I got some home delivery from Roll'd Victoria Gardens. The food arrived on time and the quality was excellent. I shared a Banh Mi, Goi, Soilders, Bao Buns, and some crispy prawn crackers. What a feast it was. Everything was so fresh and tasty. And with a good range of vegetarian options I was impressed.

HIGH QUALITY FOOD AND CHEERY STAFF There are a few Rolld restaurants in Melbourne and I think this one wins for freshness and friendliness. You get the same menu options (pho, rice paper rolls etc) but the rolls do seem tastier and fresher here. Its in the food court, with no dedicated seating but plenty of seats and tables throughout the food court. If you are in a hurry, go for the rice paper rolls which you will get immmediatley. If you want a bowl of pho you will generally be given a buzzer to take to your table and retrieve the pho when buzzed. My only criticism of the restaurant (and this applies to all the food court outlets) is that everything is single use - spoons, chopsticks, boxes (for the rolls), plastic tubs for the sauces and plastic bowls for the pho. There wasn't a recycle bin option when I'd finished my meal so I had to discard all that plastic into a general waste bin :( Overall - great value , good food and friendly service.

Food quality/freshness is outstanding at Roll'd. I specifically always go to Vic Gardens Roll'd because of the friendly, helpful and prompt customer service. The front girls are always helpful with my ingredient enquiries and very accommodating with any of my requests. Highly recommend!

EDIT: I have since been contacted by the Roll’d customer care team. They handled the matter very professionally. Thank you for reaching out! Poor experience both times I came 1) placed an online order and it was all accepted. Half an hour later there was no update so I had to call the store. They then informed me they couldn’t fulfil my order as they were closing early (?!?!) and 2) I wanted to order via the app as I saw a bundle of 3 rice paper rolls for $10. The staff didn’t know if it was possible and made me wait 15mins for their manager to come. She didn’t even think to call the manager until I prompted her that I’m in a rush and the wait time was unacceptable. Worst rolld franchise I’ve been to!

Easy to get to within the shopping center. Plenty of seating options. Good customer service. Tried the rice bowl, which was average and bit pricey .

As far as options in a good court go, it's a tie between this and sumo salad. Only eaten the rolls, but they are generally flavoursome enough with a decent balance of ingredients. Staff are also generally lovely and the place just had a generally good vibe. Way better value than most other fast food options.

There are a lot of Vietnamese restaurants in the area, but this is the only one in the food court. I had a pho and I agree with one of the reviewers that their food is not good at all - based on that just one meal alone. Never been back since. Maybe they were just having an off day. I'll give them another chance. I'll try them again and update my rating.

Not the best experience. Ordered 4 items, only 3 came out and we had to wait after the rest of our food was ready for our last item to get made. We were also sold a water and told upon collection that only sparkling water was avaliable, when we wanted just plain. Was too busy to try and get a refund so we just took the sparkling.

The chicken ribs was dry. The bao was not fluffy and warm enough. However the seafood spring rolls were very nice !
