Ordered some meals with these guys to be delivered to family after we found out my Husbands grandmother was in hospital. Great communication and delivered the meals the next day. Great service and will be using in the future :)

Everythings fine apart from the kitchen thats always closed and the recent reduction of shake options which was the main reason we came to twisted sista in the first place. All in all good for an icecream lunch break however they close very early considering the kind of business they get

Welcome to the neighborhood Twisted Sista. Lovely food. Staff very attentive. Everyone trying to do their best. We had breakfast here and everyone was happy with their choices. Prices are cheap to mid range.

Oh my gosh, this place is amazing. The prices were great, service was lightening speed, staff friendly, food delicious and we had so much fun there. The only suggestion i can offer is more photos (maybe on the walls) of what the items on the menu are. They have names, but without knowing what it looks like it's hard to order. There's so many great photos of their food, it'd be easy to just point and say "I'd like that please". We will be back without hesitation.

So much to love about this place! The staff are friendly and welcoming and there's a huge variety of food. You can choose savoury items from the menu or from the display case, and you can also choose sweet options and customise them with your choice of gelato flavour, or choose cakes from the display case. Awesome cold and hot drinks, generous food servings and affordable prices. Great place to come for lunch or a coffee or treat.

A much needed fun Cafe for Pakenhams Main Street. Delicious icecream, crazy looking Monster milkshakes, with smaller options for kids, burgers, pastries, wraps and huge cakes. Its certainly not the cheapest place around, but great for an occasional treat, and has a vibrant and fun atmosphere. Taste testing the icecream is available prior to purchasing.

VERY DISAPPOINTED ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Don't bother making a late afternoon date for coffee with friends at this place. On their web page they say they're open till 5pm Arrived on 2 occasions once at 4:20 the other 4pm turned away both times because they were closing. On the 4pm day we were told they were closing because it was a miserable, rainy Day 😡😡😠😡😠
