**15% Surcharge for Public Holidays** They let you know before you order so it doesn't come as a surprise when you pay. Took my family here for the first time at a Japanese All You Can Eat. Everything that came out was super delicious and super quick (Dined at 5pm and wasn't at full capacity) The wait staff were able to balance taking our extra orders while clearing plates from other tables. However, portion for the meat servings for 5 people was smaller than I expected. You can see from the photos it's half salad and half meat. I'd visited the Caulfield location with a party of 4 and they'd served a much more generous size in comparison to Caroline Springs. Overall it was good and we would come back again :)

Nothing fancy about the dishes, but taste pretty good for a buffet with this price level. Sashimi and sushi platter is not bad at all, and the teriyaki beef and chicken BBQ are beyond my expectation. Overall, a lovely spot for dining with family and friends.

Very good service, and the dishes were delivered very quickly. Quality is decent (similar to Sushi Sushi). Nice variety. Price is on the expensive end. I personally would avoid the steak, very cheap cut (but that is expected of an all you can eat). Highly recommend for anyone who has a big appetite and likes Japanese food.

Hands down the best All You Can Eat restaurant I’ve ever been to. It’s hygienic unlike the old buffet all you can eat style restaurants, the venue looks amazing, the menu is very diverse and friendly to all including vegans and the staff could not be friendlier. If you want some Japanese quality all you can eat food, this is for you. Just one side note, please be respectful, there’s no reason to be rude to a waitress because your order was mixed up especially at an all you can eat. Be nice to each other and treats others how you want to be treated.

First time visited as a group of 8,Although it was fully packed the service as well as the food was amazing! Highly recommend For those who Love to eat Sushi sashimi and Rolls ! The fried rice and Beef Cook perfectly! We all left fully satisfied! We definitely will come back again ! A reasonable and affordable for all you can eat. However, the service could be improved by keeping track of orders that haven't been filled. Understandably, Sunday evening can be busy, but imagine asking four times to check on an order that hasn't been fulfilled. When we check in with them, they place a new order to the kitchen rather than finding the root cause of the problem. Also, my partner has IBS, and we asked for a gluten-free Nigiri option; one of the staff members told us that wasn't an option, but a gluten-free option was mentioned next to that dish on the menu. He is a regular customer, and he knows what he can have from the menu. This is my first visit, and I found that the service is ehhhh...

I was there on Saturday Night with my girlfriend. We ordered steak, fried rice, sushi, chicken karaage, dumplings. Everything tasted good. Friendly & welcoming staff. Wonderful place to celebrate weekends. Definitely going back there.

Went to pick up my order and as I was there I asked if I could have a small side of pickled raddish and I was happy to pay. They gave me a tub of pickled reddish for free. This made my nigh and that gesture will be the reason why I will be visiting this okami over the others. Amazing service will be back

I went there a few times with my family. The waitresses are super friendly. They are very patient and sweet to the kids. The dishes are nicely presented and delicious. Wouldn’t exactly say gourmet Japanese but for the price it’s an amazing value. The beef steaks, carpacio, miso and yakinuku where all a pleasant surprise and delight. Service was fast and courteous even when the customers started to pile-up. We got all our orders with plenty of time to spare. Would definitely recommend if you’re not in the mood to cook but want to feast with your family or mates. Book your reservations early online.

One of the better Okami restaurants. Service is reliable and quick, the food is consistent and delicious. The store layout is alright, and the location is convenient with plenty of parking. We've only had a couple of issues with this store. The front seats can get cold from the door and aren't as consistently waited. They often have multiple sources of music which create a cacophony of sound, and the floor can get a bit greasy (although not as bad as Niddrie). If you enjoy Sushi, Nigiri, or Sashimi; Okami's all you can eat is excellent and represents especially terrific value.

I ordered sushi & sashimi platters for a take away order, it was the first time I’d ordered from the Caroline Springs store, I was a little disappointed as the size of the sushi was substantially smaller than other stores - which is weird as it’s a franchise and I would expect consistency across each site. Was still delicious! But just a lot smaller for the same price.

Booked a table for 2 and was immediately greeted by very friendly and cheerful staff. The dining experience was awesome thanks to Bernadette and Karen who have been attentive and quick to deliver our orders. The food served, specially the prawns were fresh and sweet :-). The organization at the restaurant is very dissapointing. Once we ordered 3 meals with 3 drinks it took roughly 15 minutes for one of the meals to arrive. About 20 minutes later and after one person finished their meal, we inquired about the other 2 meals. To be told " Sorry, the order didn't come to the kitchen, we will do it now" is a little appalling. How can one order out of 3 make it into the kitchen? A bit sad, considering how local we live and this could have become a regular place to visit. Food ended up being nice.. but the service was dissapointing.
