Very friendly staff, great coffee and within a lovely town. Felt very welcomed when we walked in and staff were attentive and we had our coffees quickly. Dining was available both indoors and outside and the food looked reasonable too. Great for a quick bite to each or takeaways like we had. Glad we visited this cafe on our travels through the town.

As soon as you walk into this café you are made to feel welcome. My take away coffee was great. The hamburger being taken to the dining area looked mouth watering. Worth turning off the Hume Highway if you're driving past.

We stopped at the cafe on our way back to Sydney from a wedding in Raglan. The food and coffee were great and the staff were very friendly. I didn't realise at the time that I had lost my necklace there. My sister rang the cafe and spoke with the owner, Gary, who went above and beyond for us and found the necklace. I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

What a great little find. Off from the beaten track, on our travels home from a week away, we departed the Hume freeway and stopped off in Violet Town. This little gem of a Cafe has some great outside seating, which is what I am always looking for as we have our two dogs with us. The Service was warm and friendly. The food is varied from wraps/burgers to Egg and Bacon Rolls.

Located near the middle of town next a park. Cappuccino is great, cakes and tucker little over priced but given transport it's fair. Staff are friendly and fast. If your lucky local growers drop in extra grapes etc for the locals for free. The same ones you pay $4 at Coles for.

Very decent. Small country town cafe, got a good variety of food. Offer the town fish and chips on Friday, which was really yum! Pretty close to what you would get at an actual fish and chip shop. Reasonably priced, friendly staff, clean, well presented. Can't fault it.

Hamburger was good. Service is fast and friendly. The outdoor eating area is peaceful and relaxing. Thrre's a park just a couple of doors down, so you can get take away and head down there for the kids to play some travel energy out while you enjoy lunch. Glad we pulled off the highway away from the busy stops.

Love the food, friendly atmosphere and fantastic service. I had the beef burger with chips and it was a good big serving. My friend had the pie and salad which had persimmon in it (yum! Glad they make use of seasonal fruits)

This has got to be one of the friendliest cafes we have visited on this road trip through three states. We had a most pleasant lunch at one of the footpath tables. Highly recommended! And visit the Southern Aurora Memorial Garden (next to the railway station) afterwards.

Cute little cafe in a small town on the way to Sydney from Melbourne. The food was fine however the Billys veggie burger wasn't that great. The barramundi fish snd chips was great and the cesar salad was nice too. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There isn't any restrooms in the cafe so you have to walk for about 5 min to the nearby park to use the service there. There's inside and outside seating area. Outside is a bit too hot in summer and flies are very annoying. The coffee was nice too.

Had a very tasty burger at the VTC yesterday. Had a choice to eat inside or outside or in the covered area.. great burgers, great spot to stop on your way up the hume or do a dedicated trip like I did to the cafe just for lunch.. great little town to explore as well..
