Yumm. I have urge to eat fried chicken dried chilli and this place is only one open for lunch. 2 places I went earlier was closed. Taste good, price reasonable for lunch menu. Will try different one next time.

Really love the hot soup skewer! The soup is rich in flavor and tasty! I even wanna drink it…just feel there are a few option of the skewers. Wish could have more selection. Staff are friendly here. Will back again.

I love coming to this place for some tasty Sichuan food. I love their Sour Fish Soup, their Spicy Fish soup, Chilli Chicken and the Spicy Stir Fried Sliced Pork with Green Chillies. All flavoursome and delish😍. Good to be be able to have lunch meals at dinner time too, handy for when you’re just eating solo.

This Szechuan restaurant is located at one of the end of Hardware Lane. Kungpao chicken is tasty and juicy, however there were too many peanuts in the dish. They stuffed up my order too and I ended up having mapo tofu which is pretty average. At least they gave me 10% disc. Food - 6 Service - 7 Vibe - 6 Price - $$

Good presentation for the lunch menu, however beef is of a very cheap quality (mostly fat so at the end u don't have a lot of meat). Same for the fried rice made with low cost sausage.

I'm from Sichuan! I gotta say it's quite authentic! This grilled fish is highly recommended! But you have to call and order at least a day in advance because this grilled fishis is not even on the menu! I strongly suggest you guys order some side dish going with this grilled fish, such as potatos, lotus, balck fungus, quial eggs, sweet potato rice noodles, enoki mushroom and so on. Better call and check what you can have in grilled fish. Besides, dry-fired pig's large intestines are also amazing! It doesn't smell at all! For Sichuanese, it's not spicy at all, but for ppl who can't eat spicy food, it's okay. P.S, the size isn't that large, but overall, worth it!

We had the Mapo tofu and the green chilli pork dishes. Both excellent. Full of flavour, and I have been on a search for the best mapo tofu in Melbourne. I would say it's in the top 3. Definitely coming back.

The most authentic Sichuan food in Melbourne! Make sure you order skewers and MaPo Tofu and Shuizhu Fish. I can’t resist to come here every week. The dish are not just spicy, but rich of flavor. If you enjoy Sichuan food and know which ones to order. You would be impressed! The staff are all from Sichuan and chef as well. Having tried all Sichuan restaurants in Melbourne. Top Tongue is my favorite. Family style cozy restaurant, reasonable price, and 100% authentic.

The Double Cooked Pork Slice is my father's favourite. I won't say the Spicy Boiled Fish Fillet is the best. Nice small place, although the staff perhaps is not too good in English.

Very nice restaurant on Lonsdale Street. Whenever I feel like some clean and delicious Asian food, this place is definitely the restaurant that I will go for. Highly Recommend to someone who loves spicy Asian food.
