my top spot for when i feel like getting some falafel. Also don't forget to dig in to the pita tops with tahini/ sour cream/ chilli oil, located just beside the order counter!
Highly recommend!!!
M. M.
The food is great, everything we tried was tasty... Must try the cauliflower and green beans. Great options for vegetarians and the chocolate mousse was a great ending
E. P.
Food and service is good. Tried the Baby Cauliflower, Golden Fish Pita and Minute Steak Pita. All good. The cauliflower is super soft and delicious..
V. W.
Food recommendations: Roast beef, cauliflower, lamb Shawarma, baby octopus.
Yummy interesting food.
Fun and chill vibe.
Good and quick service.
Unlimited pita and dips.
Best to make reservation before popping in as not a large venue.
N. T.
Loved the roasted cauliflower and lamb shank was really a home hearty meal.
J. P.
My partner brought me here for lunch today as we were in the city and she had been raving about Miznon.
I had the Deep Satisfaction and let me tell you, it was that and more!! One of the best things I have eaten in a long time!
Will definitely be coming back
A. A.
Highly recommend the Sabich and Calamari. The cauliflower and brisket were good but fell a bit flat. Long wait times and very busy during dinner. Slightly expensive for the service provided
D. B.
Amazing food and although they were very busy, still great service. The cauliflower flower was a stand out.
A. B.
Food is delicious, ambience is beautiful, service was excellent. Our waiter was awesome. Very attentive and fast. I highly recommend this restaurant.
T. C.
I really enjoy my time at Miznon, from the livelihood brought by the staff, to the food they offer. One slight setback for me was that if you dine in at night, you cant order their pitas, as those are takeaway only. I was a bit disappointed for that, because I wouldve loved to try them as a main on site since I dont always come to the city.
Staff are very enthusiastic, and we got the best seat in the house as it was right in front of the kitchen. Super lively. You watch the food get made in front of you (bonus) and everything honestly looks amazing. They put a lot of effort and heart into cooking, and have fun at the same time! It was my birthday celebration and the staff started singing. It was great.
Food was very fresh. We ordered a bit of everything, from seafood to meat to veggies, and all were well balanced, seasoned, and texturally good. You start off with a complimentary plate of pita with dip, which made me order more pita because it was so soft and I love carbs!
Cauliflower 5/5 - so simple as its just roasted, but roasted to perfection! Such a simple dish, but perfectly seasoned (with just a hint of salt) and the florets were soft yet not mushy. Perfect and while it seems pricey (which it is for a cauliflower) it is definitely worth every penny!
Roast Lamb 4/5 - another well seasoned plate of food. Thinly sliced lamb seasoned as you would for a beautiful middle eastern flavour profile. Refreshing with the tomato. Overall enjoyable dish.
Fresh Port Philip Calamari 5/5 - beautiful dish. perfectly cooked calamari, seasoned lightly with salt. Yogurt sauce paired nicely to provide a freshness with the butter. Very delightful and not heavy.
Overall really did enjoy my stay here. Wish I was able to try their pita (sandwiches) as those look very loaded, but didnt want to order one takeaway.
j. l.
went for lunch around 12ish and miznon was already busy, they get quite full pretty fast! great value and amazing flavors. fresh ingredients and good atmosphere.
G. F.
Had a lovely meal outside on a warm night. Place was very busy. Food great. Chocolate pudding to share a great way to top it all off
T. F.
Proofs that great food can be simple yet still perfect. Highly recommend the baby octopus and chips, barramundi wings and baby cauliflower flower - never knew cauliflower could taste so good.
J. P.
Please go eat here it's fricken good food and fricken good service 🔥
The cauliflower and golden meat bag are my favourites
J. L.
Great!Food and service is really good!!Highly recommend!!!After the meal i feel so happy!!
J. K.
A genuine taste of Israeli street food. The vibe of this place is worth the visit. The food is excellent. The baked cauliflower is a must!
W. C.
Location was convenient. Talkable distance from Flinders station. Ordered the signature cauliflowers and baby octopus. Little disappointed that the octopus was little
T.
Miznon is the real deal - they are in a few spots around the world, and Melbourne is very lucky to have it's own Miznon.
It's all about the roasted cauliflower, but this time I had the pita pocket for lunch. The lamb ribs are still in and you might go WHAT... but as soon as you pull the bones out, and they come off so easily - you know you're going to bite into something very tender. Perfect lunch meal but you get a better vibe at dinner with friends trying ALL THE THINGS.
Do yourself a favour and go to Miznon! The premier Israeli food spot in Melbourne.

The newly-minted One Hat drew us to this Hardware Lane hangout 🎩 .
With eccentricities like a menu entirely in Comic Sans (so 1994) and innuendo-laden dish names: 'Bag of Golden Meat', 'Intimate Wagyu', and my personal favorite, a category by the name of 'Wild Vegetable Animals' (Vegans, beware 🥩) the intimate wagyu stew was authentic and a pleasure to eat (stop it 🙈).
The #cauliflower is the apparent speciality so that was a must-try. Thoughts? Rustic presentation that got a little too 'outback' when we weren't given plates or cutlery, so my lunch date played waitress, as ours was nowhere to be seen 🧐 .
Which is a bit much, even if the restaurant does now don headwear 😉

My favourite ones : baby cauliflower, pita with a bone and the steak. They are pretty quick, even though when it was pretty busy. I like to sit next to the kitchen area, pretty fun to watch the craziness inside the kitchen.
C. L.
Great food and atmosphere! Very well priced. If you stick around on a Friday night you may get a nice surprise....
s. s.
I cannot get enough of this place!! The food is both delish and pretty healthy and the people who work there are just like family. So friendly and so genuine. You can totally feel the love!
S. M.
Look no further. Best food in Melbourne.
So simple and so full of flavors.
I ordered the Wagyu burger, bag of greens, and cauliflower.
The Wagyu was delicious, done to perfection and the sour cream and egg added magnificent flavors.
The bag of greens is literally the taste of freshness and goes great as a side dish.
The Cauliflower is shared dish and most be accompanied with tahini.
And also the staff is warm and friendly, music is great and they offer free condiments and pita bread while you wait for the food.
B. O.
Oh I wish we had more people with us to try more dishes! Chicken stuffed schnitzel and baked pumpkin, sensational, we sat at the bar and enjoyed the entertainment of the working kitchen! It was absolutely delicious and exceeded expectations. A well oiled machine, highly recommend!
L. E.
Stunning mediterranean food! Highly reccomend the cauliflower, it’s amazing!
S. H. C.
Love the fresh green beans and runover potatoes! Wish I known earlier that there are free bread and dips as starter - only saw them when making payment!
F. C.
I went last night. I will start with the cons to close with the great things:
Bad
*forgot our dinner. We asked after 30 min and they said It was coming. After another 15 they told us they lost out ticket… people came after us and left before we got our food. Did I mentioned I’m 9 month preggo?
*I ordered the wagyu pita. I told them (you can see it) I am preggo and they told me it was not possible make it well done. The girl offer a minute steak… ( no well done) I end up asking something else. I felt like a Celiac asking for gluten free pita and the waiter saying, yes I will bring you the regular pita..
Good/bad
*music too loud: good if you are with a young people bad if you are with a family or want to talk.
*pee before you arrive or you will need to go to the third floor. Good for cardio bad for bladder.
Good
*The price/quality of food is good.
*love the location
*the staff is friendly and very energetic.
*The manager was apologetic, but they kept saying things that didn't make sense, but he was nice.
Conclusion
I will come back but for lunch.
Enjoy the pitas!!
J. P.
I was really pleased with this restaurant. Pleasant staff attentive and patient. Tried a couple of pitas, one with the lamb/cheese blend which was incredibly good and another with a beef/onion mix which was also really nice. With a beer it’s a good lunch in a great setting outdoors on Hardware La. will be back.
J. Y.
I love the food at miznon. The flavours are bold and unique.
For lunch, favourites include the ratatouille and falafel pita. The pita is nice and soft. Dinner favourites would be the barramundi and freekah salad. However, whilst they tasted good, I found some of the highly recommended dishes like the cauliflower and bag of golden meat slightly underwhelming and wouldn’t really order next time.
A. C.
The food is so so good here, highly recommended. Only complaint is that it can be quite cold inside/upstairs, so bring a coat if you're dining in and it's cold!
M. G.
Little on the pricey side but worth it. The food was devine. Can only recommend the cauliflower and the dinosaur bone.
Y. S.
Amazing Mediterranean food! Don’t leave without trying the cauliflower and the chocolate mousse.
P. A.
Great food, amazing atmospheare. Busy place but worth the time.
I. S.
I nice place to try out something different from the typical middle eastern food.
L. F.
The food is lovely. Service can be better. Pitas are highly recommended.
t. h.
Fabulous, tasty fresh food and wonderful, friendly staff
M. Y.
Amazing food served up to the late hours of night.
One of the best options in Hardware Lane.
D. L.
Came here for takeaway lunch on a public holiday. I got the beef burger pita. The pita was very soft and chewy, the filling ingredients were also cooked very nicely and tasty! The main complaint would be that the pita gets quite soggy in the bag, so hopefully this is different when having in store. The price is also a little expensive for the size at $18 a pop. Otherwise a very unique and delicious place to try in hardware lane.
E. H. L.
Cauliflower was super amazing! The pitas were really good too.
S. Y.
Unlimited pita bread! I think that is enough for anyone to visit this place!
E. P.
If you love falafel and pita bread, you have to visit this restaurant.
W. W.
Friendly staff, good service despite being extremely busy. We had a seat at the 'bar' and were able to watch the chefs and staff working. Very professional.
W.
The new kid on the block. Its vibrant & loud & the food is delicious. A bit on the pricy side. It gets busy & you have to que at peak lunch hour times but worth a visit even once
R. T.
If you want some good food you should go there one of the best dishes in Melbourne
E. A.
Truly amazing and a must experience, the food is perfect and the atmosphere even better
d. m.
Amazing simple delicious food. Beef and chickpeas was tasty and tender. Cauliflower was a great accompaniment. Sweet potato also simple but well cooked and delicious. Basic counter ordering but friendly and efficient service. The music was unnecessarily loud making conversation difficult. Return visit did not disappoint and the friendly service from the crew (despite it being busy) added to the experience. Loved the baby octopus, bag of meat, sabich (eggplant), the infamous baby cauliflower followed the best chocolate mouse ever! Thanks for the vote if you found this review helpful.
K. L.
Very mixed reviews. We got the lunch feed me menu. Some dishes were really nice, some very average. I don't get the hype about the cauliflower, it was very bland and served underdone. Pita and tahini station was cool. Final pita pocket dish was very good. Appreciate it was a busy day but staff could really provide a better service.
L. A.
Delicious food, great ambience, can get a bit crowded on Fridays with a small queue of people. Their version of Sabich was delicious.
K. P.
Delicious pitas and friendly service. On the expensive side.
E. R.
One of my favorite spots in Melbourne. You can always trust it to be fresh and surprising in flavor!
J. B.
We stopped for lunch on a Wednesday, place was very busy but service was good. The highlight was the baked whole cauliflower - so simple yet super-tasty, and who knew that the bits of the cauliflower you normally throw away could be so delicious! Another great dish was the falafel burger full of flavour, and not dry at all - really excellent. Will definitely go back on our next visit to Melbourne.
K. R.
Had a selection of the vegetarian share options and all where well prepared, simple and delicious! Loved the touch of the little side bar with extra bread and dips. Staff was lovely and friendly. Only down side was it was a little confusing how seating and ordering worked when we first got there.
D. F.
Just delicious! Definitely definitely try their roasted cauliflower. I’ve also tried many of their pita pockets - there’s a steak one that’s delicious, but any of the fish ones they’ve had on the menu have been outstanding. The bread and dips being available is a nice touch too while you wait.
C. H.
The food is simply yummy. Visited a number of times and as soon as I'm out the door I'm wondering when will I be back. The service is part of the experience, so don't be afraid of the noise from the open kitchen or the international crowd. Highly recommend the cauliflower for the veggies among us. Miznon also provides a great opportunity to enjoy an Israeli beer, and you shouldn't pass on this.
T. R.
Delicious food, generous servings, really quick service and affordable prices - it's definitely a place to come back to!
P. S.
Wow what a find, thanks to the other reviews on Google. We sat at the counter looking on to the bustling kitchen with the friendly team working at full steam. We had the signature cauliflower, a chicken schnitzel and lamb ribs pita and were stuffed. The chocolate mouse for dessert was perfect to finish off. We will definitely be back for again.
M. C.
Amazing food which arrived at the exact minute specified. The chicken and falafel pitas were delicious and the deserts from the set menu were a perfect way to finish! Will be ordering again.
J. V.
Great quality group sharing food!
The presentation/packaging that the food comes in is a little awkward, and has room to improve.
I would definitely eat here again
S.
Just great!
The food is very flavorful and perfect to share between many people!
We ordered 4 different sharing dishes between us 4 and it was plenty.
Can’t recommend the restaurant enough, will be back for sure.
R. D.
We ordered a lunch takeaway (schnitzel, chicken in pitta & baked sweet potato) and LOVED the food. Super fresh, delicious, flavourful and generously portioned. The Schnitzel dish is massive for one person, the chicken in pitta was superb, the sweet potato was caramelised and utterly gorgeous. The sides are a lovely touch and the pitta is out of this world fluffy and fresh. If you're looking for Tel Aviv food standards in Melbourne, look no further. Highly recommended. Our only comment would be long wait/slow delivery times as we're outside the uber eats delivery range unfortunately (so ordered via the website and through another delivery partner...).
D. C.
Delicious pita! Had the beef and egg which was divine. Just a tad on the small side.
M. S.
What a lovely, lively place, what an enjoyable crowd, what a soulful staff serving the food, what a brilliant set of tasty foods, what a way to spend your evening a tastier way.
Never thought pita and Nutella would get along. Never thought pita could be a pouch of tasty foods in it, never thought eggplant and hard-boiled eggs could go along. Never thought I would ask for the same dessert a second time. Never thought such a crowded place have such a soulful food. Never thought this place is gonna be my one of my favorites. Never thought vegetarian food can taste so great.
Definitely recommend
c. y.
Satisfied! I like the baby cauliflower so much!
D. S.
Love this place. Great value and so tasty. The quality of the food is really homely and delicious, and great portion sizing. Really good for sharing.. i wish we had gone with more than just the 2 of us so we could try more dishes. Highly recommend the roasted cauliflower. The pickle bar is a fantastic idea - not something i have seen in other restaurants and i loved it.
C. C.
If someone told me that my favourite dish would be a whole cauliflower, on its own, I'd have thought they were mad. But it was - it's amazing! The wraps are really nice too of course, but the whole cauliflowers, boiled in brine and baked, are melt in the mouth delicious!
C. B.
Easy going friendly and I loved seeing all the cauliflowers that were going to be roasted. I had golden fish in the delish pitta, it was my favourite thing to eat in Melbourne. I ate in many places but this place made me want to cook this food at home. Am roasting a cauliflower as I just want these favours in my zone.
G. C.
Pleasantly surprised by the food here! My friend brought me here to try the cauliflower, I had thought it was a very strange recommendation. But wow, I was blown away! It was so good and till this day, I’m still thinking about it.
We had the pitas too, it was great but the cauliflower is stuck on my mind.
E. H.
We arrived at an awkward time when they were switching from lunch to dinner menus but only found out after we had already ordered - someone else sat down and the waitress told them. So maybe our issues were because we were getting the leftovers from lunch, but the lamb was inedibly fatty and had very little flavour and the cauliflower was pretty bland. The green beans were delicious and perfectly seasoned, and our other dish was very good but could have used some acidity.
A. D.
Great food, great atmosphere, great prices and great service!!!!! Highly recommend!
H. H.
Liked the free bread and dips, we could served ourselves. My friends and I shared octopus & chips, and bake cauliflower, they were really yum. The pita bag dishes were interesting, delicious and filling than we thought they would be.
A. W.
Great food and cocktail. Friendly staff. Cool atmosphere. Will be back
t. s.
Really nice food, Tel-Aviv street food style. Very interesting unique menu. The schnitzel with mashed potatoes in it was delicious!
G. G.
Amazing food, brilliant staff who clearly love what they do.
J. H.
Keep it up.
N.
Love this place! Quick and tasty pitas are my go to during lunch (my favourite is the golden fish) and they do an amazing dinner spread. Make sure you try their roasted cauliflower!!
P.
Stunning dishes wrapped in humble kitchen paper. Simple dishes executed perfectly: not too salty or oily, just the right hint of herbs and spices. Fried octopus and potato is the understated example. All other bits were pretty good too. Beers were not bad. Interesting boys and girls staff separation between the kitchen and floor. Service was pretty good overall.
y. m.
Great atmosphere, very nice staff! The cauliflower was sooo good, however, the shawarma meat was stringy at the end so you sometimes have to take it out. The flavoring was really good though.
Loved the pita and condiments.
S. F.
One of the best restaurant experiences ever. Incredible food and service. Location is perfect. Atmosphere is electric. Happened to go on a Friday night and got to be part of the in house Shabbat celebration... one of the best times I’ve had. Highly recommend dining here. Get a reso or grab a drink upstairs while you wait — it’s worth it.
L. C.
Awesome place to eat with good vibes, especially cool to sit on the bar and watch the action in kitchen. The cauliflower is out of this world, calamari is excellent, pita with meat off the bone is superb and the 'best mousse' actually lives up to the name! I'm sure everything else is good as well.
J. S.
Probably give them 3.5 stars. Had the lamb in bone pita here which was unbelievably good. Soft meat that literally fell off the bone and the pitas were incredibly light, fluffy and tasty. Only thing I didn't like was the high price of the meal and no table service and very little in the way of cleaning up after previous patrons by the staff. For the sort of price they are charging the service could be much much better.
G. W.
Good food of a different Middle Eastern style. Very busy place booking is recommended.
Cosy bar style restaurant with basic set up. Very friendly staff entertaining atmosphere. You feel welcome the minute you step into the premises. A visit is highly recommended.
n. k.
The food is incredible. There's free pita with sour cream and a tahini dressing to die for. No matter what else you get, definitely try the cauliflower. The meats are beautifully cooked and the sauces are full of flavour. The food is messy and delicious, just as it always should be.
J. M.
This is a hard review because honestly the food is incredible. Extremely tasty n fresh. The shame is when I looked around I became concerned how much waste this restaurant produces. I understand the concept “street food” and the high turn over of guests. But this is 2020- I feel it’s time to get more creative sustainably with the concept. Why do people sitting in have to eat out of brown paper bags & on silver throw-away plates- all being chucked in the garbage quickly?! Unfortunately because of these reasons I won’t be back but I do think the food was 5/5
N. S.
We had a drink at the bar next door and asked for a table in around 30 minutes - very efficient and friendly lady saw to it that we were seated and provided very prompt service. It’s a noisy cheerful spot with good soundtrack playing and lots of customers enjoying themselves.
A. B.
The food here was good, the atmosphere really reminded me of Tel Aviv, good music turned up loud, people full of energy on a Friday night working and singing in the kitchen.
The small celebration for shabbat what really cool as well. I would highly recommend coming here with a small group of friends on a Friday night. Just be careful to get reservations ahead of time. The place got really full as the night went on.
c. a.
Authentic feel and taste of Israel, served Street-style. Great roast cauliflower, falafel and other vegan options for me, but the wagyu and ribs, in pita or plate were delicious... So my carnivore friends said. sensational grub in a lane normally more touristy than great food
S. R.
Loved the canteen feel of this place. Good honest food. Keep it up.
E. N.
Great atmosphere situated in Hardware Lane, really casual and great for all groups. Staff were all super friendly!
The food was phenomenal, we loved it! A good amount would be a pita each and another non-pita dish to share. The special calamari pita was amazing and the “Run Over” was an essential - a potato smash with aioli, herbs and garlic - but we had unfortunately missed out on the special roasted whole cauliflower!
There was a pretty nice looking drinks menu which we didn’t explore but maybe that’s for another occasion.
Would highly recommend trying!
M. P.
Food is really good! however service is some of the worst I have had. Especially On a Monday night. Veggies were served 10 minutes after we finished our protein. And a second order of bag of golden meat was served to other tables that arrived after us. Still love the food but the service left ALOT to be desired.
C. A.
Slightly underwhelming and simple dishes but well cooked. Not much variety in flavour. The cauliflower was too mushy...
P. C.
The food was simple but done very well. Portions are not huge but you can help yourself to the complimentary pita bread, tahini, sour cream, pickled cabbage and green chili sauce. We were there on a Saturday night and it was excessively loud and very tightly packed.
K.
Never knew a cauliflower could taste so good! Enjoyed my main dish too (some lamb wrap). The pita bread and chilli dip condiments are very nice too.
L. E.
Great vibes and everything on the menu is a winner. This is the cauliflower pita, the perfect amount for lunch.
E. J.
Booked for lunch on a weekend with a group of friends. Amazing delicious food - highly recommended the swordfish, beef brisket, hot spinach and potato, eggplant and green beans. Will definitely be back to try other dishes. The staff are so friendly with great customer service, the atmosphere at the venue is awesome and dishes are well priced!
T. T.
Have been delivering stock to these guys for about a year. Always loved the warming vibe of the staff there. I've promised to take my partner there for too long. So we went in on Saturday night and got sat at the bar right in front of the action in the kitchen and bar. Tunes were amazing and pumping. Service was as sensational as the food was amazing. Can't wait to go back with freinds. Thanks for the after meal shot. Went down a treat.
S. L. (.
Delicious and tasty dishes, the cauliflower is a must when coming here!
C. P.
Uh unique? Exotic....Authentic. Oh this is word for word...very generous.
M. O.
After reading many glowing online reviews, I had pretty high expectations for Miznon. Unfortunately it really live up to the hype. The pita I had was way too saucy and ran all over my hands when I was eating. Maybe some of the others hit the spot a bit more, but the one I had really wasn't filling.
L. B. (.
Great just like the one in Paris. I went three times to this one, had two pitas and a cauliflower. Everything was very tasty every time.
Maybe just a bit small for the price but you can have other smaller pitas with sauces to your taste for free if you’re still a bit hungry!
f. a.
I turned up saturday night without a booking and they were accommodating, considering that all tables were booked.
I was seated at the kitchen bar which was great as i got to watch the chefs prepping food.
Its an interesting experience, most of their meals are served in pita bread, and they do this whole grilled cauliflower which looked good, although i didnt get to try it and its too large for one person.
Their prices were reasonable and i would go back, i liked how they have vegetarian options too if you want a break from meat
R. M.
Good price and great for a quick street food meal
K.
We had a really lovely time in this little laneway gem. We are visiting from Adelaide and wanted to try something different, and boy did we get it! Food served in bags! A whole cauliflower! A salad bar that I accidentally dropped my little bowl into the tahini of! We sat outside on a perfectly warm night, and enjoyed the ambient atmosphere and wonderful service. Would absolutely recommend, the cauliflower is melting and I don't know how someone can get a cauliflower to melt but there we go. Would definitely return.
h.
Fantastic food. I've dined in and ordered takeaway - both are very good but dining in gets you so many more tasty options. My favourite is Wild Forest pita - only available at lunch time.
F. G.
Went here for a friend's birthday dinner. The atmosphere in the restaurant is beautiful and the staff members are extremely lovely. Highly recommend going here for the very reasonably priced and delicious food - particularly the cauliflower!
Thanks again for such a wonderful evening.
K. C.
Really interesting 'modern Israeli' cuisine. We really enjoyed the oven roasted vegies - including the famous whole cauliflower. Our favourite was the Sabich: eggplant, egg and tahini - although the mini pumpkin stuffed with minced lamb was also fabulous. All great dishes to share. Also a great location in hardware lane- so altogether a fun and delicious meal.
K. W.
Popular dinner spot in Melbourne, luckily when we arrived about on a friday they had a table free outside. A variety of tasty options, all cooked to order so come as they are done to the table. Be prepared to share to make the most of it! We had the swordfish, lamb, seeet potato and roasted cauliflower which just melted in your mouth! Would definitely visit again.
K. O.
Atmosphere and service was great! The beer is great, the only disappointing thing was that we ordered the cauliflower and another dish and they told us they had ran out but when we were leaving we saw they had heaps ready to go.. I liked the fish, the potato/spinach dish was average. Overall I had a really good time and if I lived in Melbourne I would go back.
B. G.
Tried the Cauliflower and Lamb off-the-bone pita. Honestly overhyped. Cauliflower was bland and mostly soggy. Lamb pita tasted okay, on the bland side as well. I felt it was overpriced for what you’re given. Atmosphere is very loud/crowded, flies everywhere which turned me off from eating. Wouldn’t go out of my way to come back here.
P. V.
Went here a few times and love it. For such a simple food they manage to get the most out of it and deliver some really addicting flavours. So far my favourite is the minute steak pita. On top of that they have some of the loveliest staff around, give away free tea and offer complimentary bread / tahini which is a good way to keep your taste buds busy before your main arrives.
P. M.
We ordered two pita with bone and the local beer. The meat was very well coocked, soft and tasting very good, I definitely recomnend and the service was also pretty good. There is also a table with some complimentary options like bread and few options of sources.
J. K.
Take-a-way; Pita Ratatouille was great, and Pita terrific.
COVID19 delivered. Baby Cauliflower was tender, Schnitzel to share was nice, was "just" 😉 enought to share, Sweet Potato was very small, and had burnt flavour.
They added dips/sauce & two very small bits of pita, Tahini dip was the best.
Bit pricy + delivery on top.
We will give it another go soon.
G. L.
The best fast food burger I have ever had! Cannot recommend enough. Well worth the price. Always managed to get a seat when I've been and the service is great, but it's the food that makes it so amazing.
C. N.
Good food and the unlimited pita and dips is great. I also that instead of being given a table number, they ask for your name which is what you tell them when you go pay at the cashier. It's a nice personal touch to the experience but the staff could be friendlier - a smile or two would be nice!
A. H.
Great food and everyone is super super friendly! Every fri they have a small surprise for guest but due to COVID restriction they change but continues to make it meaningful for the guest! Thumbs up 👍🏻
M. C.
Great little location conveniently on Hardware Lane. Prices not necessarily cheap when portion sizes are considered. With that considered the flavour was a different story. Tried a handful of share items, along with the Wagyu Pita. The Spinach and Potato was beautiful! The Cauliflower, not too bad either. The Wagyu Pita.......OUT OF THIS WORLD. At my next visit, I won't waste my time with share items. Three of the Pita!!! Job done. Service and delivery was also swift with meals arriving not long after orders were placed. Simple setting and layout which makes it very cosy. Gorgeous little function room upstairs. As for the staff, we observed nothing but smiles during our visit and our wait staff in particular had an engaging style that matched her stunning smile.
S. B.
I was a little skeptical when I was told that this place is really good. Was pleasantly surprised yesterday. They have interesting interior design, fun approach to serving food - they yell out your name at the top of their lungs. Super Fresh and tasty food! And you get nice treats while waiting for your order. Definitely interesting and positive experience. Will be back for more!
B. B.
This doesn’t have a great start, the waitress mistook another group to be ahead of us and personally I don’t feel it was addressed politely-was the lunch rush though.
Ordered the Tunisian (had issues with getting my order, she didn’t seem to understand, so I pointed to the item, to which I copped a look).
When the food arrived (not a long wait) it was well worth it despite the service!
P. E.
I love Miznon and it’s not just about their delicious food, but also their hospitality as well.
We took our kids to Miznon for Saturday brunch and order lots of yummy stuff like chicken livers, chicken and potato salad, the amazing egg and steak pita but what really stood out is that the chef/ owner(?) walked past, and said: I have got some meat cooked overnight that I think your kids would like and send a dish for us to try, on the house. The kids loved it and it’s that kind of hospitality that’s rare in Melbourne nowadays
K. A.
In line with most other reviews, I concur that the food is very tasty.... having said that at the price point that is being charged, one does question the serving size and the presentation.....maybe a side of chips or a salad per person? And being served in a plate does help...
My beer was also left sitting on the table 10 minutes before i got there...so I'd say that maybe drinks for large groups be served when the person ordering the drink arrives...
i will be back to try a few other things on the menu, but i do hope the feedback is taken on board.....
N. S.
I love this place. Dead simple food, everything is seasoned perfectly, but with only basic spices (salt, pepper, lemon, garlic, some herbs), very fresh, more than likely seasonal (it hasn't been open long). The staff are friendly, and on Friday night they bring around a little glass of wine and have a traditional Shabbat ceremony. It was totally unexpected and delightful, this place is really incredible!
B. H.
We enjoyed the food. We sat downstairs at the bar overlooking the kitchen. Staff were super friendly, and the bustle and action of the open kitchen area were fun, but be aware that it can be very noisy in that area.
O. K.
Really tasty, straightforward food, quick and friendly service, and a good atmosphere sitting outside. Inside downstairs on the left is a counter where you can collect as much pitta, salad and dips as you like - very unusual in a restaurant (hadn't seen this before).
G. A.
Don't miss the melt in your mouth cauliflower stuffed pita, "White" they call it. If you go there around 4-5pm you should be able to find seating without a reservation. All in all loved the food.
D. G.
Totally tasty street food. Be prepared for the messy aftermath of eating too quickly.
M. R.
One of the best restuarant experiences i have ever had. I went on a Friday night and it was chaotic. Its very squashy and loud but it just added to the atmosphere. It felt like an amesome party!! Being a Friday the restuarant had Jewish Shabbat celebration (i understand this happens every Friday night) highly recommend. Warning there is normally a wait for seating. Food is 10 out of 10. Staff are great they are just very foward not rude or arrogant just confident ( staff are loud and they have a ball working its great to watch). I Loved It. Thank you Miznon..
M. D.
Their fresh baked bread with tahini and sour cream is out of this world. It's a grungy looking place which also does takeaway. Ideal for a quick bite. But you could spend $60 for 2 people and still be hungry. Ambiance 2/5 Quantity 3/5 Taste 5/5 cost 2/5
A. S.
What a joy to introduce my daughter to the delights of Miznon. She loved the food too so not disowned for now.
D. N.
Pita with a bone - The lamb was so tender, but not seasoned enough for my liking. The pickle in it was also quite mild on flavour. The pita was good, soft and fresh. Overall okay but could be elevated.
S. A.
Loved the Cheaky Monkey Pita - best flavours of chickpea and coriander! We got 6 meals to share between four of us but I didn't realise they're almost impossible to share as nothing comes on a plate. Everything is served in a paper bag or pita bread so sharing is difficult. Every meal was delicious but different to what I expected. Lovely friendly service. Great atmosphere and ambience in outdoors of Hardware Lane. Decent amount of seating indoors too.
M. G.
One of the best Mediterranean restaurants around Melbourne CBD .
I've tried both Falafel and Chicken wrap , and they are very tasty.
S. Z. (.
I’ve never really had Israeli food before, but after trying Miznon I’m really hooked! The presentation may seem rustic, yet the flavours are spot on. The roasted baby cauliflower was melt-in-your-mouth delish....
S. L.
Really loved the roasted cauliflower! Must try!
T. Y.
Lovely food and service. Highly recommend the sack of chicken and bag of meat lol, esp with the complimentary bread and dips. Only gripe is that it's a bit on the pricier scale for the amount you get, but always tastes nice at least.
H. B.
Great tasting food, but portions are a bit small given the price.
J. V.
Fun! Like having a dance party in your kitchen with family you actually like 🤩
a. d.
The place is amazing. The food is really good. A bit pricy, but the taste is good. They have free breads slices and dips you can have anytime. I tried the 'pita with a bone' it was amazing.
M. M.
Amazing pita with slow cooked lamb ribs. Vegetarian dishes are a highlight too, along with the great atmosphere. Great to see something like this in Hardware Lane amongst the tourist traps.
L. S.
Delicious, outstanding taste sensations. Fabulous staff BUT tiny portions especially for the price, and don't even think of taking away, food doesn't lend itself to takeout and only paper to wrap it in, so makes a huge mess.
I tried the lamb pita without the chilli - it was the most delicious tender, moist taste sensation and would definitely go back for it, but at $17 for a not too big half pita, would not come back that often. If you were hungry you would need 2, and as delicious as the pita was, way too many carbs, especially with the lamb being so good, better to just have it on the plate and ditch the pita. Also tried the falafel burger - really amazing, in every sense, the falafel itself, which was shaped like a burger, and they cook the tomato slice they put inside, which is a lovely surprise. The pickles were delicious too BUT again, stingy with the falafel - they are usually balls, so if you are going to shape it like a burger and make it as delicious as you do, why such a thin burger ? Why only a small half pita ? Needs to be at least double the thickness, and do it exactly the same way.
Disappointing there was no hummus. Tahini was good, but a little thin in consistency.
Loved the 7 beans and dressing, BUT none of the beans were topped and tailed, the first thing my mother taught me when cooking beans, cut off the ends ! so yes, delicious, but stringy and end bits you had to spit out or find a place to drop.
Ordered a cauliflower to take home, but it was just wrapped in paper, and at $13 was a bit bummed to read that others had got it for free, but did not get charged for the beans - yes to the cauliflower but do not try to take it home. Also ordered the potato to go, but again, did not know they squash it flat as a pancake. It was delicious, but again, they just put it in paper, not even aluminium paper, so was a huge mess.
The staff were lovely and lots of fun and also seemed to really enjoy the food they serve you. So yes, I will come back, despite the awful parking and having to go all the way into the city but now I know what to expect, it will be to prove to others how really delicious the food is, and let them know it is a snack and not a meal place. Hope they do well and move to a better location and increase the portions they serve.
So overall, the food really was delicious and worth coming back for, but I believe this is the first Jewish food place that I have ever been to that under rather than over feeds you !
D. V.
Great time. Great food. Great vibe. Great night.

Amazing Food, Try Deep Satisfaction.

Hi everyone,
I have always wanted to visit Miznon, because I had never tasted Israeli cuisine before and wanted to see if there are some similarities between Middle East Cuisine.
To start with the positives,I was there last Friday night and there was a traditional Jewish festival, which included toasting drinks with the others and welcoming guests.I guess that part was the most appealing side of the night.
Apart from that, the approach of the waiters was professional as well.
However,I found the dishes quite small and pricey. That's why I and my friend,we had to order 4 appetizers to be able to reach half level of being full. Also, taste was ordinary. The traditional barramundi fish dish that I ate included 70-80 percent bones, but not the consumable parts of the fish itself.Eggplant was okay, nothing special. Before coming to Miznon,I had read many reviews about the quality of the place. In my humble opinion,it doesn't deserve 4.5 stars, though it has professional waiter service+Friday night festival.I have found Miznon an overrated bar, where you must be ready to pay minimum 40-50 dollars without eating any main.Instead of that, you could go to a fine dining Turkish or Lebanese restaurant and get much better taste, variety and flavour of Middle Eastern food.
A. J.
Been here several times now. On the positive side, all the food I've tasted here is delicious and I've found the staff to be quite upbeat, friendly and accomodating. However, there are a few negatives. Firstly, I personally find the portion sizes to be pretty tight, especially considering the money you fork out. The sharing plates are not these big, lavish plates that you'd expect at any other mediterranean eatery but small entree sizes that would probably leave a child still feeling unsatisfied. And the self-serve pita/tahini stand has nowhere for you to put your bread if you are carrying it to your table. I find this bizarre. If you want to grab dips and pita for your table you have to possess some seriously impressive dexterity. Anyway, I think Miznon is good for couples/dates but for groups, the sharing options are unacceptably small. This might sound nit-picky but it's with the price factored in.

My table had 6 people and I ordered for all of them. My meal came 45mins after everyone. I had ordered 2 falafel burgers for me and my friend, one came with the table the other took 45 mins. Happy with the food but not with the service.
H. S.
The food here is always amazing. Fun place to sit and watch the world go by.
J. S.
Great Restaurant! Yummy food and great service. Miznon has a very lovely ambiance. The place was very clean and well maintained. Th staff were all accommodating and nice. They made sure that we have everything that we needed! I highly recommend this place!
M. K.
One of the most authentic places on Hardware Lane. Sure it gets a bit pricey when you see it's just a Pita style Sandwich but the food itself is delicious and the staff always friendly. This place really lights up on Friday night and provide a unique experience as everyone celebrate Shabbat by sharing a drink, some bread and dancing and singing.
C. G.
Great Israeli place in Melbourne, food is simple and super tasty. Also not too expensive, can have a great meal for $20 each, or get drinks and dessert for about $30 each. Must try the roast cauliflower and eat as much free bread as you can
P. C.
An amazing experience time and time again. The food is delicious and always fresh, but above all is the excellent service from genuine and friendly people. תודה!
B. R.
Interesting menu that isn't just the usual Israeli or Middle Eastern fare.
Trendy spot in a busy lane, definitely try to get seats outside if you can (mention it on the reservation). Waiters are all friendly and helpful.
Lamb Shawarma was good as was the Barramundi wings and Sabich. Portions aren't huge so would order at least three per person. Signature dish is the baked cauliflower, I think you have to be a fan of the vegetable to really appreciate it.
M. L. D.
Not only eating there is a great experience, but I couldn't ask for a better place to work at. It's a place with a big character and heart. I love the walls, the decorations and the staff. My favorites are Sac de Coc, Flower, Sabir and Potato Spinach. Lot of options for meat lovers and vegetarians!!!
C. S.
Nice food, good prices, very friendly service (they prepped an extra table for us when they were fully booked). Their cauliflower is a must try. Would come back here in a heartbeat.
S. B.
overpriced ,service a bit slow , food is good though
D. N.
Great atmosphere and amazingly tasty food
o. g.
Best kept yummy secret , tucked in a small lane off little Bourke street, friendly young staff, creating lovely fresh food in Pita bread. Cheap eats, soul food. Great baked cauliflower.
J. T.
Amazing restaurant with hands down the tastiest and freshest food I have had in a long time, awesome service despite being packed to the rafters and with lunch rush hour. The chef's in here are lovely as are the staff and bonus was that it's kid friendly :) We hope to come back when next in Melbourne!
J. B.
It's a good 25-30 minute stroll from the Crown Towers, the hotel where we are staying, but the terrain is flat so not too strenuous. We've eaten at the ones in Wien, Paris & Tel Aviv, so, without looking at the menus, we at once ordered the roasted cauliflower & Boeuf bourguignon, but it turned out they don't have the latter at this location so we had the Wagyu burger instead. Food is delectable but the service feels quite rushed, unpolished. Also loud music and crowd.
L.
I went back and it was even more delicious. I want to try everything on the menu because I have no doubt that everything is delicious. the service is fast and friendly. I totally love this place. must stop every time Im in Melbourne
L. M.
Lot's of amazing and unusual vegitarian options like whole baked cauliflower, salted green beans or smashed potatoes. Modern middle eastern food in a very casual environment. Meat lovers will be very happy here too with slow cooked meat, burgers etc...
T. I.
This is a great spot for a big group. Daniel accommodated our group of 15 on very short notice for a casual Christmas party. We used the upstairs space, which was perfect for us to move around and socialize or sit down if we wanted. We ended up with about 25 people up there and it was plenty of space. Everything was great - the staff, the food, the relaxed atmosphere. Many of my colleagues told me that they came back here after our party because they liked it so much. Thanks Daniel and the crew!
R.
Fun place with interesting mix of wholesome, tasty and healthy food. Add a bit more tahini, Turkish break or veggies. Got very busy at lunch but lots of seating and very take away friendly
R. N.
It was a good atmosphere with good food however when we ordered 8 dishes there was a mixup with the staff. We were waiting on 2 dishes that took way too long for us that we needed to ask the waitresses what was going on. Melissa wad so helpful but the other helper thought it was smart to argue infront of us and say we had them served which clearly we didn't. Kind of a buzzkill! Oh and when going to pay there's only one eftpos machine so I had to wait for a big crowd to finish their split pay. 15 minutes of standing there dealing with the drunk patrons and crowded area. It's common sense if there's a long line not to make everyone wait. Or maybe have another pay area with eftpos or cash as a suggestion to improve the customer service. Cheers guys!
M. V.
Amazing food, make sure to book a table if you don't want to be lining up in the street. Really nice service. The music is a bit loud but oh well! Haha
P. K.
Had the cheakypita which was unbelievably good. Basically a falafel patty with a thick tomato slice in fluffy pita pockets. Combined with tahini, pickles and chillies from the self service bar this turns into one of the best lunches I've had in a long time.
Very upbeat staff and service also. Looking forward to exploring the rest of the menu, a lunch at time.
L. R.
I had heard about this place through an article on the chef, and the cauliflower recipe. Thought I would surprise my pescetarian wife by coming here.
OMG, being a meat eater, I never thought I would rave about cauliflower and vegies, but there must be some strange voodoo magic going on with the food! Hands down, one of the best eating experiences, from start to finish with all the dishes.
We will be shouting it from the rooftops about Miznon!
Congratulations guys on the food and service, will be back soon!
S. A.
One of the greatest resturant i ever visit
R. M.
One of the best falafels and freshest pitas I've had. Delicious! Friendly staff, groovy vibe and lots of seating space on 2 floors. Can't wait to go back.
D. G.
When you want to feel like a local (read: family) from the moment you step in, visit Miznon.
The staff have a joyful presence as if they share a secret you haven’t been privy to- until you try the food.
Simple, fresh and packed with flavour. A place for any occasion and crowd.
d. s.
one of the best dinner in years . All staff especially ones at the serving bar making the food where the best. great vibe , atmosphere , music and food. How a food outlet should be , like a theatre.5 stars
M. l.
Good ramen just a bit pricy
D. W.
Love it. The food's deceptively simple but delicious, fresh and generous. Not having been to Israel, I imagine the fare at Miznon is what constitutes 'soul food' there.
Staff are friendly and cheerful, the music's usually up and there's always something interesting going on. Loads of character, fun people, energetic place. It's a real contrast to the other slick-looking (but ultimately fairly underwhelming) restaurants down Hardware Lane, most of which employ sleazy spruikers to shove menus in your face as you walk past. Miznon actually feels a bit out of place where it is.
I've been here in the morning when they're smoking fresh herbs in a pan to give the restaurant a nice smell, and have been given free cups of mint tea and shots of whiskey and vodka.
Definitely recommend the bag of beans, and pretty much everything else on the menu - it's all great stuff.
S. E. P.
Great spot to eat for something completely unique
A. N. G.
Love love love this place. Great location and amazing value for money with the food. Unlimited tahini with all your dishes and the baked whole cauliflower is an absolute must try!
M. B.
Very good. Our best meal in Melbourne. If you're a vegetarian, definitely try a cauliflower based dish. Best I've ever had
B. R.
Pros :
Ambience - 6/10. Taste was average.Good aroma.Greets well.
Cons:
Lately delivered.Overcrowded.Charges extra and cannot split food amongst two.
A. J.
My first Israeli food experience. Interesting and good buzz. Will go back and explore more. Being a vegetarian asked for a recommendation. Worked well for me. Must visit.
N. M.
Free bread with dips is an added bonus. Got minute steak Pita as a meal for $19 (Quite expensive for what it is) Smashed 2 of them.
Gets quite packed for a Friday and Saturday night.
Otherwise good place for an experience.
S. O.
A very unique experience, trying out a different cuisine. Only wish the servings were a little bit bigger for the price. Food was delicious and the dippings were a nice touch.
M. S.
The best food we had in two years, since the last time we ate at an Eyal Shani restaurant in Tel Aviv. It's remarkable. The Pita is amazing, so was eveything in it. Loved the hot cheak peas and of course the cauliflower. Super personalized, high energised team. We sat on the bar and got heaps of tasting and treats.
Our only disappointment is that theres no Miznon in Sydney where we live!
See you guys soon again
L. V.
Amazing Israeli food and staff
P. H.
Very unique, food is really good and the staff are wonderful. Location is in the heart of the city mostly. Great concept of service design as well. Worth visiting and trying
T. N.
Had the steak and egg and enjoyed it. But making me crawl into a back corner of the restaurant just to get a napkin? Come on! Serve it with a napkin and proper utensils
D. M.
Food portions are "gourmet"-sized but everything was delicious. Beer was good as well. Nice place for a casual evening with your friends. I'll be visiting again.
B. M.
CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE. I eat like a mad man around Melbourne and over my years I come to the conclusion that Miznon is the best restaraunt in Melbourne.
I. O.
Delicious. Healthy. Clean eating. Good ambience. Well priced. Very hipster! Especially the baby cauliflower...you get a whole roasted cauliflower! 😋
C. L.
Really great Israeli street food and amazing service. Sweet potato, green beans, brisket, and pita all were fantastic. Definitely a go-to spot in Melbourne!
L. W.
Lovely food and ambient the people are very welcoming
T. H.
Great place great food. Had the whole cauliflower and " run over" potatoes really good followed by the Wagyu burger. Slightly loud music so harder for conversation but not unpleasantly loud
J. F.
The bag of greens, roasted cauliflower and fish pita are great. A little pricey considering they do not have plates and you have to eat off the table.
L. V.
Expensive but delicious, worth a try
C. L.
One of my favourite places in Melbourne. The food is delicious, the staff is very friendly and on Fridays the give you one arak shot for free! It is all in one!
Be mindful that the place might be a bit noisy
F. B. (. R.
Best Pita I have ever had!!
J. C. T. L.
Very good food and great service, the only start I left out is the comfort one as space is very reduced and anyone with children would struggle to be comfortable , if you are into high quality middle Eastern food though , you'll probably enjoy this place.
T. L. G.
Very tasty food, chef was very tolerant towards my intolerances :) definitely recommend the swordfish was incredible.
G. H.
Nice different kind of food with something for everybody. Great friendly staff, free fips and bread which is a nice touch. $15 - 18 for mains at lunch so in the higher end.
P. M.
Killer food, can't wait to try more of the menu! The bag of greens has been my favourite so far. Fresh and flavourful!
m. m.
Every thing is good here. Order the cauliflower it’s impressive AF.
There veg options are delicious. Very reasonable prices should make everyone happy
Staff are energetic and very kind
A. B.
I love Miznon. Simple and delicious.
S. K.
Delicious veggies, good food and their "baked cauliflower" is a must try.
N. E.
Great food served up in a lively environment. Will definitely come back when the borders are open again!!
T. C.
Very tasty but simple food served quickly by friendly and helpful staff. The whole roasted cauliflower was delicious and healthy.
T. T.
Unreal vibes. Insanely good service. Food is excellent. Don’t even think about sitting anywhere other than the bar, the staff treat you like kings and queens.
M. L.
A great place. Full of energy and excitement. Fantastic food and great service. Everyone is happy to help and the food is to die for.
Will be back there again soon.
R. L.
A restaurant that celebrates Mediterranean/ Israeli street food with deliciously satisfying stuffed pita breads and other non-pita items that are equally as impressive.
D. B.
What a great little place, so much energy and a great feel to it. The food is super fresh and most things come in a lovely pida. So tasty!
L. A.
Oh my glob... The most deliciousness in a fluffy cloud-like pita. Israeli shuk/ Street food vibe. But honestly, the most hedonistic soul food I've eaten in my life.
B. L.
Nice place with a good little salad bar with great bread. However the food we ordered was a bit bland and the pita pockets were overpowered with heaps of tahini.
J. B.
Probably the best meal on Hardware Lane. Embrace the rush, the lack of plates and enjoy authentic options like baby cauliflower as well as modern pita twists like salmon belly.
A. H.
ok service, but $16 for a small portion!, taste ok, not too salty, not full of sugar, could be bulked up with more salad then it could be 5 star. Not really cheap eats.
C. G.
Rustic decor set in an old 3 level building. The menu is small but the food is awesome
C. P.
Really tasty food, really lovely atmosphere and inexpensive for a lunch or dinner in the CBD. The pita bar will have me keeping back forever and ever.
K. K.
Great food and great staff to match it. It was awesome to witness the staff being so friendly with each other. Their energy is amazing.
S. B.
Incredible food, incredible service, I could eat the cauliflower pita all day, all year. I go here way too much for lunch and dinner, staff are awesome, love this place, so glad it came to Melbourne!
p. g.
I do not get the hype about the cauliflower dish... It was average at best. The fish pita was delicious though!
M. B.
After having loved Miznon in Paris I expected to feel the same in Melbourne, but I was sadly disappointed. Serving was small, fairly tasty, but expensive for what it was. Staff were nice, but I don’t think ill be returning.
E. R. P.
Delicious and simple food, yet has a great twist and some amazing flavours. The grilled chicken liver was awesome!
T. R.
Silverside pita was soooo tasty. About a 10 minute wait for food so just allow a bit of time incase you're planning to just rush through and pick up good. But so worth it!
C. M.
Loved the food, people and atmosphere. Vegetarian friendly.
They brought around freshly cut oranges and watermelon and tea.
Definitely coming back :)
C. N.
The food definitely match the rating given. Tried the cauliflower, bag of golden meat and lamb shawarma; didn't disappoint!
D. T.
So great to be able to go again, cauliflower and a bag of golden meat to share is perfect for 2. If really hungry, add the green beans.
A. R.
This place is fire, sit at the bar so you don't have to wait to order. You also get an awesome view of the kitchen and people running about. Very cool place.
K. K.
That is a great example of Mediterranean food based on pita and tahini. Why we all don't eat hamburgers in pita? It is so much better, doesn't drip!
A. M. B.
The food was delicious and made to be shared around the table. It helps to have great companions to share the meal with.
M. C.
Tried the feedme menu, was great food with a weird twist. Bar staff took a while to get the drinks but was pretty nice
J. P.
I love going there . The french fries are perfectly good i can eat them every day to the end of my life :D The service is also good and i can recomend this place.
W. L.
Loved the atmosphere. Food was delicious. Falafel blew me away!! Wanna come back and try everything on the menu.
M. M.
The price for a reasonable street food was good. But generally a bit overrated and if you arrive there a bit late, half of the menu options are not available.
m. v.
Simple, traditional cuisine. Loved it.
No one can approve this about food from Israel better than a person from Iran.
A. A. A. C.
Delicious !!
First time and won't forget it..
G. P.
OMG if you haven't been there yet PLEASE just go. The Pitas are one of my all-time favorite foods in the city and the staff are always so warm and welcoming regardless of how busy they are.
S. T.
Absolutely incredible ! My partner and i couldn't fault the experience. Food is delicious & the staff were just as amazing- highly recommend and will be returning
D. F.
Miznon have the best healthy food in Melbourne! Very tasty and delicious food! You should try the Golden Fish pita!
M. M.
Great place with good atmosphere and delicious food. Chicken and brisket were really yummy, though price a bit high.
A. T.
Awesome street food, great that they adjusted food tp vegan for me 😀🌞🌻.
J. T.
Excellent food and happy staff.. I did think the music was too loud and with other patrons talking over the music and each other made it difficult to talk to the others in my group
A. M.
The staff were very nice, the pide were tasty but the share plates were underwhelming. The cost was on the high side; so decent place, but not fantastic.
V. D.
Food was good but not as tasty as I thought it was going to be. Service was ok. Servers are spanish which made for a different atmosphere.
A. S.
Really nice vegetarian and meat dishes, with good pita to match. Extra points for coming around with watermelon and other fresh fruits, quick service and nice beers
M.
Tasty falafel. Nice sitting outside people watching on Hardware Lane at lunchtime, feels very "Melbourne"
D. A.
Loved it! Simple, very good food. Loved the baked cauliflower and the beans. GreAt Vego options and meats good too!!
V. M.
Food is not bad , but it is also very average at the same time. The way you are hosted , the way food is served is bad. Such famous sheff is owner of it... It is just a shame.
S. A.
Always a great feed. Perfectly seasoned every time. Who knew Cauliflower could be a signature dish!
a. r.
Pita with bone was excellent. We had them to go as we stayed nearby and they were very helpful despite the crowd. Very lively and fun place.
s. P.
What a great atmosphere!! So fun ✨ and the food is so fresh and yummy 😋
l. b.
Food was excellent as well as the smiley service. Atmosphere in general was great and lively, can't wait to go back
S. M.
Whatever you do, get the cauliflower.
H. R.
Rough and ready just like in Israel. Modern menu based on good middle eastern traditional food. Very tasty and seems wholesome
M. W.
Pitas are hit and miss. Staff are very unhelpful unsure of the menu. Miznon Paris is far better.
M. B.
So yummy
W. C.
Cheap and bloody delicious. Their baked cauliflower is a must try because it is the best!
C. R.
There was this grilled baked cauliflower and it was absolutely divine! Ok ok..all their food was fantastic!
G. T.
Amazing food! I love the calamari, ribs and the mushroom pita. Would comeback for some more pitas and calamaris👍🏽
A. L.
It's really good, authentic Israeli restaurant. Well worth the wait and the service level fluctuations
M. M.
No chicken in the sac de coq. However the bag of golden meat and baby cauliflower were delicious.
I. M.
Love it
A. Y.
Yummy!! Loved the lamb shwarma and salad. The roasted cauliflower looked amazing too.
Z. P.
Small menu big flavours. Must try - the chargrilled cauliflower ( I know.... I hesitated too till I saw one come to the next table)
N. B.
Unique cuisine and good food but the orders can take a while as they're usually very busy.
z. r.
Amazing place. Lovely staff and honest well crafted food for the mind, body and soul. The caulifower is a M.U.S.T! Try every thing!
R.
Great food. Very cool modern Israeli.
A. S.
Rarely do you find a restaurant with such "generosity of spirit'. A truly welcoming environment with absolutely fantastic food, with warm friendly service. A real find-we'll be back!
K. M.
Great food, very well priced. Super busy and you'll have to wait though.
R. L.
The food is such an experience where each flavour has his place, the service to the table was with a smile and happy to explain every dish
R. R.
Love food, staff & easy going vibe. Great casual dining. Always consistent
T. H. R.
I think this place is overrated - the taste is not bad but the food is too simple for the price. I was rather disappointed and I felt sorry for the staff because they were super nice.
A. K. S.
Each dish we ordered was fantastic. The charred cauliflower was exceptional.
B. W.
The dishes were delicious, but the wait time for the dishes were a bit too long (around 30min after order).
S. D.
Amazing food and service. Took us right on closing and made gorgeous food & cocktails. Highly recommended.
J. B.
Cannot wait to return
Loved the fresh delishious food ..
The minute we walked in we were made to feel welcome . .the staff amazing .
Thankyou
S. K.
Very tasty. Very busy.
Chef can't substract any ingredient but they substituted for me.
M. C.
Fund vibe and excellent food, pita with a bone was great. My only qualm would be the small portion sizes
J.
Amazing Middle eastern food. Just a little bit pricey for what is it.
L. T.
Delicious food, decent prices.
The vegetarian options are cheaper than the meat/fish options, which is something I appreciate.
T. F.
Food and service is 5 stars.. every time the quality is super
G. S.
Nice atmosphere but the food wasn't as good as I expected which was a bit of a let down. Service was good for a busy night.
ג. ז.
This was great dinner, the pita bread is something I have never tasted before and it's free... Prices reasnble and less...
M. T.
I’m always up for their delicious baby cauliflower dish... simple but amazing
E. R.
Great quality. Simple but deliciously cooked produce. Friendly and generous staff. It's a winner
C. T.
The baked cauliflower is a must. All food was great. Good for sharing.
H. 7.
Really nice place, the food was really good too. I had the Hriam, barramundi wings (delicious)
L.
Delicious food, great vibes and Shapiro pale ale.
What more could you ask for?
M. G.
Totally great food. Cheapest chefs hat in Melbourne. Don't miss it if you are passing.
O. K.
Really interesting menu and cuisine. We probably under ordered as the meals where a little smaller than we expected
M. v. d. V.
Excellent flavours (tried the cauliflower), good filling, friendly staff, nice terrace.
S.
What a little gem! Great food for a good price. Warm service and authentic food. Love it!
D. W.
Really tasty food, great service , excellent portions & freebies so awesome value for money...definitely recommend it😆
T. M.
Yummy food for good value. Whole cauliflower and bag of meat were highlights
