Hadn't had HJs for a long time, but ventured in search of an ultimate double whopper in the late PM of a Tuesday. Unfortunately the restaurant had no beef patties left to accommodate and thus I departed with a chicken option instead. Didn't tick all the boxes for me on both volume and taste. Chips were good though.

Nice looking place. Clean. Drive thru staff member that took my order was very unpleasant, didn’t know how to wear a mask. Then the guy at the next window used his bare hands to handle my unwrapped straws and push them into my drink. I asked for fresh drinks and no straws. Watched him rub his hand over the lid as he put them on. Not hygiene friendly at all! As for the food, the onion rings were burnt and stale, junior whopper was cold and the drinks were flat. That was the worst thing. Flat Fanta syrup with a tiny bit of ice. Not again will I go there. Please teach the staff Covid friendly hygiene practices.

Very good experience. Staff were very friendly and didn't hesitate to help me when I needed something and one of the employees helped clean my table when I spilt my drink. This is just Awesome!

Made a big mess in their bathroom after eating too much sea food during a mothersday lunch with my dad at Longview Cottesloe (which is a great restaurant) had to pull in on my way home because I thought I was going to soil myself

I'm not sure what it is, but more often than not, you have to wait at the car bay for over 15 minutes to get your drive through meal. Not quite 'fast' food.

The staff here are great, No thanks to the on duty manager who was so engulfed in cleaning the staff notice board than sorting out the busy lunchtime rush which was 6 deep and only 1 server.

Usually filled with juvies or drunk kids from the clubs but they do a good job most of the time, parking is terrible and the parking bay sizes are even worse. If you would like to get into a fight or you like your car doors getting scratched this 8s the place to be. Essshhhhaaayyyyyyyyy lads

The times we have been, service has been quick and efficient. Staff for a fast food joint are courteous and quick. I like the booths and sitting areas, but it does get a bit untidy. Parking is okay and drive through has always been okay, getting what we ordered and not having to wait in the 'waiting' bay. It does not stand out from other fast food joints, but it does what it needs, serve fast food

Hungry Jacks is Hungry Jacks and when you have to have burgers (when you have kids) its as good as if not better than the others. However, we ate our burgers in the car next to the Stirling Highway at about 8pm on a Saturday night (waiting to pick up a son from a party) and the location was horrible. We were approached by drunks and young people raced by in cars shouting out of the window. Nothing wrong with the food but the location is less than pleasant.

Relatively clean hungry jacks Bit hard to spot when coming down the street as there are trees obstructing the signs. Car park area is a nightmare to navigate through would definitely recommend parking a bit further away and walking to the restaurant or just use drive through.

I had a delicious Whopper meal with onion rings, everything was fresh and tasty. Good service, fast and friendly. Only negative is I had to come back to ask for a sauce for the onion rings, the attendant told me sauce isn't included with onion rings anymore, and has to be purchased separately. I don't know when this changed, since when I worked here it is free.

Probably one of the freshest and tastiest Hungry Jacks burgers in Perth. The food is always consistently good for fast food and staff seem helpful enough. Traffic and parking can be extremely difficult to nearly impossible especially around peak traffic times.

The food is decent for fast food. And you get free discounts which are handed out to you. Also the food is better than McDonald's. There is a large choice of meals. However the place is slightly run down and it attracts a specific kind of audience.

Classic Hungry Jack's restaurant with a decent drive through attached. Traffic can be a bit difficult to navigate during peak hour periods as the main entrance and exit are on a highway. If you are not from Australia, Hungry Jack's is the same as Burger King.

For a quick bite to eat, HJ's is my favourite. Quick easy meals to choose from, at affordable prices! Dine in or takeaway, more often I will drive through for a takeaway to eat while traveling. But when I have the grandchildren we dine in, nuggets, chips and apple juice is always a hit ! And they love to play on the equipment after eating. So warm inside on winter months.

We will only eat at Claremont store now which sounds like bizarre & outrageous statement, as it's obviously far from some fine dining restaurant to critique plus its "just" a large fast food franchise . (youd automatically presume quality control of food /service should be consistent) But!!! theres actually a huge noticeable difference at Claremont store from simple fundamentals of : order placement ,efficiency/speed ,construction of burger ,appearance & taste.... Perhaps other stores have just lowered their standards ???....A stand out model store.👍
