As far as fastfood stores go this Hungry Jack's is pretty average. Staff are not that friendly, but that could be due to being a busy period. The toilets are not that clean. The dining area is okay and reasonably clean.

Tried hungry Jacks Belmont for first time for years and pleasantly surprised. Used drive- thru. Service was prompt, friendly and compared to what i remember they used to have on the menu, there is now a decent sized selection. Negatives were we asked for a large chips with our order and their large is not very large at all. Also chips had WAY TOO much salt.

I go there weekdays for my morning coffee. I usually have the same young man serve me. He starts my day off with a smile, some banter and is on the ball all the time. Professional and friendly. A kick start to my working day. Wouldn't go anywhere else. THANK YOU ☺️👍

The burgers were fresh, tasty and hot. The sides were as expected. The restaurant was clean and invited one to dine in. 4 out of 5 stars as the server made a minor mistake with the order. I had to be convinced to return to Hungry Jacks as experiences in September at Warwick and Mt Isa, QLD were much less than satisfactory. Not sure how branches of a franchise can be so different.

Love their burger lines and the freshness of the vegetables and meat specially beef burgers. I guess they are the replacements of the Burger King chain. The fries need improvement, they are a step behind mcdonalds, but their burgers are way better than mcdonalds both size wise and taste wise.

One of the better ones! The staff was friendly, this is a big one for me. There was a bottomless sida fountain which is a big one for the kids. Their food were as expected but we could not get everything on the menu which was understandable as it was after 10pm. All in all I must say not bad.

This place used to be terrible, so I understand the hesitation to visit it. I've found that what kills it for me is 90% of the time, it's extremely busy, so the lines are massive. In terms of the actual restaurant, though, it's pretty good for a HJ's. Foods good, staff are nice, it's fairly clean. Just remember, it's a fast food joint, you're not gonna get a 5 star extravaganza.

Came in to your store today to grab some food, people where lovely and food was great. I would suggest that the supervisor(I assume as she grabbed change for your cashiers) tried her hair better as she had it down and I had a hair wrapped around my frozen drink in which she prepared and I hate to see it end up in someone’s food 😊

I never in my life had an issue in this place in 25yrs and work close by. I have no idea what everyone is taking about. Macdonalds in mundaring is very rude and useless and the burgers are horrible.

It's HJ. It's fast food. My experience today was really good though. It fulfilled its purpose - it was fast. In a busy rush-hour on a busy highway I received a fast and pleasant service. The lady who served me was super nice and I got all the food I ordered (unlike McD's who 9/10 forget something- usually the sauce they charge me a $1 for).

We went through the drive through and paid for 3 burgers. However we were unfortunately only given two and we had no receipt. We went back explaining what happened and the man at around 11:30PM gave us two burgers as compensation. We got our burger and one free. Very good customer service. I haven't eaten at Hungry Jacks for 11 years but this experience was enough for me to decide to eat Hungry Jacks next time. I only planned to eat there since KFC was closed but now Hungry Jacks will always be an option for me. I don't doubt the other reviews when they say the staff are rude and unhelpful. The experience did seem a bit dodgy, but that one staff member was very helpful. We need more employees like him.

had a couple of wrong orders from time to time here but they always fix quickly and usually correct. It's a relatively busy store so don't expect 1 minute service, in saying that I've visited a few times knowing that and usually allow for a bit of waiting to get what I want.
