We had a great time here - food and service was exceptional. Staff were friendly, attentive and showed a good form of customer interactivity that added to the overall pleasant experience. Meals were delicious and the chief even catered for our guest with special dietary requirements with no hesitation which was great. To end this wonderful night I received a signed birthday from the Radii staff. Now that’s a thoughtful restaurant. A+ to Radii.

While the venue is in a cool contemporary multi-level setting, the food was average at best. In particular, many of their dishes are too heavy on the butter, such as the creamed corn and the pappardelle pasta dish. The service was decent with friendly staff, on par with other restaurants in Australia, but don't expect speedy/attentive service.

This place was relatively deserted when I ate here. I ate here for both dinner and breakfast. I had an okay steak for dinner and decent glass of wine. Service was attentive throughout the meal and professional. For breakfast, I had a made-to-order omelette, which was quite good. I also took advantage of the breakfast buffet. While the spread was relatively small, it was okay for quality. I've seen way better buffets. Overall, there was nothing to complain about for my dining experience here, but it feels as if this restaurant is missing the "wow factor."

Beautiful restaurant with a romantic ambience. We had a dinner on a Saturday night. We found food to of top quality, each dish was well prepared. Every staffs are friendly and professional. We had Kelly looking after our table and she was very attentive. Cocktails were also beautiful (and delicious too), even a Pimms cup was a work of art. Overall a pleasant experience, highly recommended.

We loved the "feed me a lot" mystery banquet. The food was a tasty and a balanced variety. Perfect quantity. The desserts were divine. The waitresses were really nice and were serving us quickly. Beautiful ambiance. Even the musician was right on the mood. Would recommend and would return.

My recent breakfast experience at park Hyatt Melbourne was amazing with the variety of delicious food. Although we were not staying hotel we have been recommended by friends to try buffet breakfast which was beyond the expectation. We loved the the interior and service provided by Ram from top of the world Nepal. He was super friendly and professional. Highly recommended for breakfast if you are traveling in Melbourne.

Just returned from breakfast with our family of 7. Without a doubt the best place to have breakfast in Melbourne. Food was amazing and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Shout out to our waitress Choo who did an incredible job and made us feel so welcome. Will definitely come back again

I have eaten here approx. 6-7 times over the past three years but last night ( Thurs 20th June ) the service was below the normal standard I was used to. The main course was slow coming, water glasses were not filled except by specific request and even then after some delay. Even the wine I ordered didn't arrive till we were well into main course. I love this place ( hence my regular visits ) but friends I took were less than impressed with the service. The quality of the food was as always first class , but I hope this experience is an exception.
