A lot of friends of mine love this place so much, but I did not really enjoy their yogurt as they all taste the same to me. However, I don't mind come to visit sometimes as It is a good, clean and nice environment to hang.

Definitely one of the best frozen yoghurt joints in Melbourne. They have a good selection of delicious flavours and toppings, with a decent loyalty program. I particularly enjoy their monthly special toppings, like the baklava or brownie.

Yo hello Yo-Chi creamy as always good to cool down this steaming body on a hot summer nite. Glad i could once again stumble, drunken on Sunrays, into your sugar pop club. Grip that lever , pull down hard, pile on those popping bubble spheres and pop it in my mouth. Your employers were very forgiving of my premature icecream annihilation. My stomach hurts and so does my bank account but my heart is as tender as the original tart swirls in that cardboard cup. Big love xx

One of the best frozen yoghurt places in Melbourne, and definitely my favourite so far. Yo-Chi has friendly staff, a nice eat-in area, delicious frozen yoghurt and toppings, and great prices! Would definitely highly recommend this place for smaller groups or when you’re just craving frozen yoghurt.

Great frozen yoghurt!!! The chopped strawberries weren't ripe. And checked our vaccination status when we went to pay which is a bit too late as you've passed through the whole place and touched the yoghurt machines and topping spoons by then 😒

Yo-Chi is a cafe which serves dessert in Carlton. The cafe is a self-service cafe. First, you have to select the flavour of yogurt ice cream. The flavours include original, mix berries, honeycomb, coconut, etc. If you cannot decide on the flavours, you can approach the friendly staff to request some from the selected ice cream that you want to try. They will be happy to help you. You can either have the ice cream in a cup or cone. Then, you can choose a variety of toppings including fruits (kiwi, strawberry, etc.), syrups (passion fruits, berry, etc), biscuits (oreo, etc). Lastly, you complete your dessert with some hot (liquid form) dark chocolate, white chocolate, etc. The ice cream (yogurt ice cream and toppings) is charged according to the weight - $3.3/100 g. I highly recommend this place to people who love yogurt ice cream. Cheers!

Yummo! Love a big serving of froyo with lots of toppings. We went with strawberry and toffee frozen yogurt topped with fruits, toasted coconut and pretzels. Delicious 😋

First the bad, the staff were mostly non-existant, only really present for the purchase at the end. The store was lacking character on the whole, just a long service line churning out customers. Now the good, the frozen yoghurt is delicious, every flavour I tried was amazing! The toppings are extensive and also brilliant, especially the melted chocolate sauce! The prices seem very reasonable for what you get. Overall really nice dessert stop.

This place gets better every time I visit!!! So many flavour choices not in just different frozen yogurt but all the toppings too!! You are charged on the weight not on the tub so it is pretty expensive and the only Reason I rate 4 and not 5, I think $18 for 2 yogurts is pretty excessive but worth it!

A really nice atmosphere and a great selection of flavours and toppings to choose. It can feel a bit quiet and deserted sometimes because the store is so large but I personally prefer that to an overcrowded busy atmosphere. The yoghurt is somewhat overpriced but that’s Yo-Chi stores in general 😅😅

What a fun food experience! Lovely place, very spacious and good atmosphere. Good value for what you get also, maybe a little pricey, but not unaffordable. I recommend trying vanilla or mango fro-yo with strawberries, raspberry coulis, almonds and choc chips - simple but timeless flavours that go great together! My only issue I have with the place is that they don't have a huge range of fro-yo flavours; but the flavours that are there are pretty good anyway! 😊💕

It's one of those places you go to after a dinner out with friends but you want a fun dessert where you casually hang out at the same time. The place is spacious, service is friendly, heaps of topping variety and yogurt flavors. The only downside for me is that it's a tad too sweet for my liking.

Absolutely amazing customer service! The flavour I wanted had run out and I asked them how long it would take to refill, they said it would take 10-15 minutes. I moved on and decided not to wait, instead selecting other flavours. As I was enjoying my frozen yoghurt, the lady that I had asked about my preferred flavour came and asked me if I had a chance to have from the flavour, and once I’d told her that I hadn’t, she immediately offered to provide me with free samples of the flavour. I was blown away by the service, and it helps that the yogurt is amazing. Must try!

Love this Yochi location, so big, bright, clean and spacious. The vegan selection is impressive, with 3 different flavours plus multiple decadent toppings. I would def recommend the Hazelnut Choc or Soy Banana flavour. Try the vegan baklava too. SO GOOD! Manager Yvonne is super friendly, along with the rest of the awesome team. A great place for dessert, or for a main meal haha, I certainly had a massive bowl of Froyo hehe.

I tried both the coconut and chocolate vegan flavours. I wasn't much of a fan. The coconut one was so sweet that I scooped it out and threw it in the bin. The chocolate one tasted more like sugar than chocolate but was more palatable than the coconut flavour. It's also really expensive, much more expensive than good gelato - a small cup costs around $8. The given the sweetness and I presume the amount of sugar in the yogurt, it makes the "healthy" claims rather dubious - not that I am under any illusions of frozen desserts being healthy. The service was friendly and prompt.

Ahhhhh, this place is pure bliss! :D Absolutely LOVE IT! Perfect for an after dinner treat, or if you just want to indulge in something sweet! The store itself is set out in an ideal fashion if you want to sit down with a pot of fro-yo with a group of friends or with just one other person. It's always clean, looks comfortable and has a good, chill vibe of an evening. There's always new flavours popping up which are always worth a try and I think have always been consistently delightful! The matcha flavour is ace! If you have weird/alternative preferences when it comes to toppings, they probably have the exact thing that you love! The last time I went, they had red velvet doughnut holes! I'm obvi a fan but if you like this kind of stuff/are near the CBD/have had a meal on Lygon st and want a light-but-super-delish dessert, this is the place to go! :D

I really like yochi for its high quality frozen yoghurt and great choices of toppings but it's extremely crowded on most days. However, it's still really good and I still frequent it. Recommend the green tea, berry good, signature tart and vanilla flavours - they make great bases. They have other interesting flavours like soy banana, chocolate, persian rose, coffee, honeycomb etc. The flavours do change but not very regularly and they don't switch up all at one go. I'm quite sure that the recommend ones I mentioned are fixed.

Has a great range of vegan, dairy free, and gluten free options which makes it a great place to take a group with allergies or restrictions. Everything is clearly labelled so dont even need to ask staff. The staff nearly always offer free samples if you dont know what flavour you want. A little expensive but as someone who is lactose intolerant it is definately worth it to have a fair amount of choices.

All tastes yum, but insanely expensive. $13+ for some cold yogurt and fruit is tantamount to daylight robbery. And the payment scheme is a dirty trap. Once you've chosen what you want, it gets weighed and the cost is made known to you. At this point attempting to back out would make you look pretty bad.

Went to the St Kilda, Carlton, Hawthorne Yochi By far the Carlton, is my favorite because they have more of a variety of frozen yogurts, and they change the frozen yogurts alot and do themes. A little bit over Priced but, quite worth it with a group of friends.( Kind employees.) I totally gotta recommend the Chai and the Green tea Frozen yogurt, ( Normally seen in the Carlton YoChi) Great for summer!
