Came here for a birthday dinner, booked for 6pm and all was very good except for on arrival I was told that they needed my table in an hour or so which I was not made aware of there was any time restrictions in the booking confirmation. After some time the waitress came back to say not to worry she will sort something out for us to stay at our table which was very nice of her and it was appreciated. The menu is very interesting and I am a fan of it. You order mini dishes and they consist of a wide variety. We ordered a mix of cured meats, cheese, calamari and Chorizo, it was delicious. During our stay at Pinchos the electricity went out so we were in the dark for 10 minutes until they figured out what to do, this was not a problem though the staff were very polite and still ran food and drinks. The cocktails they have to offer are delicious. I'd recommend going to Pinchos it's a nice little spot in Leederville and it's quite unique.

Well, its a nice place to eat and drink, but for me there was 3 issues that I realized there. One, is that I asked for a $1 gilda, I really thought it was a bargain considering that we are eating spanish food in Australia and then I find out that all the ingredients of the gilda were reduce to half or less...my first thought was that is kind of ridiculous serve something like this and that I wouldn't mind pay $3 but for a complete gilda, a traditional pintxo from my bornplace... Second thing I think that was a bit pricey, I expected a bit more quantity of pan con tomate, gilda and salmorejo And last issue for me was that the calamari were a bit oily and the croquettes were quite dark ( could be for the oil quality or the cooking timing) so I would recommend fix small details. Apart for these thing the location is good. Thanks.

Second time at Pinchos and I think it gets even better. We came on New Year's Day and it was packed with a great ambience. Being tapas, and truly authentic, we selected several dishes and complemented them with a bottle of wine. Every dish was delightful. Highly recommended.

I felt the food was not as good as it has been - the calamari was tasteless and oily - ailoi just tasted like creamy butter. They forgot one of our dishes & didn't even apologies when I pointed it out. The service was also a bit hit and miss although the staff were very pleasant. I contact Pinchos to see if they could cater for a small gathering I was having. Since the restaurant is always buzzing I wasn’t sure if they could accommodate. But the staff were so lovely, helped me organise a menu, and then planned the logistics so I could serve hot and with the best presentation. We paid for the $69 "bottomless brunch" today. Unlimited sangria, bubbles, wine and beer.....food was amazing as always, but maybe should not advertise as "bottomless ". Just suggesting instead of " bottomless " , mayby advertise 3 to 4 glasses... We were made to feel awkward asking for drinks and the wait time between was long. The whole idea is to have a drink with your lunch. My daughter and I waited 15 minutes plus for drinks. In the time we were there we had 2 bubbles, 2 white wines each, paying the premium price. Pinchos Bar De Tapas is an exquisite restaurant and I provided 5 stars because the service and the atmosphere was awesome!! 😃😃 The highlight was the roast pork 🐖, it was crunchy on the outside and tender inside and the fat just melts in your mouth. To be honest, the croquette was one of the best I ever tried in Perth 🤤🤤.

Absolutely sensational. Wasn’t expecting much from Perth from our recent visit but was very pleasantly surprised with this gem. Got the pork belly, tiger prawns, roast veggies and some sausages. I've been told by friends about how great the food is here. I was wowed by the menu, it had a great variety to choose from and some interesting combinations. And to be perfectly honest, the dishes were a bit of a hit and miss. My favourites were the dishes with blue cheese. It had a nice strong punch of flavour. My least favourite was the pork crackle. The meat was dry and the skin was tough. Giving this place 4 stars because of the quality in service. The staff members here were great. Food was priced well, and good ambience.

The tapas here are delicious! We tried the Frutos Secos salad - perfect balance of refreshing goodness with a touch of creamy goodness from the goats cheese (one of the best salads I've had) the 'champiñones con queso azul' mushrooms were deliciously balanced in combination, calamaries - fresh , and served with a delightful aioli, and the albondigas were perfectly sized meatballs with just enough goats cheese to cut through the well thickened sauce. I probably wouldn't bother with any Clasicos, see picture $2 for pretty much a slice of chorizo in honey sauce. Has a cool hip vibe, and it didn't take long to be served despite the busyness.

Food was delicious, great for sharing. The croquettes and pork belly is a must. Pork belly is salty but balanced with a squeeze of lemon juice. Croquettes are best eaten with the mayo and the rockets provide excellent contrast to the flavor. Very crowded during dinner time but staff is quick and friendly. Vintage decor with a cozy feel. We ate here again recently, with our daughter and partner from over East. Again, it was a lovely experience, with friendly service, tasty, quick food, well presented and seriously yummy! Always a bustling little corner, with plenty of people watching opportunities, and a late night bookstore opposite, which is always a treat, and a welcome way to walk off a little of the goodness!

Great little tapas place - its a tight squeeze here but the food is fantastic. Make sure to have the Chicharrones or the Lamb and Pork meatballs. The alcohol selection here is great as well - nice little beers and wines to choose from. A table during the week (for lunch) is relatively easy to get but its busy on the weekend - come early!

We had a great time there. A great range of tapas and drinks (it was happy hour so we stuck to the house craft beer and house red wine and this was good, esp @ $5). All the food we had was delicious, arrived quickly, and was nicely presented. The frittata was perfect. 👍 The service was great. Nice atmosphere and great selection of pinchos and traditional styles of pinchos plus some common Spanish fare. They also stock some of their very own craft beer made in WA that carries the name of the place and is in the Spanish tradition of light lagers which suits the food really well. Prices are pretty decent for a Perth based establishment with some dishes made from local produce which is a plus for the community.

We had a reservation for 2 people at 6pm on a Friday. The food is delicious and atmosphere is lively and intimate. The location is great too. However from the moment we arrived we felt a bit rushed to eat and leave. We started with a glass of wine and olives, and within minutes we were approached by 3 different waitresses in 5 minutes asking if we were ready to order, interrupting our conversation multiple times. Not surprisingly, once we ordered, the food arrived quite quickly. The food however is very tasty, a great variety and a good selection of wines. We would visit again but perhaps during a less busier time.

Food was incredible as usual. Gorgeous wine list and whilst short spirits list, quality is there. We were able to get a table for two on a busy night without a booking, so that’s also a plus. However! The service was lacking severely. Staff were inattentive, often passing us by and several of our food orders were forgotten. Drinks took forever to come out and when they did, they were wrong. When we managed to flag down staff to follow up on a missing course, we were told we didn’t actually order it. The waitress had our paper form and when we pointed that we did, there was no apology for the wait or accusation. We left without the dessert we ordered because we had trouble with staff not coming to check the back room and apparently the policy is to let your waitstaff know you are ready for dessert. Overall a great meal however the lack of service tarnished our experience.

Last night took my wife out for dinner at Pinchos for her birthday and our 3 year old daughter tagged along. The atmosphere of this restaurant is a warm, intimate setting on a cold winter’s night. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed, the waitress offered our daughter crayons and butcher paper which kept her occupied until the food arrived. The waitress gave us some of her personal recommendations, which we ordered some of. Of the recommendations we tried, all were excellent. Food arrived steadily but efficiently. The potato bravas was the best my wife and I ever had and my daughter’s favourite dish. My favourite was the chorizo which was to die for and same with my wife’s. The service was friendly and food reasonably priced. We would happily visit again.

We came for dinner last night and enjoyed the food and service! Had last dined here ~5 years ago when I used to live in Perth and it was just as good as I remembered it to be. We had the flatbreads, a salad (beetroot, chickpeas, apple, fennel), mushroom croquettes, chorizo and beef cheeks. When one of the waiters asked us, "which dish was your favourite?", we replied in unison, "all of them" as it was too hard to choose anything. Can't wait to go back again and try more items off the menu.

Delicious food, good atmosphere and excellent heaters kept our visit a happy one. I particularly enjoy the salads, beetroot and chickpeas on this occasion. The chicken skewers were succulent and came with a couple of delicious sauces and flat bread. Highly recommended. Only drawback is the high stools which are a bit uncomfortable for me.

Lovely look had high expectations came in starving, but everything was a bit bland or old. Got the potatoes the beef cheeks and croquettes. Croquettes just what's to be expected from anywhere. Potatoes old, hot but old.. Poor beef cheeks wasted by a super thick cauliflower sauce. Best thing was a yummy pinti anchovi dish. For only 4$ it was fresh tasty and full of flavour I should have just ordered 10 of them. For half the price of our meal.

Been here before and rated highly. This time, not so much. It must be said that the staff are top notch, attentive, friendly and onto it. No issues there. It’s just that the food was okay. The best and tastiest part was the goat salad. The Patatas Bravas was lacking in the sauce department. Not much on there. The squid was bland, including the sauce that came with it. It was also a bit soggy. Chorizo was okay. Overall it was rather underwhelming apart from the goats salad. I would pass on those others if I went back. Staff were excellent and really nice.

Dishes are reasonably priced, delivered prompt, designed to be shared with a group with each person picking from each dish. Very filling - 6 dishes are plenty for a group of 4 hungry. Visited Pinchos for a quick lunch. It wasn’t busy so we were served quickly. Heaps to choose from and the sizes are perfect to share and not to much that you can’t try a few things. We had a carafe of sangria that was nice and cold, crisp and delicious with bits of fruit. We had fried pork, squid, garlic prawn skewers, potatoes bravas, pear salad and flat bread with beetroot and olives. Everything we ordered was delicious. Parking close by can be a challenge in Leederville and it’s pretty much all ticket.

I wanted to love this place, we booked hoping for authentic delicious ponchos. The service and atmosphere was great and the prices and serving sizes quite good. Unfortunately the food really let us down, I don't know if we ordered wrong but we were disappointed by nearly each dish we ordered. The mushroom dish was very average and the slow cooked beef cheeks were the blandest I've ever eaten in fact with a strange taste. A couple of the smaller dishes were alright but overall I was left feeling that I wouldn't be back.

Great food, but poor service. Staff were annoyed that there were 8 of us, first thing they said "there is 8 of you and you didn't book?" was taken aback as we couldn't book online, it was 5.30pm and only 20% of seats offered online which were all gone, and 80% for walk ins. Does that mean we do not go..? and we had to ask for more than one water jug and extra cutlery. Didn't feel welcome or valued.

We went to Pinchos during lunch time on a weekday (Tuesday 15.05) The food was tasty and prices reasonable, we were also positively surprised there's a happy hour during lunch so ordered a few glasses of wine. The whole experience was great except for the fact that the waitress seemed slightly abrupt. First I tried to get her attention and she said she was busy and kept digging in the fridge for something -not very accommodating. Then at the time of paying we asked to split the bill when she said 'it's a bit annoying but ok..' not a customer service skill you expect to receive anywhere.

My new favorite restaurant. A quick bite or something more leisurely. Tightly packed in tables, not much arm room - who cares! Brilliant wine, excellent food and very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We ordered 5 dishes between two (too much!) a couple of drinks $109 well worth every penny! but we did over order. In and out in 45 minutes as were catching a movie. The portions are very generous for Tapas - the quality is fantastic. Justin has excelled himself. The Fish Ceviche is out of this world recommend recommend recommend. Next time I think I'll just keep ordering that til I'm done... ! So many really good and interesting dishes. Intend to get back here again this weekend. Want to try more of that menu and of course the fish ceviche......

Had the pleasure of dining at Pinchos for the first time on Monday (March 4, 2019). What a gem this place is. It was very busy and although we didn't book, we only had to wait a short while before being seated. The quality of service was immediately apparent and we were waited on by friendly staff who took our drinks order within minutes and our main order within an appropriate time. We had a variety of treats from the respectable menu and were not disappointed at all. We ordered five plates in total (between three of us) and even though they were fairly generous, we did not leave a morsel. The pork belly was the best I've had in a long while, the black sausage was outstanding and we were unanimous with our 'two thumbs up' for the Frutos Secolos salad. We will be back!

We ordered a selection of plates from the tapas menu, everything was great, the calamari could use just a little more seasoning and fish used for cervice could be much more fresh. Servers are not as attentive, you need to hunt them down to order another round of drinks or clear the table but they do have time for chatting with one another. In this heat they also need to invest in serious aircon facilities because no matter how good the food is, if it feels like you are sitting in a sauna you will not enjoy the experience.

I initially was drawn in by the huge paella pan cooking outside then I noticed the Spanish music as I got to the doorway, popped my head in and decided to have coffee. Coffee was great, so I had a snack - a grilled bread with Jamon , onion jam and blue cheese which was yum.
