Nice experience but crowded on a Saturday evening! Food was good and sushi was unique to say the least. Not your average sushi selection which was not what I was expecting. However the sushi turned out surprisingly good. The chicken katsu set was average and nothing spectacular. Would've appreciated if it came with a spoon though as it came with a bowl of soup and had rice. Overall not too bad, may return again to try the other sushi selections but probably not for the same stuff.

We decided to have a family meal here just before Christmas and were lucky to get room because we went early. The popularity of this place speaks for its good food and service. We chose to have three yakitori sets and three meal sets and were very happy with our meals and the flavours, we all left with satisfied smiles. While waiting for and eating our our meals we were entertained by the sushi master who was preparing rolls for other diners. What skill, and he added to our hunger. My only complaint ( a bit of a winge really) is that our meals appeared sporadically and I received mine when the rest had all but finished. As far as pricing goes it is good value for Northbridge. It is a popular restaurant and you should expect it to be crowded and busy.

Redefining what sushi is! 🍣 Amazing full page of vegan options (see pic). We had the Beets International, Apple of Love, Crunchy Buddha's Delight, and Magic Mushroom rolls, each had a very distinct flavour. Service is fast and friendly. Highly recommended for sushi fans and vegans.

I love the sushi at Aisuru, honestly it's a bit of an addiction. I'm glad they are still going because they've been a regular spot for my partner and I since we first started dating 8 years ago. My mum thought she didn't like sushi but I dragged her here for my birthday a few years back and she totally changed her mind after trying the amazing sushi they make. 12/10 do recommend.

Attentive staff, very tasty sushi and starters. Everything tastes fresh and is being prepared fresh in front of your eyes . It is a bit on the pricey side for the volume of food but the quality of the sushi cannot be matched within walking distance.

We had sushi 🍣 and chicken katsu. The menu is interesting and we were excited for the food. We were disappointed, the order got lost and we waited 70 minutes for the food. The food was presented nicely and some of it was delicious. The avocado in the sushi was rock hard. We complained an they basically said they couldn't do anything about it, my daughter picked the avocado out of the sushi and left it on the plate. They did give us a 10% discount. A woman at the table next to us asked where meal was as well and as we walked out of the restaurant we noticed plates with rock hard avocado left on the plate. The place has possibilities but lost orders and substandard ingredients mean that we will not be revisiting any time soon. Not recommended

Average sushi flavour with catchy sushi menu. We ordered samurai james, magic mushroom rolls. $23 for 8 bit tiny rolls, I expected those rolls have more fillings - it could be $18-19. We also ordered yakitori and beef teriyaki which was overcooked and not-thin sliced beef, even though the menu said thin sliced. We saw some people came in to see menu then left from we were waiting for the first meal until we finished. Staff were friendly.

Place amazing. Nice spot. And the mini avocado rolls are incredible it's actually a nice piece of avocado in it! We used to go to the sushi in front of this one but it's now closed. Only downside is that they don't have canned tuna which my daughter love ! Please keep some cans my daughter has sushi every second day !!!

I have been to Aisuru Sushi multiple times (10+), and it's been perfect every time! The food comes out quite quickly and is also fresh and delicious. The staff are always lovely and very accommodating. Aisuru has chefs who make the sushi rolls fresh right in front of you (if you're not at a table). It is a little more pricey than a normal sushi restaurant, however, it is always 100% worth it for the quality and the quantity. It will always be my favourite sushi restaurant in Perth.

The sushi menu is extensive, wasn’t too happy that our chicken yakitori was on the raw side and aside from the waiter raising it to the kitchen, nothing was done about it. Spent $85 for two persons which is more on the pricier side.

Best sushi in Perth, hands down. Huge delicious variety and friendly staff. It gets pretty crowded over dinner so we had to wait for 15 mins, there's a bar across the street where you can have drinks first. Don't remember the exact name of the sushi plates we ordered (we ordered in 4s) but the popcorn shrimp and beef tataki as appetizers are highly recommended. The only downside is that they use crab stick for some of the rolls. The best sushi places don't use crabstick.

Just a bit disappointed with being served the spoilt chicken yakitori. Although they made up for it by waiving the fee for that said order, it was really poor that they did not check it first before serving. My mate had a pretty bad stomach after and ended up with a headache/stomach pains. Hopefully chef is careful next time. And just be wary of these type of issues.

Always a pleasure dining here. They have the best vegan sushi in Perth, hands down. I especially love the Veganpiller roll, with plum sauce. Everything comes to the table really swiftly, and I've never had an issue with an order. The only thing is I don't love the lotus chips they have here! Compared to some other places, they almost taste stale? But aside from that everything is so fresh and vibrant, it's wonderful.

Just having lunch here. Wait about 40mins for 3 hot meal sets. Fried chicken is ok while teriyaki chicken and beef are somehow dry and a bit tough. Tuna Sushi is nice yet plum sushi that come with chicken is same dry with little flavour.

I eat a lot of Japanese food so I know the difference between a good gyoza and a bad beef teriyaki. Ultimately I was very impressed with Aisuru Sushi on a number of levels. Their food is terrific, it’s very reasonably priced for what you get, and the service was just magic. I had half a dozen entree size dishes and I can honestly say they were all delicious. At peak times the place is a beehive of activity and the food is prepared in front of you in an open central kitchen by staff who seem to be working at a manic pace. I don’t give out a lot of “excellent” ratings but this place is definitely worth it. Oh, by the way try a glass of their Choya Umeshu plum wine....delicious.

I used to work here as a floor manager - my first job in Perth. I highly recommend this place as food handling and holding times are very strict. Food is made as you order them so it is guaranteed fresh. Sushi is one of a kind - a fusion of Japanese and Western taste. So if you like Asian but want something unique, this is the best place to go to. You can watch staff make sushi at the bar. Staff are very friendly and pricing is reasonable.

The lighting is a bit bright, which makes me feel it's more suited to the family affairs/dinners with friends. It would be great food for a date but window walls and the lights make it a poor fit.

The best sushi ive eaten in Australia! Travelled to japan earlier in the year, so my standards were higher than usual, but this place produced such high quality of flavour and produce - very happy. A "death by sushi" platter is highly recommended; you may not be able to walk after the meal but it sure is worth it!

It's been a few years since last time and the memory of innovative funky dishes was soon to be disappointed with a boring menu of sushi rolls. When you order the soft crab salad and you get only cabbage drained in mayo (topped with 4 pieces of battered soft crab) for $17 I was not very impressed. In saying that I did enjoy their freshly made Nigiri and other starters like the Tamago egg and Beef Tataki to mention a few.

Great service and well priced, but quality of food is below average. Tried some 10 dishes - Foie Gras was biggest disappointment, Sashimi was sterile (tried tuna and salmon), tempura beef ok. Yakuza was the positive experience (tried shrimp, pork and beef). Limited Saki options, tried on which was nice. Didn't venture into the dessert menu with two options. If you think this is great Sushi then I guess you need to travel a bit more...

All in all they were all quiet tasty however i payed an enourmes amount for just the 2 of us when i probably could have gone to woolies sushi bar and spent half the money for something quiet simillar. If money isnt an issue then this is ur place. The staff were also quiet friendly. We also enjoyed the fact that it was an open kitchen so u can sit and watch them make ur sushi right in feont of u. We went in on a weekend and there were still some tables availble. All in all Very tasty and expensive sushi

Arrived with a pram. Service staff saw us coming and where there holding the doors open for us, seating us straight away. They took our order quickly, and brought drinks straight away, shortly followed by food. We had miso soup, and the baconater and ultimate philli sushi rolls. Both were incredibly well made and beautifully well presented. The eel sauce is to die for! It's great to see them at work in the open kitchen, and this was probably the best service I have experienced in the city.

By far the greatest sushi I have ever had anywhere in the world, it was worryingly easy to spend $100 between two people without really realising it (including a few Asahi)! I would give this 5 stars in a heartbeat but for the one thing that let it down. The terrible soundtrack of cheap, EDM pop hits was a real shame, and did not suit the decor, food or service which were all impeccable. Won't stop me going back though...

The stand-out for this japanese restaurant is their large range of creative sushi rolls with unique flavours and combinations. I had the Tank Roll and Dragon Roll (came with a generous amount of roe) which were both delicious. Otherwise, the traditional nigiri and sashimi platters were priced very expensive with limited range, and I didn’t order any. Staff were very polite, friendly and attentive, and the chefs I had were japanese.
