We went to Hyde Kitchen and cocktails for my husbands birthday. We rocked up a little later than our booking (15mins later) the place was packed and I was so worried we wouldn’t have our table, but the hostess took us to a really nice table and we were attended to by a very friendly waitress who helped me pick a yummy cocktail and our drinks were delivered almost right away. We thought the food would be in small quantities but we were surprised at the sheer size of our mains when they arrived. We had to ask for a takeaway container for the pita breads as was no way we could have finished them. The staff were busy but would still take our drinks order and we were always served really quickly. It was packed and we really appreciated that they made our night special. Thank you guys! A huge thumbs up for kitchen and wait staff! Beautiful venue. Would go back for sure.

Came on Christmas Eve for the bottomless fries deal. Great value and delicious food. The service was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed going in the pool with our toddler too. Loved the cool decor and setup. I hope this business does well as we enjoyed our visit and hope to be back sometime.

I’ve been to Hyde twice now, if you’re looking for a relaxing enjoyable venue with a calming Vibe, Hyde will definitely offer this. We were served by Ellie who made our experience even more pleasurable. The food and drink selection is great and who wouldn’t love bottomless fries! As an added bonus, if it’s a hot, don’t forget your swimmers!

We went here for a Feast and Free flowing lunch for $95. The first drink came quickly, a 2/3 glass of rose, which was lovely, served with corn chips. The staff were hard to pin down at times, but lovely. We got a dish of corn 15 minutes later then nothing for 40 minutes. We had to ask multiple times for drinks, especially early. towards the end the staff were leaving bottles on the table thankfully. There was more food, but the overwhelming majority of it came 1h40m into our 2 hours, so it was so late we were all annoyed. Was it worth it? look, I probably wouldnt go back, as the organisation was terrible. What I did eat was nice, but having to chase it was annoying... especially at the price. Also, I'm clearly not the first person to report this (read the other reviews). Telling us that our feedback is appreciated and will be addressed only works for a little while. They need a lot of work

Such a beautiful place for some lunch and an afternoon swim! The coconut margarita and froze went down perfectly in the summer weather. The lamb was juicy and appeared a small serving but between that and some fries it was filling and went down a treat for 2 people! (And that’s before we got more fries as they’re bottomless!) Highly recommend for anyone visiting Perth!

Have been here a few times for after work drinks and lunch with friends. Atmosphere is great, pool bar with reasonably priced food, the bottomless fries went down a treat with the Veuve Clicquot but share plates available too. Cocktails are so good, Swan song is a must. Will be back great location for a party!

Beautiful venue and delicious food but the service really let’s it down. After 30 mins, we had to ask for someone to take our order and then had to chase for our drinks order to arrive after waiting for 20mins. It will be good place for after work drinks but not so good for a speedy working lunch

Like the place, it has a certain quirkiness. Love the ability to buy a flagon of cocktail 🤣 .. $99 though 😳 .. Seems like a hip place with a young crowd on a Friday night. Super noisey place. Don't know that I would fancy a swim in the pool in front of everyone if I was staying there though! 🤪 Although hubby says he has seen plenty of girls hanging over the railings (basically on the main street!) in bikinis when he has walked past ... and a tonne of trades sitting in the bar opposite 🤣🤣🤣

I am giving this place 5 star because of what it use to be. They had amazing food..however the complete change in the menu is so disappointing. Not even the Moroccan fries were kept on the new menu. Don't think I will be back here for food.

Great evening at Hyde. Dropped in for drinks (first time) and was blown-away by the art work on the building. The bar was buzzing and DJ playing great music. Then, to top off the evening, we bumped into Pia Muehlenbeck and her Husband Kane Vato who are Hyde ambassadors and were promoting the hotel/bar. Such lovely people, really did make our evening! We've already decided we'll be back to stay at the hotel very soon and can recommend this venue in Perth CBD.
