Today was the first time I ever ordered online . Never again . I normally go through the drive through and get beautiful fresh food. Today I had a delivery . The meal was cold . The crispy chicken was over cooked. They forgot a serve of large chips and tomato sauce . The staff were lovely when I called and they did replace the chips and they were fresh . But I rather collect my own food . Sorry to say .

Butler is my store...Their breakfast roll combos are the best...tasty and inexpensive... excellent value for money...the staff are always happy smiling friendly and helpful...nothing is too much trouble for them...

Polite staff, food good. Wait time at lunch time drive through, 15 minutes twice now. Hence 4 stars and not 5. Edit: Just had to go back 2 times after picking up incorrect order at drive through. Check what you receive and what you paid for every time. Spicy chicken pieces add on special absolutely swimming and I mean swimming in grease. Not sure if it is supposed to be like that (?)

Best Red Rooster. The wait can be a little long but it's worth it as everything is nice and hot and fresh. Plus they have great deals and Muffin Break in store. Love the $2 iced coffees.

Staff need more training and better communication with the whole team. Our order was taken which we had to repeat at the window due to them missing half of it (like our whole drink order). Then we parked and they bought out food without drinks, someone else bought out drinks and told us food won't be long, as though they didn't know we already had our food. It was hot and fresh though, so that was awesome!

Awesome store, have decent food and decent pricing. Their chicken breast is the main feature of red rooster, it doesn't compare to fake processed chicken that doesn't fill you up. Im always happy with the quality of their quarter chicken and chips. However their chips are not consistently fresh, and are usually soggy, unlike KFC next door which is often fresh. The drive through had its sign smashed day vandals, but that's to be expected when near the train station.

Drive through service is a little slow, but it was lunch time. Food was fresh and the chicken breast (1/4) was juicy and tender. Friendly staff! Not enough salt on the chips though.
