McDonald's Maddington Visited on 22/5/2022 I am not able to order meals using the McDonald's app on the my Android tablet. A young female staff then helps my wife to install the app on her phone. Unfortunely it does not work too. We finally give up and just order over the counter. I give the McDonald's app a thumb-down, but I award the young staff 10 out of 10. The exterior facét looks modern, and I real.y think that the spacious interior has one of the best in interior deco. There are a lot more seatings in a tuckaway section near the toilet. Our meals arrived quite promptly,

We were keen to get the Waygu beef burger and weren't disappointed. The staff were polite and diligent in the restaurant. It was interesting that our dine in choice was served in takeaway bags rather than on a tray. Perhaps pandemic cleaning regimes have altered familiar routines.

The side salad is the worst ever compare to other mcdonald and this is the second time already. There were hardly any Cherry tomatoes and lettuce and they always don't have balsamic vinegar. This time the grill chicken tasted stringy.

I've been to almost 40 McDonalds in Perth One in mirrabooka Gosnells Morley Perth Newpark Wanneroo Ballajura Etc But Maddington is one of the best McDonalds I've been to they have a secret menu which I love just ask any manager or staff for the secret menu and you'll be granted a 35% discount on all food on the menu

I Had a wonderful experience this morning from the lovely gentlemen (wearing glasses) working the drive through window at 1:45am. He had great attitude and fantastic customer service which I can imagine isn’t always easy at this time of morning. Great work!

I visited during lockdown and the store was take-away only. It was good to see compliance with all the lockdown requirements. The safety barriers, screens and counters were being cleaned between all customers. Staff were checking patrons had signed into safeWA application or on the paper register. There's a childrens' play area which was locked at the time. Staff were lovely. The store has lots of parking and multiple disabled bays as well as the typical drive through.

Hello McDonald’s Maddington, I have nothing against you, we always drop by every weekend for something to eat, though just today I ordered some garden salad and the lettuce had brown edges so it was not very appetising. Maybe you can look into that to improve quality and service.

Twice in the last couple of days I have been peeved in Maddington McDonald's double laned drive through. Twice the voice in the box has ignored me as I wait for my turn and first served a customer who pulled up after me. This is very annoying!

Not been to Maccas for a while. Was amazed at how small the portion sizes were. You wouldn't want to take your family of 3 kids there !!!! Cost a small fortune. The coffee however was worth the wait 🍵

But the coffee was burnt, the staff members in the McCafe should be retrained to pick up on these things, sadly I find this a lot in my travels, burnt coffee can be smelt clearly, thus is can be trained to be picked up on. For burnt coffee you lose 1 star.

I don’t usually review places unless I get excellent service. I find maddington store is hit and miss. Although the staff are always friendly and apologetic. Today I order a Caesar salad and what I actually received was a bowl of lettuce including the hard crusty bits in the middle.,2 little limp bits of bacon and 1/2 fillet of grilled chicken and a few crumbs of parmasian in the bottom for $10. I purchase fresher quality with more content from Coles 😱

Great place to bring the kids for weekend breakfast or other treat. Service is perfectly pleasant. Good range McCafe. Playground area is spacious and shaded during the after school time. Can see play equip from tables outside and inside too, so good for supervision. Playground generally clean as expected. Pity the wifry doesn't work for laptop..would be able to get some assignments done while my kids play.
