Food was good not the best Vietnamese I have ever had, nothing much wrong with it at all but just overall I felt it was fine but nothing extraordinary! Friendly staff/service though on the day we went for dinner they seemed to have been quite short staffed and it took a while to get someone's attention to ask for something and the food I thought arrived a tad late. But in all fairness given Covid and Omicron and isolation every hospitality venue and restaurant are facing staff shortage so I can't really put them down for that! I will try them out again another time..definitely deserves a second go.

My sister and I decided to try this as it was close by to home and we were craving Vietnamese food. Such friendly and welcoming staff. Customer service was excellent right throughout our time there. The place itself is nice and clean. It is definitely a hidden gem! Food was amazing. We had the salt and pepper squid, combination spring rolls, combination fried rice and the grilled chicken with steamed rice. We also had the Lychee smoothies those are definitely refreshing especially on a boiling hot day. We will definitely be back with the whole family.

The first time we have eaten here, place was packed and lots of takeaways too! It didn't stop the staff from being friendly, polite and helpful with the menu, even though they were run off their feet! Foot was delicious, hot, flavour to die for and well presented. We will be back 😁

For the price was expecting better to be honest, Pho is not too bad, beef slices a little chewy, but for $16 its a little pricey. Worth a try but there is definitely better value out there. Appreciate that businesses are doing it tough and all but for a soup with a little noodles and meat, should be a little cheaper.

The food is delicious but the service was not great. I unfortunately had to wait over an hour yesterday for my take away order. I understand times are hard at the moment for small businesses particularly with staffing, my issue isn't that it took a long time but it was the poor communication. The Pho Heaven online order section said pick up take away orders will take up to 25 mins to be ready (maximum). I turn up 30 mins after ordering and it hasn't been started. I can see they're busy so I ask the woman behind the counter how long do they think it will be approximately (I had my toddler waiting at home with my husband and was wondering if we should just feed him something else) and I'm told 10 mins and to please wait outside and I will be called on my mobile when it's ready. I wait outside and another 30 mins passes so I head back inside to check. Turns out my food has just been sitting there and he man behind the counter says "I couldn't see you so it's been here (he refers to the other ppl waiting inside)" to which I respond "I was asked to wait outside and told I would be called on the mobile when my food was ready, I've been waiting ages." There's no apology for the wait or lack of communication. It was really frustrating and not a great experience.

Best pho in the area, very flavorsome and generous serving amount. Friendly staff. Waited 30mins for order, which is understandable due to the in-house orders, phone orders and online orders they recieve, which most customers dont put into consideration. But was well worth the wait in my honest opinion. Thank you to all the hard workers in the restaurant, the food was delicious and service was good.

No need to venture out to Footscray anyamore. The food here is fantastic. I've already eaten here a few times now. I've tried: vego phô, seafood phô, vego rice paper rolls, duck rice paper rolls, char kway yeow, lemongrass beef with spring rolls, salt and pepper chicken ribs and combination spring rolls. . Everything that I've tried I rate 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Absolutely love the food and will continue to eat at Phô Haven.

Really friendly service. They obviously take great pride in what they serve up. We had the beef combination pho and the bun bo hue. Both are laden with ingredients and the salad that comes with them are really fresh. Worth the trip all the way from the city for it. Oh and the iced coffee was good too. Made fresh and can adjust sweetness level.

Seriously the best Vietnamese chicken coleslaw I have ever had. I have been getting takeaway from here for a long time and have never been disappointed. I recently had my birthday there and it was fantastic. The staff are so warm, welcoming and friendly. The food however I have had it, either take away or in restaurant is absolute perfection. Tonight I tried the salt and pepper squid…..all I can say is OMG, yum. Pho Heaven, your name truly fits. You have a firm devotee. Your chicken coleslaw is an addiction I will not part with. Amazing Pho in Melbourne’s South West (Werribee). We live nearby and now we don’t have to travel to footscray anymore when craving for Pho. The owner/ manager is super friendly and professional. My takeaway orders are always ready for me when I come pick up. But recently the quality and quantity of the food have been going down while the price has been going up (may be due to Covid pandemic). This is a good vietnamese restaurant. Their pho is very yummy and their pork chop is really good. We also love their spring rolls. However, the vietnamese iced coffee was way too sweet and I ended up not drinking it. The location is good and the staff are okay. It was just messy and the service was very slow even though there were only few customers. Overall, it's a good place. Wouldn't mind coming back.

Just tried the chicken pho. Really excellent broth, lots of add in greens and condiments. This restaurant was able to slightly adapt ingredients to accommodate dietary requirements. This is my second visit but I will always be back because of super friendly floor staff and great range of warming comfort food.

Well for me, wonton is overpriced and With spring roll, price is not justified. But with pho it is a 5 star for quantity, Quality, price and taste. Loved it.

I had the bun bo hue. It was very good quality. At least as good as the bun bo hue I ate in Vietnam. The soup was delicious and the ingredients were all fresh. The staff were attentive and appreciative. It's nice to have an alternative here to the fish and chips and pizza.

First time we visited and won't be the last! Extremely tasty traditional food and the service was excellent. A new family run business to the area which we are certain will do well. Very easy car parking options next door and open for lunch and dinner. Couldn't give 5 stars as the men's toilet needed cleaning and there was no paper towel to dry hands with. Could not fault the food or service, thank you for a great lunch Danny & Anh.

My mate told me how good this place was as I was going to a lovely place down the road. I eventually got there and wow! Special beef Pho- Bone broth was very good, less salty and much more flavour. My meaty bits were tender and not chewy at all. My only criticism is that I didn’t get enough basil and lime. I also had to ask for fresh chilli but I get that all the time as a white guy... 😜 Very happy and will be back a lot!

Staff are friendly. The beef pho here is delicious. Beef was fresh and broth was not too salty. If you order ice coffee expect to wait 5 minutes as they make it fresh for you. Being Vietnamese and eating a lot of Pho or Bun Bo Hue.. I used to drive from Werribee to Footscray for my Vietnamese food fix, as there was no decent Vietnamese food at all in Werribee, Hoppers Crossing and Point Cook. Fresh vegetables, fresh mint, bean sprouts to compliment fresh broth, that I can taste that’s cooked without MSG. I go here regularly for “bun no hue” and I can honestly say, 10/10. Matched with friendly service, this Vietnamese family restaurant is a great recommendation.

My first experience with Pho Heaven so I was not sure what to expect? I ordered sliced beef pho soup, it was quite tasty but not on par with the offerings in footscray. The accompaniments were sad, wilted thai basil, chilli and lemon both dry, a little disappointing. I would expect fresh side dishes. The tables were sticky as if they hadn't been cleaned and there was food particles on the floor under numerous tables and on the bench seating, all this at 11.30 am, I'm sure it's been carried over from the previous day. I think I would be looking elsewhere in future.
