Just couldn't get it together, incorrect order taking, no receipt produced for 5 minutes just in the drive through inside had bits of rubbish around plus untidy and service was very slow however I did receive what I ordered eventually. Was a stressful experience to say the least. Food was great but service was lousy & slow.

The size of the burger is awesome... since my favorite was the burger king, this is the next best thing to it or quite similar, the double whopper is great. they just need to work on their fries a bit.

I've been to some other HJ where the service was lacking, sundae machine not working, etc but these guys run a tight ship. I had a complex order but the staff member, a young girl, Indian I think, sorry if I got it wrong, was very competent and efficient, should be commended. She was the only one serving at the front counter at 6.45pm on 6/5/21. Staff out the back must've been good too as they produced the food quickly.

I remember going to this place when I was very young, and it was so nice seeing this place stand up still. The food is good, and the service is great. Also, unlike a lot of the other Hungry Jack's (and also McDonalds) that modernize and remove the personality of their buildings, this one still has that classic look, which I love. My only real complaints is that sometimes it's a bit dirty and the speed of the food could be improved

I have always enjoyed a whopper way more then any maccas burger. But when 50 percent of the time I come here the burger is luke warm at best just makes me not want to come back. Like playing Russian roulette with the fresheness. At least maccas are consistent.

For some reason I really love this hungry Jack's! The food is always piping hot and fresh, they always accept my orders without the vouchers! The new guys that work night shift the are really really lovely, always a big smile on his face like he just put acid in my food but I have always been fine. Though there is an older guy that works there and he's pretty grumpy and rude. (I have had them leave bits of my food out of my meals before but. . I really really like their food 95% of the time and it's oh so cheap and unhealthy, I love it)

Ive only visited this branch about a dozen times, but my experiences have all been good. Whatever i ordered was at the high end of the freshness scale, fast and staff friendly. With most fast food joints its common to have some disappointment by your 10th visit, so either ive been lucky, or this branch is a bit better managed than most?

This is a tiny joint and a student hangout after school. It had enough seats for a quick bite on those bench stools and tables. It has a KFC next door which is handy. Parking is sufficient and the location handy enough to swing by for a quick fix. Service was friendly and place clean.

Just like McDonalds this place has plenty of yummy food and burgers to choose from and has built up a much better reputation than in the early days and has all the customers it can handle. Back then their french fries were no better than McDonalds'. But now they are a golden and tastier thicker steak cut size.

Food is very good for the price. It's a shame when the younger staff are on the waiting time for food can be over 5 minutes with them talking, etc. Also I have never once sat at a clean table in the 2 years I've been going there. I'm aware it's not the product that is the problem, but the people.

If you have ever wanted a burger that punches other burgers in the face, this is the place. No holds barred, angry, punchy burgers that get all up in other burgers faces for no good reason. These burgers should be put in jail for disturbing the peace and GBH. Do not make eye contact with the burgers.

Here is a HJs that can be hit or miss, and the sad part is that if this review was based on Staff Attitude, it would be 5*, but because either the chips are cold, the burgers lacking in sauce, the frozen drinks are never all in operation and sauce is either in or out week in week out. The plus is the staff, that takes it up to 4 stars... with Maccas down in Jolimont killing it, HJs needs to pump up it's store to reap the rewards!
